I come to Texas at least 5 times a year for work and always stay here. the rooms are huge, clean and have full kitchens. I love that the hotel has gas grills and all the cook wear you could want when I come with other co workers we like to grill out. also the hotel is located around all the good restaurants in case you don't want to cook your own food.

Kitchen was great! The bed was comfortable and amenities were clean (gym, pool). Free daily coffee is very nice along with all the creamer options and cup holders. There were sugar packet varieties and free lemon water in the lobby! I would come back and stay here no questions! Only thing would be that there is only one charger working out of two. We picked this hotel for our electric vehicle and only charged once since a Siemens work truck was there all night most nights. It’s free so perhaps that work truck knows there is no code or hotel access needed and uses the free charger box there. That’s my only advice is to for front desk to check on it! Two is better than one charging station! Everything else is amazing and front desk staff are always helpful and nice!

It isn't labeled, but there's a really nice garage under the hotel. Everything was clean and sanitary. The hair dryer exploded in my room while I was using it, but a quick call to the front desk had that rectified quickly. I just wanted somewhere to crash after a concert in Royce City and this place was perfect.

The entire team - led by Manager Katie - are just amazing. My sister and I were there for a couple of weeks as our father was in hospital and they took amazing care - actual care - of us. Bobby and Madeline and Troy at the front desk and Ivan and team in housekeeping just went above and beyond and always asked about our dad. And that I was able to have my two dogs with me was wonderful. And they were so comfortable, too. Also lovely pool, nice gym, and great breakfast. I will be back and highly recommend!!!

Rooms smelled awful. Like dog urine and someone tried to clean it up with toxic filled Cleaners. Unbearable. Got a new room- new smell. But settled because it was late. B-fast was ok. Small. Store inside was not stocked. Eh. Staff was nice.

Checked in put my things away and left to go out for dinner when we came back the floor in the living area was saturated from the air conditioning leaking. Called the front desk and was accommodated immediately and was put in another room on a different floor but it was still the same size that I had before. So kudos to the young man that was at the check-in desk who was so helpful and got us all taken care of.

We booked a king suite with sofa bed. We got a queen suite with a small sofa that could not be slept on. It was too small for an adult and very uncomfortable.it did not open up to a bed. We were able to get a different room the next night that was accommodating for 3 adults but still not what we expected.

I enjoyed my stay and the property and staff are great. It’s a bit noisy due to the high school behind starting band practice at 0700 each morning. And I was surprised that I could clearly hear my neighbors on both sides.

Everything was relatively clean and it was a nicely kept hotel. My complaint is that we called the front desk and asked for them to come clean the room and give us more towels and no one came. Then when we tried to call them back later, no one was at the front desk the entire day on Saturday to answer our calls. I even called the property on their main number, and no one answered. We didn’t have fresh towels after the first night.

The grey haired gentleman who checked us out was so helpful and friendly. He is also a teacher and we had an enjoyable discussion. He explained the steps to help me get the points for the stay added to my account. I stay in Rockwall often and I will be back.

I have stayed in Numerous Hotels I have to say this hotel was the best by far on all levels. Such a great space and the people were great even the people that were staying there. Bobby front desk was awesome I will defiantly be staying again. Thanks again for the great service!!!!!

Breakfast and the attendant were awesome. The food was a little different each morning, which is nice if you’re there several days. Belle at front desk was amazing. I had forgotten to bring my own pillow and the hotel pillows didn’t allow me a good night’s sleep for two nights Belle went to extra effort to find a better pillow for me and next three nights I got a good nights sleep. Yea!

I have done a lot of traveling and stayed at tons of properties. I had to take time to review this property's staff. I've never stayed at a property where the staff made me feel more at home. Everyone seemed like they actually love their jobs, and show it with how they interact with the guests.

The welcome experience was very terrible. The general manager was very hostile and unwelcoming. This is the 3rd time I am staying in the hotel and the reception has been pretty similar, ver very unwelcoming. I will no longer be staying in this hotel. Though I came in early and requested for an early check in, they claimed they do not have a room ready for me. I waited and went to check if a room was available and still it wasn’t. When it was 3 pm I went back to them and they finally agreed to check me. The staff (especially the general manager) are unwelcoming.

Got in an argument with wife after passing the entrance 2x, didn’t realize we had to turn into the steak house parking lot and wind around it to get to the hotel, no signage.

All in all we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good and the facility was very clean and organized. There was some construction work nearby that made the area dusty and some of the roads were kind of hard to navigate. Of course this isn’t the fault of the hotel but it would help if the construction companies would be more efficient with their clean up work.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here until the last morning when we slept in later so arrived for breakfast at 9:15am (it’s advertised until 9:30) and it was obvious much of the usual breakfast items (fruit, fresh half/half, etc) had already been removed. I asked the woman cleaning in the area about the fresh half/half that was usually there when I went for coffee first and she said “sorry, we are out” and suggested that I use the packaged cream. I didn’t believe her and then when I noticed the other previously available items missing, I really didn’t believe her…she was picking up breakfast before 9:30. I went to refill my coffee before going back to the room (probably after 9:30) but there were several people still eating breakfast and it was gone too. A shame because it was a great stay until that happened and that’s what we will remember instead of the nice, efficient room, private balcony and great view.
