Little gem of a property , breakfast was fantastic, rooms were clean, but the showers were difficult to manage as it effectively turns the whole bathroom into a wet room as located just on the wall in the bathroom so more towels! But nothing I could complain about really. Great location and great stay, v small gym 2 pieces of equipment but the outdoor pool was lovely!

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly and the pool at the rooftop was enjoyable (although not heated). That's where the good stuff ends. I'd booked a standard room which apparently doesn't have windows. This is mentioned in the room info in 'small print' and I didn't notice it. Also, none of the superior rooms were available the whole week which was unfortunate. I did find the room a bit claustrophobic, but manageable. Other fact that is lowering my review and score is the shower, that was basically on top of the toilet seat and after the first night, had only cold water the whole week. Also, the bathroom could've been better equipped and nicer. The bed was big, fridge convenient and the air conditioning working very (=too) well.

No windows at the room. As soon as we exited the elevator on 2. floor we were met by the smell of moist and basement. Our room was OK, bathroom was big. But the smell of basement and the smell of mold was extreme. The room felt humid the whole time. Location was top and the personal was a delight.

Staff so courteous and friendly. We spent two nights, and they changed our bath towels, but did not make our bed the next day. there were 2 bath towels but no wash cloths. Unhappily there is no shower enclosure, so a shower sprays all over the bathroom.

Room is good enough for solo traveller. Plus points: Good location-5min walk from Clarke Quay MRT Station. Room aircon is strong and you can adjust it too. Hotel and restaurant staff are nice and courteous. Tea and coffee in the room (but no mineral water bottle). Toothbrush provided, shampoo and body wash via dispenser. There's a safe and luggage rack too. Cons: En-suite bathroom is small. Ok for me but some may not like it as there is no separate partition for bathing, i.e. the whole floor and toilet bowl will be wet. No room slippers. No face towel, no hand soap, no hair conditioner. Overall, still a good place to stay if you are not fussy, prefer a central location and spend little time in the room.

Clarke Quay is amazing place - full of bars and restaurants and the hotel is ideally situated less than a 5 minute walk from the MRT. Once you get over how small the room is, you work round it as we did for 6 nights. All the staff were lovely - very accommodating, especially when we asked for extra tea bags when wandering in at 1am! Our room was on the 6th floor, right next to the pool - which was great in itself but maybe could do with some privacy film on the room windows as we were unable to open the curtains for some natural daylight! Location - perfect Staff - brilliant Room size - small! Overall - great value for money especially as it was Grand Prix weekend - which was also brilliant! As long as you take it for what it is, then it’s absolutely superb!

Arrived at the property and given a room with no window. Nowhere on my confirmation or in room info on Expedia did it state the room had no window. I asked the staff about this, they said the room booked was without a window and only option was to upgrade. As my original room was like a prison cell I paid the $25 to upgrade to have window. Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. The upgraded room was clean and had a view of the pool. Bathroom is basically a small wet room and everything gets soaked when you take a shower. Overall the place is ok and you get what you pay for, great location and only a few minutes walk to Clarke Quay MRT.

Very helpful staff (Amirah and Simon) helped swap around my room to give early check in (so needed it after a long haul flight), and also gave me one hour late checkout at no cost. Room was as you would expect for Ibis Budget, not overly fancy, but comfortable and had what you need. Perfect location opposite the MTR and around the corner from Boat Quay, 10 minute walk to China Town

We had a surprisingly comfortable stay in this hotel the staffs (Ezra, mde) really helpfull and accomodating. They gave us early checkin and helped us store our luggage for sometime after checkout. Had an awsome stay at ibis clarke quay.

Super hotel in a great location. It was very close to Clarke Quay MRT so easy to explore and easy walking distance to the colonial district and river. The roof top pool was a real treat for an early morning dip and breakfast was in a great little coffee shop attached to the hotel. It felt really friendly and safe which is what I wanted when travelling alone.

Very convenient location to the subway and a large mall with shops and restaurants. Walkable to the restaurants on Singapore River, the light show on the Marina Bay, and other city attractions. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful and quick to assist with any requests. We would stay there again!

Clarke Quay is amazing place - full of bars and restaurants and the hotel is ideally situated less than a 5 minute walk from the MRT. Once you get over how small the room is, you work round it as we did for 6 nights. All the staff were lovely - very accommodating, especially when we asked for extra tea bags when wandering in at 1am! Our room was on the 6th floor, right next to the pool - which was great in itself but maybe could do with some privacy film on the room windows as we were unable to open the curtains for some natural daylight! Location - perfect Staff - brilliant Room size - small! Overall - great value for money especially as it was Grand Prix weekend - which was also brilliant! An overall excellent option for staying in the centre of Singapore for a good price, the hotel is 2 minutes walking from the MRT and right next to the riverfront. The staff are quite attentive and helpful (special thanks to Amirah, Ezra and Chru for their assistance), and the room was in good condition with excellent air conditioning.

Overall the hotel did what we needed it to. For the price, expect the rooms to be on the smaller side. They allow you to store your luggage which was important as my flight wasn’t until midnight. They also arranged a very reasonably priced taxi to take us back to the airport. Both of the above points make this an ideal place for a night or two. The rooftop pool is also a bonus - definitely cold! The bathroom is more of a wet room really with the toilet getting saturated from the shower. Breakfast is at the cafe next door, reasonably priced and saves you time looking for somewhere.

We enjoyed our brief stay very much, for 2 nights the space was absolutely sufficient and the location was great for exploring. The checkin was unnecessarily complicated, not because of the employees but because I had to install their app even though we checked in at the counter - and then we could open the door with the card so really no use for the app. Definite plus were the rooftop pool with generous opening hours, friendly staff and the associated breakfast place at Brekkie & Grill - don't miss the buttermilk pancakes!

The service of the staff was really great. However, the room was very small (and no bottle of water was provided), and the bathroom was totally unusual because there was no division at all between the shower and the toilet and the vanity. Therefore, when you take a shower everything in the bathroom gets wet. Also, we had the breakfast included, and it was supposed to be a buffet breakfast according to my Hotels.com reservation. However, the breakfast was not a buffet, and it was very limited and poor. The hotel location is great, and again the staff was very nice and helpful. Because of the staff our stay was bearable.

Convenient location but not too busy. Staff service at the breakfast was not good but it is provided by a seperate restaurant next door. The breakfast did not meet the usual Ibis standard and not worth the money. The staff appears to hate her job and was very mean. We didn't feel welcome and could not enjoy our breakfast time as we used to have when staying with Ibis hotels. Ibis, please be nice to your staff as they are the face of your hotel image.

O café da manhã possui o básico. Pra quem se satisfaz com o básico, está de bom tamanho em sendo um budget. Localização excelente, fiz tudo a pé. Do hotel até singapur flyer, gardens by the bay e Marina by sands. Caso não goste de caminhar, tem estação de metro proximo, mas tem que fazer baldeação, ( ,super tranquila) ate Mariana by sands.
