Our stay was amazing. Everything a family, especially children, need all on site. Playground, pools, arcade, theatre, cafe, restaurant, pedal karts and soooo much room to walk around. We will definitely make the trip again.

parking for a utility was problematic inasmuch as if left little room for others entering a cramped parking area. the tv control instructions would've made sense if they had said the mute volume control button tilts away from you for increase and tilts towards you for volume decrease. We only discovered this after several hours....

Room was clean, but a lighter top was left on top by the plates and there were ants in our room not a major thing especially for the price and facilities provided. We loved our stay even tho we didn’t use the pool and everything else there as we were there for a wedding so super busy..Defs coming back soon especially since summers coming around!

Stayed in the renovated luxury rooms which have been nicely done. I didn't use any of the facilities so cannot comment on those. Positives - Bed, dining table and chairs were nice and comfortable. Aircon worked well, kept the room warm and the renovated bathroom looks good. Plenty of parking. Negatives - No shower curtain, water splashes over the bathroom floor. Fine for first user but anyone after is standing in water or using towels to dry. No wall between bedrooms. There are thin wardrobe doors between the rooms as opposed to a wall, it's weird. Housekeeping - I stayed 2 nights and had towels replaced (a must given the shower situation) but they were just left outside my door along with several other rooms towels and flannels. Were still there in the morning so I suspect housekeeping forgot them and no one checked. I had ants in the kitchen of my room. Given the speed they got there I suspect it happens regularly but there was no fly spray or any other remedy. Lastly the reception staff seemed very disinterested in having me as a guest. She was efficient at check-in, but didn't smile or show any welcoming emotion, just factual and robotic as if it was a bit of an inconvenience I was there. Overall the stay was good but there definitely things that could have been done better.

Site has excellent facilities and is well laid out. The units are a little dated and very poor soundproofing, and for these reasons are perhaps a little overpriced in comparison to some hotel/motel units. However the unit was clean and contained everything you need .

Motel side is a bit dated, however completely clean and tidy. Would be great for kids or in summer. Was on a business trip so did experience the full resort, however looks great. Nice to wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning.

Property is clean & tidy & awesome park & amenities for the kids. Our beds were very uncomfortable. The top bunks I didn't put my kids in as you can feel the wooden slats through the skinny mattresses on the bunks. The bottom ones had thicker mattresses which was good. The top bunk & bed mattresses need replacing. The pool was really nice. Shame the little kid pool is so cold so we couldn't use it, but the bigger one was warm enough to swim in at night time. Would definitely stay again. Changing those couple things would make a huge difference.

I would have loved to give 5 stars for everything. Our stay was relaxing and so much fun for the kids. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. My only issue was SOME of your reception staff are quite rude and their attitudes match their rude looking faces. The ground keepers were always welcoming and cheerful. Once I booked and emailed through to confirm everything and to see if they can allocate units near by each other for me and my family. The staff were quick to respond, professional and covered everything I need to know. Standout for me was Sasha who explained everything via email even when we checked in she had a positive attitude and polite as well. Cleaners also came daily to provide toilet paper and fresh towels and flannels. If the weather was good in Napier we could’ve done so much in the resort. Swimming, go carts and play ground for the kids. My brother and his little family enjoyed the game room, theatre room and pool table :) This will be our go to accommodation whenever we come to Napier. Thank you so much Kennedy park resort you rock! Highly recommend.

There was a mishap with our booking through Expedia but the lovely receptionists sorted it out without a fuss, which we were super grateful for. What I loved the most was how the kids had heaps of things to do and play on, and how they could run free and ride all over the park safely. Very helpful and kind staff, great facilities and vibe. The only thing I didn't like was how some visitors left the common areas in a mess after using them between staff cleaning times. Other than that, we had a lovely time and we will be back again. Thank you Kennedy Park Resort.

I really liked it here, the only downfall was my whānau arriving at 2pm to check in to be told that the room wasnt ready and there would be a phone call when it was...no phone call came...go back at 5pm to be told that the room was still not ready and the people were still in there until 11pm! No apology for my whānau having to wander around for 3 hours! But as I said I really liked the place, would like to come back again, but please make sure that the rooms are ready at 2pm!

A good place to go and take your kids! Great location outside of napiers city centre and has a range of entertainment options for families within the resorts facilities such as the park, pool and arcade. I would definitely recommend a stay here for other families and singles looking to have a night away. Will definitely be back for another stay in future.

The accommodation was very old & damp! Thankgod for the heat pump! The Restaraunt was badly run!! Food was terribly cooked infact it was over cooked in oil!?? The breakfast was a shambles nothing was left the bacon was boiled not grilled everything was soggy!!! The tea & coffee well there was none!!

This resort was amazing. We booked a basic room with 1 bedroom and it was cozy with 2 twin beds in the room and a queen bed in the main area. The swimming pool was warm and the onsite restaurant was good. Lots of activities for kids.

Two bedroom villa is very spacious, clean and modern. The facilities at the resort are excellent and my little one loved the playground. The $12 breakfast at the restaurant also exceeded our expectations - we were expecting a bowl of cereal but instead we got a platter each of cereal, cut fruit, yogurt, a warm croissant and a little jug of milk. I will recommend Kennedy Park to all my family and friends.
