독채로 쓸 수 있었고, 가족들이 숙박하기에 넘 좋습니다. 대욕탕의 온천은 깔끔하고 노천탕이라 사용하기 넘 좋습니다. 특히 저녁식사와 아침식사가 맛있었습니다. 저녁식사는 안경쓰신 한국인 직원분이 응대해 주셨는데 코스 요리를 친절하게 설명해주셔서 저희 가족들 전부 만족스럽게 식사할 수 있었습니다. 그 분 덕분에 저희는 유후인 바이엔이 넘 만족스러웠고, 다음에도 또 가고 싶었습니다. 온천을 맘껏 즐기고 싶어서 객실 내에도 온천탕이 있는 객실로 선택했는데 대욕탕이 밤 12시까지 이용할 수 있어서 다음엔 굳이 객실 내 온천탕은 선택하지 않을 것 같습니다. 그래도 리모델링을 해서인지 사진보다 객실 내 온천탕도 훨씬 깔끔했습니다. 근처에 산책할 수 있는 곳도 있는데 정말 깔끔하게 정리되어 있습니다. 특히 대나무숲이 인상적이라서 꼭 산책 추천합니다. 송영 서비스도 이용할 수 있어서 편하게 유후인 구경하고 숙소로 가서 체크인 했습니다

Beautiful Ryokan with very friendly and helpful service. We had a room with both tatami and western beds (raised off the ground) which worked very well for the elders in our group that weren't used to sleeping on the ground. No shower/bath in the room as the expectation is to use the public baths (or private family baths which are first come first serve basis). Our group had no issues accessing the private family baths which we preferred. The family onsen was MUCH larger than expected. The dressing room was spacious as well. We enjoyed both in the evening and morning before checkout. The rooms themselves were very comfortable and spacious. Public baths were also clean and beautiful. The meals were also a great experience (both Dinner and Breakfast). They were able to accommodate our group of 9 into a large room and went above and beyond to communicate/explain all the dishes which were all beautifully and deliciously prepared. The view outside was amazing as the Ryokan sat on top of a hill looking down to the town. It's a bit of a walk down to the shopping area (bit over 15 mins) but this meant this location was very quiet and serene. We loved it and would recommend to anyone.

A typical onsen hotel with high quality service. It has two private onsen baths which allows family to go together. The hotel rooms are very clean and the renovation is quite new. I will recommand this place to people who would like to spend one to two nights at Yufuin. Both dinner and breakfast are excellent. It also has self-serviced bar till 10pm.

It was a great opportunity to experience Japanese vibes and cuisine. The only issue I had was the cleanliness. The humidifier had terrible mold and the public bath wasn’t clean. It wasn’t even as clean as cheaper business hotels.

ホスピタリティが悪い。二部屋予約していたが、部屋の説明を一回で済ましたいからだと思うが全員一部屋に上がらされて説明を聞かされた。部屋ごとに説明するべきだと思います。部屋でくつろいでいると、私たちのものではない長さの髪の毛が何本も。掃除してないのかな。チェックアウトの際には、部屋の鍵をフロントに持ってくるのを忘れてしまったのですが、笑顔のない無愛想な女の人に取りに戻ってくださいと言われ融通が効かない。精算を済ませて帰るまでありがとうございましたの一言もない。私たちとは別に2組ほど帰ろうとしていましたが、もちろんお見送りにも誰一人として出てきませんでした。働いている人はみんなバイトなのかな？挙句の果てに、チェックアウトしてから電話がかかってきた。電子タバコ忘れてますよと。私も家族も連れも吸いません。私達が泊まる以前の方の忘れ物だと思いますが、毎回チェックしていないことに驚きました。2回目は無しです。料理はまぁ普通、温泉はよかったです。

유명한 료칸이라 기대가 컸는데 듣던대로 깔끔했습니다. 석식을 제공하는 직원의 응대가 조금 서툴러서 아쉬운 부분이 있습니다. 가족탕은 이용 후 관리가 빠르게 이루어지지 않는 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 저는 개별룸에 묵었는데 그곳까지 가는 길이 평탄치 않아서 무거운 캐리어를 끌고 다니기가 다소 불편했습니다. 해피아워 시간이 있는 것이 좋았으나 안주를 먹거나 들고 갈 수 없어서 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 네비게이션이 가끔 시골길로 안내하니 큰 길로 진입하는지 확인 후 들어가시길 바랍니다.

부모님과 함께 2박을 바이엔에서 보냈는데 리모델링 해서인지 깨끗하고 좋았어요 숙소는 침대가 조금 작고 이불이 약간 무거워서 그러긴했지만 식사도 온천도 좋았어요 . 앞마당이 넓어 산책하기 좋고 긴린코호수도 걸어가기 좋아요. 근처 마켓은 15분 걸어가야해요 워낙 예약하기 힘든 료칸이라서 기대가 커

First time staying with as a family of 3 with a young toddler. Half board included breakfast and dinner which was different for the 2 nights we stayed. Great rooms, clean and spacious. Hotel exterior was also very peaceful and nice. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Superb service. Will be back again!

심각하게 자연친화적입니다. 노천탕이 딸려있는 방이었고 1박 100만원이 넘는 가격을 지불했지만 방에는 거미줄 천지, 곰팡이 냄새, 벽에 붙어있는 벌레 사체들 너무 속상하고 불쾌했습니다. 바닥에 깔아준 필로우 커버에도 불쾌한 냄새가 났습니다. 추천도 할 생각없고 재방문 의사도 절대 없습니다. 직원분들 서비스는 좋았습니다. 그리고 가족탕은 전혀 청소가 되어 있지 않습니다. 검은 곰팡이가 여기저기 끼여있습니다. 대욕탕은 벌레가 떠있는건 야외라 어쩔수없다고 생각하고, 생각보다 다른 곳에 비해 비교적 깔끔했습니다. 대욕탕이 제일 마음에 드는 부분이었습니다.

Beautiful, traditional Japanese style rooms provide an authentic experience. We enjoyed the breakfast. They did their best to accomodate my wife's gluten free diet needs. The family onsens were a nice option for privacy.

とても快適に過ごせました。エアコンの効きがいまいちで、うっすら寒いことだけがマイナス点です。ご飯も美味しいし、お風呂も由布岳がみえて気持ち良かった。食事の後、バーコーナーでセルフでお酒が無料で飲めるようになってたのがうれしかった。また泊まりたいと思います

Beautiful Ryokan with very friendly and helpful service. We had a room with both tatami and western beds (raised off the ground) which worked very well for the elders in our group that weren't used to sleeping on the ground. No shower/bath in the room as the expectation is to use the public baths (or private family baths which are first come first serve basis). Our group had no issues accessing the private family baths which we preferred. The family onsen was MUCH larger than expected. The dressing room was spacious as well. We enjoyed both in the evening and morning before checkout. The rooms themselves were very comfortable and spacious. Public baths were also clean and beautiful. The meals were also a great experience (both Dinner and Breakfast). They were able to accommodate our group of 9 into a large room and went above and beyond to communicate/explain all the dishes which were all beautifully and deliciously prepared. The view outside was amazing as the Ryokan sat on top of a hill looking down to the town. It's a bit of a walk down to the shopping area (bit over 15 mins) but this meant this location was very quiet and serene. We loved it and would recommend to anyone.

A suggestion for the hotel to consider: to implement a system for guests to know whether the family bath/onsens are available. Otherwise guests have to keep physically walking to the onsens to check availability. Also the signage to the entrance of the hotel could be clearer (it was a little confusing for a non-Japanese speaking guest) as there seemed to be 2 entrances.

ホスピタリティが悪い。二部屋予約していたが、部屋の説明を一回で済ましたいからだと思うが全員一部屋に上がらされて説明を聞かされた。部屋ごとに説明するべきだと思います。部屋でくつろいでいると、私たちのものではない長さの髪の毛が何本も。掃除してないのかな。チェックアウトの際には、部屋の鍵をフロントに持ってくるのを忘れてしまったのですが、笑顔のない無愛想な女の人に取りに戻ってくださいと言われ融通が効かない。精算を済ませて帰るまでありがとうございましたの一言もない。私たちとは別に2組ほど帰ろうとしていましたが、もちろんお見送りにも誰一人として出てきませんでした。働いている人はみんなバイトなのかな？挙句の果てに、チェックアウトしてから電話がかかってきた。電子タバコ忘れてますよと。私も家族も連れも吸いません。私達が泊まる以前の方の忘れ物だと思いますが、毎回チェックしていないことに驚きました。2回目は無しです。料理はまぁ普通、温泉はよかったです。

First time staying with as a family of 3 with a young toddler. Half board included breakfast and dinner which was different for the 2 nights we stayed. Great rooms, clean and spacious. Hotel exterior was also very peaceful and nice. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Superb service. Will be back again!

Comfortable stay at Baien resort and walking distance 10 mins to the lake and shopping trip. Took a taxi from Yufuin station and cost JPY800. We enjoyed our stroll and admiring the autum foliage while walking out to the lake. It has 2 nice private onsens and 1 separate public onsen for male and female. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, staff are friendly. Recommended and enjoyable stay.

一泊朝夕2食付き　一名2万4千円のプランで利用しました。お料理が修学旅生を思わせる内容で質が悪く大変残念でした。母親の80歳のお祝いにと思い期待して行きましたがとても残念な旅になります悲しいです。記念日で訪れる方にはお勧めできないと思います。

A typical onsen hotel with high quality service. It has two private onsen baths which allows family to go together. The hotel rooms are very clean and the renovation is quite new. I will recommand this place to people who would like to spend one to two nights at Yufuin. Both dinner and breakfast are excellent. It also has self-serviced bar till 10pm.

It was a scenic walk from the lake to the property, we enjoyed it although it was drizzling. The room was nice and comfortable to accommodate 5 of us. We didn’t realize that there was no attached shower room when we booked so was a little shocked when we realized that upon check-in. If you intend to go to the onsen (which you should really go - there are 2 private ones and a big public one), then there’s no big issue with that. The dinner experience was also great, it was an extensive spread and immediately after dinner, there was free drinks at the front desk area. I would love to stay one more night so we could thoroughly enjoy the facilities and the beautiful surroundings!

It's a beautiful resort and the offer of public and private onsen was excellent. It's great for value. We had two meals and we were too full to finish everything. The staff are friendly and helpful.
