We stayed in a one bedroom villa with a private pool which we thought was spacious and had almost everything we needed. The service, hospitality and workers were amazing! They had 3 different pools on the property as well which were great (an infinity, swim up bar pool and more relaxed pool that was quiet and nice to relax at). The rooms did have AC however the bathrooms don’t, so it got pretty hot in the bathrooms. The included breakfast was the best! They had different specials that could be ordered which were also included so a lot of options to choose from. Leaving a 4 star review because there were stains on all the sheets and the pillows smelled the first night we got there. We had them change them before the “3 day standard” but the changed sheets were almost worse and had more stains. When checking out they had room service check the room prior to us leaving and they grilled us about a “missing” bath towel (which was found in our room). We tried not to think too much of it. Overall, was still good.

For first timers to Bali this was a great choice for our stay. The property is located not too far from the airport, traffic is what makes the trip longer however once there everything is great. Our room had a private pool which was awesome and we also had the option of going to the main pools when we wanted to. The spa was another favourite we enjoyed the couples treatment. The buffet options provide an alternative to the usual menu which is great for variety. The staff were always friendly and happy to help whenever asked. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at the hotel really exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delightful, offering both a buffet and daily specials that catered to a variety of tastes. The hotel provided so many enjoyable activities, from CrossFit and other training classes to bicycle rentals. We were particularly grateful for the free shuttle to Balangan Beach and the wonderful BBQ buffet we got to savor on Saturday during our weekend stay. The staff here made our experience even more memorable with their kindness and dedication. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the front office staff welcomed us warmly and explained everything we needed to know. The concierge was so helpful with our luggage and guided us to our room, making us feel right at home. All F&B team went out of their way to be accommodating and friendly—which truly made us feel valued. My partner accidentally left his wallet at the cabana by the main pool, but Budi, the attentive pool attendant, found it and returned it to the reception. It was such a relief and a testament to the wonderful staff here. Also, a heartfelt thank you to Putu and Ugie from housekeeping for leaving us the adorable swan towel with such sweet messages. Our heartfelt gratitude to all the staffs at the hotel. This hotel is the perfect choice for anyone seeking a rejuvenating and delightful escape.

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at Cross Bali Breakers. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our pool villa was spacious and so peaceful. We had amazing massages and facials at the beauty spa and staff there were lovely. Overall we couldn’t fault our stay it was perfect!

One of the best stays we ever had. The hotel is in great condition with an excellent gym, pool, food and rooms with its own pool. However what really made the stay was the excellent staff who were always friendly and eager to help with any questions or assistance. We enjoyed being outside the hustle and bustle of Uluwatu while taxis were frequent and safe getting to the areas we wanted to. The free shuttle in the area from the hotel was a further great touch.

Rooms were amazing. Staff were super-helpful, friendly, warm and made the whole experience a lot of fun and v relaxing! The plunge pool to the side of the villa was awesome. Nice to refresh in after sunbathing. The free gym classes/PT sessions with Bayu were great! The food options were great too - a mix of local as well as international cuisine, and with a free breakfast that had different options each day, I didn’t go hungry! The spa and pool facilities were amazing too! Highly recommend this place 👌

What an incredible hotel! Rooms were clean and well decorated and the amenities were great. This is all pictured, the service however was memorable and cannot be pictured. The turn down service left a different item made out of a towel (the crab was most notable), with a his and hers robe laid out, eye masks etc. On the last night, we got a hand written note from the staff. I unfortunately got food poisoning on the last night, and without hesitation, they extended our check out, sent dry food and extra water. Also directed my wife to the pharmacy. Great stay with impeccable service!

Vi bestilte dette hotellet som siste opphold på en lengre ferie på Bali. Vi bestilte dette hotellet for å kose oss ekstra, da det også er mye dyrere enn andre hoteller i området. Skuffelsen var store etter innsjekk, «villa» var veldig slitt og bar preg av manglende vedlikehold og vi måtte ha servicepersonell innom flere ganger for å gjøre vedlikehold på alt fra låser til TV. Hotellet er også svært avsideliggende med store problemer for å få tak i transport. Hotellet har her alliert seg med lokale taxiselskaper som tar en pris på mellom 4-5 ganger mer enn generell markedspris på transport, helt uakseptabelt. På toppen av det hele er betjeningen svært lite interessert i å hjelpe. Jeg hadde flere problemer som jeg tok kontakt med ledelse for å rette opp i, manager lovet da å ta kontakt med meg, noe som han aldri gjorde. Dette er kanskje det største problemet med at ledelsen ikke er spesielt interessert i å hjelpe. Jeg ville anbefale alle å styre unna hotellet, de skilter med 5-stjerner men dette hotellet er uten tvil det dårligste vi bodde på i løpet av oppholdet på 3 uker i bali, og da bodde vi for det meste på 3 stjernes hotell, som var ekstremt mye billigere og bedre enn dette.

Unsere Villa mit Pool, sowie die komplette Anlage war unfassbar sauber, das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Atmosphäre war ruhig und entspannend. Das Essen war hervorragend, natürlich für indonesische Verhältnisse teuer, dafür mussten wir aber nie Angst vor Bali Belly haben. Das Hotel ist abseits der Touristenmassen, was unserer Meinung nach sehr schön war. Insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank!

Cross Bali Breakers was a wonderful experience! We had a one bedroom villa with a private pool. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The only slight issue we had was mosquitos. Our first night we killed at least 30 mosquitos in the room. We notified the front desk of the issue and we had someone there within 3 minutes with mosquito spray. We showed him that the issue was the sliding doors were not sealed, leaving a half inch gap on either side where the mosquitos were entering. Five minutes later, engineering was there to fix the gap and we had no issues after that! Overall the staff was very kind and helpful. The spa was lovely. The location is a bit out in the bush, so there isnt much within walking distance, but the resort has a great restaurant and they will help with getting a cab. The breakfast buffet was really good and had a nice variety of foods.

Gebucht war eine Villa mit eigenem Pool. Die Villa war sehr sauber, Pool top gepflegt. Gebucht war für 2 Nächte. Frühstücksbuffet sehr zu empfehlen, war bei meiner Buchung inklusive. Die ganze Anlage wunderschön gelegen und zu empfehlen. Jederzeit wieder! Alles top!

For first timers to Bali this was a great choice for our stay. The property is located not too far from the airport, traffic is what makes the trip longer however once there everything is great. Our room had a private pool which was awesome and we also had the option of going to the main pools when we wanted to. The spa was another favourite we enjoyed the couples treatment. The buffet options provide an alternative to the usual menu which is great for variety. The staff were always friendly and happy to help whenever asked. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The staff at the hotel were warm, charming, and truly beautiful people inside and out. They were genuinely hospitable and always made you feel welcome. The hotel is actually located in Balangan, not Jimbaran as I originally thought, which makes it a bit more tucked away and hidden—a nice surprise if you’re looking for something private and peaceful. The food selections were delicious, with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere was laid-back and relaxing. The vibe was perfect for unwinding. My room was spacious and cozy, though I did feel it was missing a proper closet to store clothes, and the TVs could use an upgrade. The A/C in room was not efficient . Overall our stay was great but the room was hot even with fan. Also transport from hotel itself was a lot more expensive than just ordering a grab.

What an incredible hotel! Rooms were clean and well decorated and the amenities were great. This is all pictured, the service however was memorable and cannot be pictured. The turn down service left a different item made out of a towel (the crab was most notable), with a his and hers robe laid out, eye masks etc. On the last night, we got a hand written note from the staff. I unfortunately got food poisoning on the last night, and without hesitation, they extended our check out, sent dry food and extra water. Also directed my wife to the pharmacy. Great stay with impeccable service!

Cross Bali Breakers was a wonderful experience! We had a one bedroom villa with a private pool. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The only slight issue we had was mosquitos. Our first night we killed at least 30 mosquitos in the room. We notified the front desk of the issue and we had someone there within 3 minutes with mosquito spray. We showed him that the issue was the sliding doors were not sealed, leaving a half inch gap on either side where the mosquitos were entering. Five minutes later, engineering was there to fix the gap and we had no issues after that! Overall the staff was very kind and helpful. The spa was lovely. The location is a bit out in the bush, so there isnt much within walking distance, but the resort has a great restaurant and they will help with getting a cab. The breakfast buffet was really good and had a nice variety of foods.

The hotel provided so many enjoyable activities, from CrossFit and other training classes to bicycle rentals. The concierge was so helpful with our luggage and guided us to our room, making us feel right at home. My partner accidentally left his wallet at the cabana by the main pool, but Budi, the attentive pool attendant, found it and returned it to the reception. The staff were absolutely amazing. I had an experience where I booked a driver through the hotel to take us to Nusa Dua to our next hotel. When checking out, I finalised the bill which I didn't realise included the transfer to the next hotel. I then paid the driver in cash directly, meaning I had double paid. When I realised, I advised Cros Bali Breaker and they offered a refund and physically delivered the cash refund to me to the next hotel which is an hour away, without question. I very much appreciate that the staff went over and above to rectify the situation and I would like to thank them for this. I would highly recommend this hotel due to the overall service they provide.

Everything about Cross Bali breakers was perfect from the get go. We checked in after 12am and to our surprise they gave us sandwiches since their restaurants were closed. Every day we were greeted by all the staff who gave lovely compliments and made us feel so welcome. Room service came twice a day and were always there when you needed them for anything. Anything we needed was just a call away. The shuttle service was so convenient for the beach and for going to the market. They had a tour guide and local taxis which was so helpful. I don’t think I could stay anywhere else in Bali after the standardd cross Bali breakers has set

We had a great stay at Cross Breakers. The resort is beautiful and relaxing, but what really made the experience special was the staff. Sari was the highlight of our mornings—her smile and positive energy were truly uplifting. Angus brought us our coffee each day and kindly helped us find the spa when we got lost. On our first day, a kind server (wish we got his name!) took the time to explain the local currency, which helped us a lot. And Ninda made sure every request we had was taken care of quickly and smoothly. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

One of the best stays we ever had. The hotel is in great condition with an excellent gym, pool, food and rooms with its own pool. However what really made the stay was the excellent staff who were always friendly and eager to help with any questions or assistance. We enjoyed being outside the hustle and bustle of Uluwatu while taxis were frequent and safe getting to the areas we wanted to. The free shuttle in the area from the hotel was a further great touch.

There was no AC in our room, we asked the staff to help us and did not sleep the entire night, they did not do anything to help us. They said the general manager would contact us and nobody ever did. Horrible service, especially in this Bali heat.

Rooms were amazing. Staff were super-helpful, friendly, warm and made the whole experience a lot of fun and v relaxing! The plunge pool to the side of the villa was awesome. Nice to refresh in after sunbathing. The free gym classes/PT sessions with Bayu were great! The food options were great too - a mix of local as well as international cuisine, and with a free breakfast that had different options each day, I didn’t go hungry! The spa and pool facilities were amazing too! Highly recommend this place 👌

The facility is stunning and visually impressive, but our overall experience fell short. We spent three nights in a villa with a private pool. Unfortunately, securing an appointment at the spa proved challenging. Although we were told prior to arrival that reservations were unnecessary, I highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. The biggest issue we encountered was the inconsistency in enforcing hotel policies, which impacted our experience significantly. On our first night, a group of loud British guests were smoking, swearing, and playing their own music by the pool, right next to the restaurant. We also reported the issue to reception, but the noise persisted even after we returned to our room, which was situated close to the pool. Was wir besonders bei unserer Bewertung hervorheben möchten ist der ausgezeichnete und zuvorkommende Service und die hervorragenden Speisen und Getränke. Es gab täglich wechselnde Specials zum Frühstück. Die Speisen waren sehr frisch und lecker. Die Sauberkeit ist für balinesische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Wir kennen es jedoch aus europäischen Verhältnissen besser. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, die Bettwäsche wurde jedoch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gewechselt. Es wurden täglich zwei Flaschen mit gefilterten Wasser gebracht zum Zähne putzen etc. (würde ich während einem Bali Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall empfehlen, da das Wasser aus der Leitung zu Magen-Darm-Beschwerden führen kann). Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. An der Rezeption wird man stets freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Was ich leider negativ bewerten muss ist die Lage. Es ist sehr weit entfernt zur Stadt oder zu den bekannteren Stränden, man muss täglich mit 25-30 min Fahrt rechnen. Man kann sich auch über das Hotel für ca. 150.000-200.000 Rupih pro Tag einen Roller mieten.

Our stay at the hotel really exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delightful, offering both a buffet and daily specials that catered to a variety of tastes. The hotel provided so many enjoyable activities, from CrossFit and other training classes to bicycle rentals. We were particularly grateful for the free shuttle to Balangan Beach and the wonderful BBQ buffet we got to savor on Saturday during our weekend stay. The staff here made our experience even more memorable with their kindness and dedication. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the front office staff welcomed us warmly and explained everything we needed to know. The concierge was so helpful with our luggage and guided us to our room, making us feel right at home. All F&B team went out of their way to be accommodating and friendly—which truly made us feel valued. My partner accidentally left his wallet at the cabana by the main pool, but Budi, the attentive pool attendant, found it and returned it to the reception. It was such a relief and a testament to the wonderful staff here. Also, a heartfelt thank you to Putu and Ugie from housekeeping for leaving us the adorable swan towel with such sweet messages. Our heartfelt gratitude to all the staffs at the hotel. This hotel is the perfect choice for anyone seeking a rejuvenating and delightful escape.

Our stay here was amazing and extremely relaxing. Standouts for us were the kind and lovely staff, the quality of food (buffet breakfast in particular) and our private pool. Everything we needed was at the resort with great events and entertainment at night.

They only have 1 restaurant and the food was horrible. 20 minutes away from any other restaurant which was very inconvenient. The prices for service were much more expensive than any other hotel we stayed at on the island. But the food was absolutely terrible

We had 4 great nights at this hotel. The room was beautiful with private pool and the pool areas were beautiful. The food was great and the service was remarkable. The most important thing about this place is the friendliness of the staff, they were all so nice and gave us a fantastic holiday. Especially shout out to Rendy who is a truly nice guy. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall an excellent hotel, the 1 bedroom villas were even nicer in real life than the pictures. The grounds were beautiful and it was a pleasure to return to after the hectic roads of Bali. All the staff were friendly and attentive, the restaurant was really nice with a wide selection of food and great pricing.

Very nice and peaceful stay not to far away from airport for people with children, not the cheapest restaurant onsite oas prices were 20-30% more expensive than outside but good food, great sevice and very convenient. 3 pools on site with extra own pool in villa.

They went above and beyond our expectations!! We got in very late but was greeted with a meal box and friendly service. If there were any requests, they attended to it right away. We would love to stay there again.

Highly recommend this resort. If there is anything that I can change and only in my opinion, is the buffet breakfast, as they need to tweak it a bit. Once again this is my opinion. This place is amazing. We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa with a private pool, but if you can organise 3 couples to all go together, the 3 bedroom villa is bloody amazing.
