The property is outdated. The signs are faded so hard to understand how to enter your room or hotel main entrance. I was only there 1 night but might have been disappointed further if I had stayed longer. Very very basic.

Queen and economical. No services available on site, thought the restaurant would be open but not. Also would have been nice to get more coffee packets each morning, had to track down a maid and beg for them.

We have stayed at Mont Blanc Chalet for many years. Over the years, we have noticed a significant reduction in the quality of services offered. Playground - closed, pool, sauna, hot tub - demolished, new year's celebration - gone, reception with a nice sitting area by the fire - disappeared, even the common recreation room was closed this year. Very disappointing.

Having laundry machines inside the accommodation as well as a fully stocked kitchen made it feel more comfortable for a family vacation, highly recommend!

When I booked I was shown pictures of a completely different room from what I got. it looks nice on the pictures and then showed up to a room that was not even close to what the picture showed with way out dated furniture other than the bed. Communication is 0 if you have issues good luck getting in could also specify what mountain it is on. yea I should have looked at the map to see where it was I wanted to stay at mount tremblant and ended up on mount Blanc it says 11 min walk to hill but not what hill.

Spent 2 nights there as we skied Mont Tremblant. Didn't realize it was actually on Mont Blanc Ski hill. Looks like great night skiing. Hotel was clean, though a little dated. Support line was very helpful and responsive. Id have no trouble staying there again.

I just don’t like someone trying to open the door. I think it was the house keeping. They open the door using the code and we’re still inside not even time yet for check out me and my husband still on bed and making love luckily we use the double lock and they was not able to open the door. When we arrive in the property we are not happy because theres no reception there. No one are there. We cannot enter because theres a code to enter but we dont have code. We keep calling no one answers only answering machine. The pictures online at hotel.com and the place we arrive are not the same. I choose a room but i dont expect the place is a ski hotel mont blanc. Is different in the pictures. We call the number we want to cancel the booking because we dont expect that place looks creepy.. but we cannot cancel it online. I want my money back under klarna payment. I need an asap answer for this. Its a scam!

It was clean and the value was nice but the lack of staff and overall lighting made the area feel spooky which wasn’t my preferred vibe. The only complaint I have is that an hour before my checkout time the cleaning staff entered the code to my room and entered my room which I felt was not okay. Overall nice property and it was clean!

Nice, clean unit. Downside is that there is no night ski-in access so it makes it a bit inconvenient if you aren't back to your unit in the afternoon. We had an issue with the check-in code didn't work and an issue with no hot water, both times (awkward/off hours) they were on the phone with us right away.

Ski in and out definitely is a big plus. Would be very helpful to have paper towels and cleaning sponge in the kitchen. Maps could also be made better by identifying our unit since not all units are identified in the maps.

Property is shady and neaby area looks abandoned. It needs renovation and better coffee and snacks availability. There were no mugs or cups to have coffee. We just sleep in the room which also should be renovated. There was no proper covering on the blanket and it was just sandwiched between two sheets.

Communication wise it was terrible. There were no clear information on stay. Even while staying, called but no response. On hospitality, there were no tea bags/coffee. Hope it improve in future. But overall its good experience. Thanks
