Rooms were great, we paid the same or less than a comparable hotel but had a full kitchen which was awesome. Workout facilities were also great. Laundry was coin operated, which was not convenient, but still good to have the laundry option.

I just love this hotel. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Arthur! He stood out! I called the hotel to add 1 night and he answered, Very friendly and caring across the lines, I made sure I get to see him. He introduced me to his GM as well. These staff took very good care of my elderly and disabled Aunt when she had to seek shelter because of fire from her home. Every day, fresh apples are washed and individually wrapped free for guests to take! Clean facilities like gym and laundry. Towels were very white and fresh. Crisp linens but pillows are light.

Quiet and clean!

The room was clean and spacious, but the tv quit working and I asked for the maintenance person to fix, or change out the tv. The person at the desk assured me they would get the problem fixed. When I got to my room that evening, nothing was touched so I went back to the front desk. The desk person tried to fix the issue but couldn’t, so all she said she could do was put me in a different room, even though I asked if they could just switch out the tv instead of making me move to a different room. So I packed up everything and went to the new room, unpacked everything only to find there wasn’t a shower curtain in the bathroom, so I couldn’t take a shower. I called the front desk again and they said I could go into my old room to shower. Again I asked why couldn’t we just swap out the tv’s since they couldn’t rent out either room as is. They said they couldn’t do that. I called the hotel that afternoon to see if they had put on a shower curtain and they had not. The person at the front desk said they would try to find one. So that evening when I got to the room I asked if they fixed the tv and if I could have my old room back and they said it was already rented out. Needless to say I am not happy about any of this!
