Comfortable hotel, quite busy for checkin, only one restaurant with mostly Indian buffet, very few non-spicy options - and nothing nearby (non-buffet options were available). Tea machine broken at the time. Quite far from everything, cannot use metro. Count on about 1hr anywhere in Dehli. Decent practical service but not a ton of attention like you get elsewhere in the country.

This isn't a decent hotel if you are looking for a couple of days or stay, not more than that. The property is in good condition, rooms are comparable to other 4 star hotels in Delhi NCR and are generally clean. The main problem area is the service and lack of enough staff. The management prefers allotting hotel staff to banquets, marriages etc instead of guests. When we checked in, a marriage party was going on and it was just too loud. It took a long time for our luggage to arrive in our room. Throughout that evening the party raged downstairs below our window. Not sure if they understand that if you have such a loud party that night, at least have the sense to allot a room on a different wing to travelers who are coming to rest after a long journey. The room itself had all the amenities, but housekeeping took 15-30 mins at least to come and respond after a call. Things got better if you called after the evening when the traffic had died down. Food was below par to other Radissons (IGI and Noida had better food) and in room dining selections mostly had typical spicy dishes and request to calibrate the spice down mostly did not work. Breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. Another rather inconvenient thing was if you wanted to get food delivered you had to go yourself downstairs and collect from the gate. Most 5 star hotels would accept the parcel at the reception and have it delivered (if staff available) or let you pick it up. The staff were nice and cordial.

Nice property. It's more of a 3.5-star rather than a 4-star when compared to competitor hotels in the area. No room service or ability to buy anything later in the evening, unlike having a full dinner option

The beds are comfy. The pool is nice and clean but it’s in the shade most of the day due to its position and people smoke by it (which won’t bother everyone). Breakfast is very good and we loved our goodbye cake. The waiting staff, security and cleaning staff are very polite and friendly. Check in wasn’t great at all - we certainly didn’t feel welcomed at all. The a la carte menu food we had was mediocre. Two duvets smelled strongly of smoke so we had to get them replaced. The room was tired, especially the bathroom with mould in the silicone and the shower threshold was hanging off so the bathroom flooded every time we used it. No robes or slippers were provided.

Unfortunate policy requiring heavy shoes for gym

Spacious family suite with double bathrooms, nice bedding, work desk and multiple cupboards. Wi-Fi activation required call to IT help desk. Breakfast had good variety of options and pool was nice too.

I especially liked the spa - good massage therapist and good gym.

Listing says sleeps 4, but there was no sofabed. Had to ask for extra beds, and insist that we shouldn't pay for the second one. They relented. Ambience mall is a cheap uber ride away for cheap eating options.

The experience at this hotel was disappointing. When I arrived at 2:00 PM, my room wasn't ready, and I had to wait a while just to be informed. After requesting, they eventually provided a room, but it had a noticeable smoke smell. The TV wasn't working, and I had to call housekeeping to get it fixed. Overall, the service and room quality were below average, especially considering the high price.

This place is clearly a great value for your money. I had a 'Deluxe' room with lots of space and very nice bathroom. I enjoyed the A/C and sound-proofing in the room along with prompt room service. The space outside of the rooms could possibly use a refresh as it supports a 70's wood panel look with aging carpet. The in-house dining is 'OK'. The staff is excellent and very helpful. With a bit of 'refresh', this could be a really great hotel. Thanks.

The service was terrible, we told them our fridge wasn’t working, they argued it was just because we had just gotten there. 1 hour later, still wasn’t working and my child’s milk went bad. The food was horrible. All you tasted was spices, to the point it was all inedible and we eat spicy. Our sink was clogged.

The property is not maintained and looked after property, my room came with a broken bathtub and fridge. The sofa was extremely dirty and ragged. The towels they had provided were also ragged and looked as if it were used. The breakfast was nothing fancy, chef was not able to make scrambled eggs. It was a disappointment all together!

The refrigerator in the room I first stayed was not working. Left for two days and came back same thing refrigerator not working I inform the desk said they will send engineering no one came. I was checking out the next day. So just let it be.

Got single bed instead of king bed, late check out was offered only for 1 hour, had to wait for my flight in the lobby as they did not offer room to wait/work. On the positive, side breakfast buffet was good.

Air condition were set on fixed temp, I was not able to lower the temp. Every person has it’s own temp liking, but this thing forced me to sleep like that, eventhough after calling managers again and again there was no solution, everything else was wonderful, but if you are not able to sleep properly then what’s a whole point of spending so much money, eventually I had to ask them for the fan, so that I can sleep, to be frank if you are single then it’s ok, but if you are staying as a couple temp is hot. Your body demands of that cooling temp for sometimes, to be honest. I hope this can be fixed, I would love to stay in this hotel everytime.

The hotel was well maintained and rooms were great. The breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a stay near the airport in Delhi.
