Room reeked of cigarette smoke. As someone highly allergic to this, I was miserable.

Ride share close to airport easily found hotel. Room exceedingly comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and ready to accommodate us from Hotels.com reservation. Room rate was affordable.

I showed up and had paid for The honeymoon suite and upon arrival was informed that I was required to pay a $100 cash deposit of which was nowhere on your site after about 20 minutes of searching, the staff informed me that it was on a different site and then proceeded to not want to refund my money because they said it was through your site and not their problem. So me and my pregnant girlfriend were required to take a smoking room or just be out the money I had paid for the suite was not offered any compensation or money back knowing well that I had paid a lot more for this week than I did for the single king size smoking room onmoney to take a smoking room because of it

Cigarette burn holes in multiple places, bleach stains on carpet, but mostly clean. Hot tub was clean and working good.

Room was very clean, hot tub did start up a bit clunky but it was fine afterwards. Would definitely stay here once again.
