AMAZING STAFF. Family that runs this place was extremely friendly and great host. Would 100/100 stay here again. Free place to park car, walking distance to some awesome pubs. Short drive to many other good options and right towards the mouth of Gap of Dunloe and Ring of Kerry

The host couple were very pleasant and helpful. The house has a terrific patio with beautiful views of the mountains and friendly dogs who love a belly rub. Breakfast was good (but wish there was a little more quantity)

Breakfast was perfect and plentiful. The parking was very convenient. Our hosts were very gracious, patient, and kind. We felt like we were family friends as we stayed here. The location was perfect. It gave easy access to great travel experiences and was beautiful itself. There is no finer place to stay.

The owners Fergul and Jen were so warm an inviting, as were their dogs. We had a spacious 2 bed room on the second floor, common kitchen area on ground floor. Beautiful property. Super close to Gap of Dunloe. 4 minutes away!

Very friendly welcome. Lots of info about surrounding area. Beautiful view of the mountains. Nice clean room with two beds. Hand soap and body wash but no shampoo so need your own. Smallish bathroom. Great breakfast served in two sittings. Kitchen available for use by guests with supplied coffee and tea. A little noise could be heard from room next door and above.

Fergal and Jen were amazing hosts! Their beautiful farm was the perfect, quiet spot to rest. The parking lot had enough spaces for all of the guests, plus an EV charger! The rooms were comfortable and had extra towels, bedding and a stand up fan. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. Well done to whoever cares for the rose garden! Loved sitting outside with a cup of tea, watching the sweet dogs chase after cows or come beg for belly rubs. You certainly can’t beat the views! A few restaurants/pubs available very close for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was included and was delicious (full or vegetarian Irish, cereals, pancakes, fruit and a shakshuka special). Would absolutely recommend Inveraray for anyone passing through Killarney.

Jen and Fergal were our hosts. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is cared for. They had a full house. Their breakfasts were fantastic. The gardens around the house are lovely. Conveniently located to Killarney but yet you feel miles away. Just a lovely, lovely place.

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit bei Jen und ihrem Mann. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und nachts was es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist auch nur zu empfehlen. Die Kinder haben es geliebt mit den beiden Hunden zu spielen, aber auch die beiden Fußballtore haben geholfen sich auszupowern. Die Lage ist natürlich auch super und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um den Ring of Kerry zu erkunden.

Room was okay, breakfast good. I felt like we were imposing on her family life. Three emails clarifying that she had kids and we shouldn’t arrive later than 7:30. If going to be out late we had to tell them so they could stay up. Shower dirty, tv didn’t work. Beautiful mountains surrounding.

The room itself was excellent - large, separate entrance, comfy beds. Bathroom was small and functionally quite retro, but OK for one night. No soundproofing so we heard every squeeky step of the guests above us. Breakfast just OK. It would be 5/5 if the price was lower but nothing extra & disappointment for what we paid.

The property is remote, which made it quiet. The property inside is extremely outdated and old, outside appeared to be nice. We only stayed one night, arriving later in the evening and leaving early in the morning. The breakfast was nice and hot, the eggs are farm fresh, the fruit was delicious, and coffee was good. The owners were nice, didn’t really talk to them much due to being there for just the short period of time.

I stayed at this charming BnB for one night and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. The room was clean, cozy, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, a wonderful experience—would definitely stay here again!

Astoundingly beautiful view. Truly one of the most magnificent I’ve seen. The room was spacious and had very nice beds and bedding made for a great nights sleep. The hostess grieving us at the door, showed us our room and explained all the offerings for breakfast the next morning which were wonderful The best thing about it is, it’s out of the hustle and bustle of town and yet there’s several restaurants and bars, either walking distance or just a short drive away. It’s a wonderful place to stay for a couple of days. We just stayed one night and wish we’d have stayed more. We ate at a pub just a four minute drive away from a charming pub. We each ordered something different. The roast duck was absolutely done perfectly and the music was wonderful.

Se quedó un poco justa de tamaño. La puerta la cierran a las 23:00h. y tuvimos que apurarnos para regresar a tiempo y no molestarles.

Our 2-night stay was truly exceptional. Our room overlooked the entrance to the Gap of Dunloe. Our host was a delight to meet and to talk to, and gave us excellent advice on how we should do both the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula area. I hope to go back to Inveraray Farm in the future.

Wonderful place to stay, very comfortable with extra-friendly host and in great location. On way to Gap of Dunloe and we had a lovely view towards it. Lovely area but close to Killarney and all its interests. Can highy recommend the In Between Bar & Restaurant in Beaufort village - best meal we had in the area.

Jen made the most delicious breakfasts, with amazing variety. It was honestly one of the best parts of the day, with the breakfast room overlooking the garden and gorgeous view of the Gap of Dunloe. She offered wonderful recommendations around town and was overall the perfect host. We would absolutely return!

Arrival and check in was very warm and welcoming. Host Jen took excellent care of us. Everything was going great. We were on a golfing trip. We had very early tee off times and long drives. We had to get up early and get ready and leave. That seemingly caused other guests to complain. We were very politely asked to leave. We made it very convenient for the hosts and guests by agreeing to leave and find other accommodations thereby causing inconvenience to us. Other than a thank you, the host did not offer anything. I wish some timing restrictions are posted in advance.

It was just an excellent experience. If you can picture a B&B and how it should look and run this is the place!! My Sisters and Brother and Law all stayed at Inveraray Farm. It was our anchor location during our 3 day stay in Killarney. Owners were incredibly supportive to virtually anything we needed to include a taxi to town that they coordinated. Breakfast was terrific and just being in the surroundings was so relaxing.
It was just an excellent experience. If you can picture a B&B and how it should look and run this is the place!! My Sisters and Brother and Law all stayed at Inveraray Farm. Jen & Fergal are caring hosts who run a most efficient guest centred business. They always have time for you without being intrusive. We highly recommend their home with many easy to reach eating places in the vicinity, some within walking distance.

Breakfast was perfect and plentiful. The parking was very convenient. Our hosts were very gracious, patient, and kind. We felt like we were family friends as we stayed here. The location was perfect. It gave easy access to great travel experiences and was beautiful itself. There is no finer place to stay.

Wonderful place to stay, very comfortable with extra-friendly host and in great location. On way to Gap of Dunloe and we had a lovely view towards it. Lovely area but close to Killarney and all its interests. Can highy recommend the In Between Bar & Restaurant in Beaufort village - best meal we had in the area.

Inveraray Farm is a short drive outside Killarney, so walking and visiting attractions is fairly easy. Our host gave us advice about spots to take in, and inquired every day how our explorations had gone. There is close access to the Gap of Dunloe hike and O’Sullivan Cascade among others beautiful places. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would return to this quiet and idyllic countryside accommodation.

The host couple were very pleasant and helpful. The house has a terrific patio with beautiful views of the mountains and friendly dogs who love a belly rub. Breakfast was good (but wish there was a little more quantity)

Jen made the most delicious breakfasts, with amazing variety. It was honestly one of the best parts of the day, with the breakfast room overlooking the garden and gorgeous view of the Gap of Dunloe. She offered wonderful recommendations around town and was overall the perfect host. We would absolutely return!

The room itself was excellent - large, separate entrance, comfy beds. Bathroom was small and functionally quite retro, but OK for one night. No soundproofing so we heard every squeeky step of the guests above us. Breakfast just OK. It would be 5/5 if the price was lower but nothing extra & disappointment for what we paid.

Very friendly welcome. Lots of info about surrounding area. Beautiful view of the mountains. Nice clean room with two beds. Hand soap and body wash but no shampoo so need your own. Smallish bathroom. Great breakfast served in two sittings. Kitchen available for use by guests with supplied coffee and tea. A little noise could be heard from room next door and above.

Fergal and Jen were amazing hosts! Their beautiful farm was the perfect, quiet spot to rest. The parking lot had enough spaces for all of the guests, plus an EV charger! The rooms were comfortable and had extra towels, bedding and a stand up fan. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. Well done to whoever cares for the rose garden! Loved sitting outside with a cup of tea, watching the sweet dogs chase after cows or come beg for belly rubs. You certainly can’t beat the views! A few restaurants/pubs available very close for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was included and was delicious (full or vegetarian Irish, cereals, pancakes, fruit and a shakshuka special). Would absolutely recommend Inveraray for anyone passing through Killarney.

We love this Bed and Breakfast. The owners were lovely, and the property had everything you could need or want.
