I love the gym and guest laundry and enjoyed using it during óur 2 week stay. Lighting and Aircon can be better. Everyday the room feels very cold and when switched off, suffocating. Bathroom ia super dark too. These can be improved.

Nice hotel But a bit far from city center. Doable with grab. Metro line 15 minutes walking from the hotel. We ( especially our son) loved the swimming and a good breakfast buffet. Booked for 2 nights, first night great but next night we had chinese school group next to us who made a lot of noise unfortunately.

Hotel did what it needed to, amazing that they have a guest laundry but that’s about where it ended. The lift system is extremely slow and delayed but the staff were so accommodating and kind it was a great experience from them. There isn’t anything super close to eat or explore so a car is easier to have if you don’t want to walk 10-20 minutes for public transport. Our room was not good, the bedding was stained and marked we didn’t know if it was clean, one light on the wall was hanging out with wires almost out and had been plastered over so much it was no longer able to be attached. Most of our lights were extremely dim and our aircon wasn’t working properly. Unfortunately whenever we tried calling reception it wasn’t answered and when we tried to speak in person at the front desk there was so much congestion we could barely get to the door. If you need a quick and cheap stay then it does the job for somewhere to shower and sleep but nothing too great.

My room was large and clean and though it was next to the lift there was no noise from it. The hotel itself was a standard Ibis product, well run with a sense that you were in good hands. I was most impressed with the staff who were friendly and efficient and had an excellent attitude to the guests. I dealt mainly with Grace and Sean at Reception and Jomari and Mona in the Pool bar and I was impressed with how they remained cheery and calm no matter how much was asked of them, always a sign of good managent and good staff. Staff: front desk are amazing, professional and resourcesfull. 4th floor staff is a hit and miss. Facilities: very clean thought the property. Swimming pool always clean. Towels are fully stocked but does not have a place to deposit wet towel. Breakfast does not have orderly line up. Guest just jump in whenever and whereever they want. Breakfast tables on the pool side always full of used plates. If only the hotel set up an area where guest could bring their used plates and mugs when finished helps to have tables available for next guest. Room: this hotel is NOTa for family. Single or Double. The room is very small, furniture doesn\'t fit in the room. Very little of air flow ventilation espcially the washroom. Large window but can\'t open the room s very muggy after shower or AC turn to 23 degree. shampoo provides in shower could use as "everything" hahaha. Overall it\'s an okay hotel for short stay. The hotel does offer free transfer shuttle to subway station at 11 am one-way. Other subway need to speak to front desk may pay a fee. Front desk have map of Singapore and subway station which is very useful. The only reason why rated 3 star is that the hotel is full of Indian guests who didn\'t care for the hotel. they are loud, play their loud music wherever and whenever. They have no elevator manner. Most are travel in large group leaving garbages and doesn\'t respect public washroom. Location: it\'s approx 15 min walk to the subway stations.

I think it’s clean and has a pool which is great. They don’t clean only every 3 day’s. The location is crap no groceries near no train. But we stayed here with our basketball team so for this was great. Nothing wrong with this hotel just not the usual place we stay. But remember you need to take a lot of taxi.

部屋の掃除は２日に１どといわれていたのに、3泊して結局一度も来なかった。クイーンサイズの部屋を予約したのに、なぜか起きたらしくスタッフどうで「なんてわこんなことが起こるのかわからない」と話していて，ら結局、アップグレードという名のツインの早に変えられた。物は言いようだ。ローカルの食べ物ショップがすぐ近くにあるので、その点は便利だったが、MRTの駅からは遠かった。

The room itself was small which was to be expected, but I would have expected the single quilt which I suspect was a single would cover the queen bed as per the photos. While the room itself was clean enough the cleaners obviously didnt open the bedside cabinet as per the photo which shows bundles of tissues with something red and I suspect rubber inside. I did not want to look any closer but I have a pretty good idea what it was. Sickening! When I showed the guy the photo and told him his cleaners need to do a better job when I checked out he said "but you have checked out now!"

Towels are extremely dirty with obvious stains. The towels are so soiled that you don’t want to use. Called for assistance at around 12:xx am but no one pick up the phone. Basically, the hotel does not care your needs. No privacy inside the room. You have to put your clothes and towels outside the bathroom but your partner will be able to see you when you open the bathroom door. Highly not recommended!

Didn’t come to clean the room even though they said they will clean the room every second day. We got a room changed when we complained.

The room was absolutely tiny. There was also not a single mirror in the room (only in the bathroom), which made doing makeup/styling hair very difficult. The bathroom also had only one spotlight in it, so it was very dark. The air conditioning worked but didn’t get below 21 degrees even when it was on all the time. The wifi was also a bit sporadic and kept kicking me and my husband off. The room also had some cracks in the wall, which tiny bugs were crawling through.

Paid for a queen sized room. Arrived evening time. Provided a tiny room with a single bed. No window. Tv didn’t work. Concrete pillar literally in the middle of the room. A single room at this hotel just might be the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Especially when that’s not what I paid for. In fairness the staff were pretty helpful and moved me to a queen room, which still had a concrete pillar in the middle of the room, not great but significantly better. A little surprised not to offered any sort of refund for first nights mess up.

Normal, minimum, and reasonable hotel as assumed by the price and area. The room was decent. not too tiny but probably suitable for 1 person. I stayed there business reason and i knew its distanced from sightseeing area. You will need a bus ride to go downtown and bus stop is 5min away. To the closest MRT station, you have to walk 20min. During my 3weeks stay, many visitors came and left, sometimes very big group. You happen to hear your neighbors clearly due to the thin walls. If you expect quiet and luxury hotel, its not a place. But if you are looking for cheap place and ok with bus ride, then this is a reasonsble place for short stay.

We arrived late due to delayed flight. Let hotel know in advance. When we arrived told system down would need to wait about 30 minutes. However the desk guy got us sorted in about 5 minutes. Hotel fine for basic overnight. Only issue was very hard pillows.

員工的好這是無庸置疑! 要說點缺點的話__ 1.房間有點小， 2.我住樓梯旁邊，開空調時隱約有些按滑鼠的聲音，這聲音我也找了許久，雖然不大聲，但還是覺得有點奇怪就這樣，住得還不錯!!

I really loved this hotel. The room was very clean and the services were very good. All the staff were very friendly. Easy walk from Mattar Station and 11mins on the train to Chinatown. For me it was perfect. Pool area very clean and staff take pride in their work. I’ve always loved Accor and this experience was exactly what i expected. Thank you.

地下鉄の駅からは若干遠いですが、近くにスーパーマーケットやガソリンスタンドに併設のコンビニが何軒か有り便利でした。ドリンクウォーターが何時でも補充出来るのは、有り難かったです。洗面台の鏡が移動式なのが分かりづらかったです。

Hi everyone I stayed 5 nights and breakfast but they charged me 6 nights and breakfast. Please check the day and time of arrival and 2 days for the service room. The breakfast every day is almost the same food. You get water filled up on level 4. I am so disappointed

The breakfast was nice with lots of vegetarian selections, and the serving staff were friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and the bed clean. There was no separate flat sheet between me and the comforter. I am not accustomed to this. My only problem was the smell of the toilet room. It smelled like old urine around the base of the toilet. I would stay at this hotel again because of the price, location, and nice staff. It is convenient to get to my customers from here and it is within walking distance to my favorite vegetarian restaurant. Leaf Corner.
