I stayed here for one night during my five-day trip to Phuket, and unfortunately, it left me with a very unpleasant experience. While the room was fine and perfectly clean, the service and amenities fell far short of expectations. The staff were incredibly inefficient, and despite the hotel portraying itself as a child-friendly destination, they lacked basic essentials. As a jet-lagged guest arriving with an infant, I was shocked to find they didn’t even have a microwave available to warm up baby food late at night. The night reception staff were equally disappointing and seemed completely clueless, unable to help with even a simple currency exchange. The pool bar was another point of frustration. They refuse to charge drinks to the room and insist on immediate payment, which is fine to an extent, but the service was poor. They actually hurried over with a bill for us to sign and confirm our order just three minutes before happy hour started—it felt like they were just desperate not to lose out on a full-price sale. To top it off, the drinks were poor; these were some of the worst cocktails I had during my entire time in Thailand. While the breakfast had a good variety, none of the food was great and was just "okay" at best. The only saving grace of the entire stay was the kids' foam party, which was the only thing my family actually enjoyed. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you're looking for genuine hospitality or family-oriented convenience.
