The staff is helpful, nice and friendly, they positively responded to our additional request. My "mid-level" review refers to the property itself: it is very old, has no air conditioning, and during hot summer weather it was very hard experience to stay. The room has fan, but when the air is hot fan does not solve any problem. Additionally, the hotel is located right on the road, and (we had road side room) it is very noisy even at night. Motorcycles and cars move the whole night, what makes really loud noise. We did not get any rest.

This is second time that we have stayed and everything was excellent. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location suited us, but best of all were our hosts. As well as helping us with our itinerary questions, they provided an excellent breakfast and then topped it off with a top quality evening meal. I highly recommend this accommodation

16th Century home in the hills above Grasse with an amazing terrace where you can see the Mediterranean. Family run with a dining room for guests where I chose to eat both nights I was there. Delicious and fantastic service. 30 minute walk to town where all the perfumeries and shopping are. I would definitely stay here again if in Grasse.
