This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a very long time! Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels replaced.. Downstairs tiles could be a little slippery after some rain. On-site laundry, 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, just requires $2 coins. Outside large carpark, not covered.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Shoreline Motel. There is guest laundry facility but it charges $4 for 60min use of washing machine and you'll need to buy your own laundry powder. Be sure to use 30min cycle otherwise it'll turn off and you'll have soggy clothes. Dryer is another $4 for 60min use. Make sure you have plenty of $2 coins! We had a one bedroom suite with two single beds. Bedroom was small and hot in summer but it was ok for an overnight stay for my teenagers. The bathroom is showing its age. Good for the price we payed for the night.

The room was spacious and had everything required for a reasonable price. Unfortunately our room really smelt of curry, it was hot which added to the smell and hadn’t been cleaned as well as one would hope. Neat to have a big spa bath, 2 tv and I loved that there was proper milk that was a massive plus for me. I’d stay again as bed was soft and room separate to lounge area.

Staff great, correcting booking issues, as booked for extended family of 6, 4 adults, 2 children. Property was good for our family of 4. We would book again as the location was great. Areas like the kitchen and bathroom were clean but under the beds and vanity was not though and the floor needs a good mopping! We stayed in the separate 2 bedroom house and it wasnt clear when booking that there was no off street parking. Parking is 120min right outside so moving the car to longer parking was a pain but probably more difficult than usual due to it being a holiday weekend.

We had a two bedroom apartment with kitchenette and dining. The rooms were immaculately clean (so much so that we could still smell the bleach) and well appointed. The rooms are a little old and worn, but still well kept. Reception was friendly and it’s easy to find. Would definitely recommend for families.

In poor condition. Peeling wallpaper in bedroom. Cracked tiles in shower. Everything old. Air conditioning only in main room, not in bedroom. Loud - can hear everyone passing by and going up and down the stairs. Location decent - across from Marine Parade and the ocean (this was the best part). Fairly easy walk to the center downtown area with shops and restaurants.

Fantastic spot opposite the beach, within walking distance of lots of activities as well as shopping and dining. The room had a very relaxing spa bath and plenty of room to move around. The room itself was very spacious with a little balcony to look at the ocean.

When I checked in, I was a bit disappointed as I had really wanted a patio or balcony, and would have preferred not to be on the ground floor - particulary as I was travelling alone, I'm just always a little more comfortable when nobody outside can see in. I mentioned this at reception and straight away they found me a new room. They were really understanding, and went to some effort to make sure I was happy with the change. Both rooms were really clean, so big and absolutely what I wanted. The bed in first room (although I only sat on it) did feel quite a bit softer, the bed in the second room was great, a little firmer and so comfortable. The spa was, obviously, amazing! Could have spent hours in there! My only very small criticisms are that the blinds are a bit hard to open and close in some of the windows, and one had slats that I had to manually adjust, but that really is so minor! I wish I was staying for longer, and will definitely recommend it!

Thank you Shoteline Motel for helping me with my last minute travel changes. Their service is outstanding. They were kind and friendly, they were very helpful when I had any questions and they were quick to ensure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend their motel based on service alone. But they also had clean big suites and an ideal location that made it very easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, stores and the downtown area.

The staff wasnt as helpful. I asked for tissue as they didnt replenish tissue in the room and the reception staff they will bring some over but never came. The room door cant be locked with a key. The locksmith was to come at 8am so i waited but he came later when i had left the room.

The property was literally across the street from the water. For a budget hotel it was more than I expected. It was within a 10 minute walk of the center of town. There were several restaurants in the area that appeared to be quite good. I did not test all of them

Affordable place with great location. The room was large/ long. Don't be deceived by the normal hotel look outside. Lots of parking on the street or inside their courtyard. The balcony looking towards the Pacific Ocean was nice. We left the back door open to listen to the ocean as we slept. The bed was the most comfortable we had our entire trip. We enjoyed the large jacuzzi tub in the room, too. The nearby Drift restaurant was a bust but the Irish Pub down the way was good for drinks. There is a large kid park across the street by the ocean. Also, Ice cream is a close walk next to the kid park. Many shops and restaurants are a short walk away- no vehicle needed. We would recommend this place.
