Like the food and dining. Spa facility is only for males. Timings of spa were only from 3:00pm not 24 by 7 service

Difficult to get to. No one seems to know where it is. Confusing whether to book domestic (before you check in) or international (after you check in to your flight). Delays getting to your room (paper register 3x plus bag scan plus long walk). The place smells and feels damp and moldy, though the bed and shower good. Restaurant convenient, gym adequate. Shower is either cold or scalding. Internet down half the time. Main convenience is you are in the airport and can walk right down to check in to your flight

The multiple layers of security means it is quite difficult to get into and out of this hotel. You need to prove you have a flight, with either a ticket or reservation with your name on it. Then wait for a guide to take you to the next level os security to have your luggage scanned. A third level of security is then in place as you exit the elevator. At every stage logs have to be manually filled in. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The furniture in the restaurant/bar is a little tired but the food is good. Rooms are small but you are unlikely to be staying here for more than one night, so they are good enough.

Hotel is quite and clean. Room service is prompt and food is amazing in taste. Just be advised that this is a transit hotel and you cant come from outside of airport in it. You need to call hotel from gate 1 and they will pick you from there. Hotel spa lacks people on weekend and i want to book massage for wife but ppl were not available. There is no sauna or pool or jakuzi

Super convenient hotel for Delhi Airport departures. It was unfortunately difficult to find as we arrived in a different terminal and the signage wasn't great. Also, it took quite awhile to be escorted up and checked-into the rooms. Once you are in the room, you really can't leave the property (not much to the property) so we had room-service which was great. The staff helping us check-in and get to the hotel were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Rooms are super small. Very, very convenient - we could see the check-in line for our airline from our room - kind of cool. I would recommend completely understanding the check-in process and location prior to arrival. Also, we weren't able to get our boarding pass in advance from Emirates which ended up not being a problem at all. I just needed the confirmation w/ our name, flight, etc.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. A little expensive but worth the convenience of being in the Delhi airport. Be sure that if you’re staying on the international side, your luggage is checked all the way through to your final destination. And once you’re in the airport, you just need to find the Holiday Inn express desk and they will escort you to wherever you have to go. Be warned, there’s lots of security stops! The only complaint we have this time was an unpleasant odor in the hallways of the domestic side of the hotel. Otherwise it was comfortable, had all the essential amenities & great staff.

It was quick! We enjoyed the comfort of the room. And the convenience of the location! But the shower didn't drain well and cause the whole bathroom to get soaked.

The room was very small, it smelled bad, the water from the sink and toilet were a light brown colour. The towels smelled bad. I would never stay there or recommend it to anyone.

The water out of the tap and shower was brown, the room was not very clean. I would not stay here again. The staff were delightful.

Hotel is very good for stayif you have airport transit/transfer for flights. Only issue is rooms are little bit small and bed is very compact.

Overall it was ok for a quick stopover and to get some sleep. Shower water pressure and temperature was pretty bad. I was put in the very last room of a very long corridor. Not ideal, especially since I was alone and there was no latch on the door. Didn’t feel safe. No windows in the room. Darkness was appreciated, but made it feel gloomy. Towels were old and only half a roll of toilet paper. Zero items available (handcream, etc). Had to ask front desk how to with the tv and phone. Breakfast seemed ok (I didn’t eat anything). Had one cappuccino from the machine until it stopped working. Not great value for the money. They need to renovate, so it resembles what they are advertising.

Its a very comfortably furnished hotel. The bed was fabulous, as was the lovely hot shower. The restaurant was good, especially the breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpul. I stayed in room 110. Its next to reception and the lifts. Its VERY noisy. I could hear everyone checking in and out all night. Music playing, phones constantly ringing, lifts making that noise when the doors open. Vacuum cleaning the carpets, anyone, including staff having a nice chat right outside the door. Didnt sleep a wink. Its very expensive given the reason i booked the room was to have a good rest between flights. I left the hotel completely exhausted. Nice people, nice room, i would only ever stay there again if they could guarantee a quiet room

Die Zimmer sind klein und extrem hellhörig. Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer kann man ohne weiteres mithören. Die WLAN Verbindung auf dem Zimmer ist grausig. Mehr als eine zweckmäßige Übernachtung am Flughafen ist es nicht.

Shower was great and bed comfortable. Two bottled water were nice for 5 hours of stay.

It was quick! We enjoyed the comfort of the room. And the convenience of the location! But the shower didn't drain well and cause the whole bathroom to get soaked.

Loved hotel, lovely people and very convient, just a little annoying that when using the shower the water leaks all over the bathroom floor, making it very slippery.

The staff was remarkably helpful and friendly a special thanks to Sonu who patiently help me get through the airport to the hotel and then to my flight… Exceptional care !!

The rooms were adequate for an airport hotel. The main issue with this property was the check out experience. At the time of check in we confirmed with the front desk staff that we would be leaving at 03:15 and we were assured someone would take us from the hotel to the airport as you are unable to go alone due to security. In the morning, the same employee called for staff to escort our party and 2 other parties but no one came. We repeatedly were assured that an employee was coming in English, while the employee, speaking in Hindi, was telling his colleagues that no one had been found to escort us. We ultimately waited 45 minutes for someone to escort us causing significant stress and making the time to complete airport check in and security tight. I would recommend against staying at this hotel as you will likely be more efficient to stay at a nearby hotel with shuttle service

The most important service is getting us from curbside through security with hotel staff all the way through to the room and later to the airline check in counter. Smooth.

IF you can figure out how the place works, I think it might be useful. But I had to wait $ HOURS outside of the airport because airport security wouldn't let me in and there ws no recourse. So I was unable to use the place for the vast majority of my time between flights. Anyway, I was quite irritated with the lack of clarity, the attitude of several of the staff (they seemed like they were in a fog of disdain and hated their jobs), and the general way everything was run. CLEAR instructions and USEFUL phone numbers could have made it a great experience. But instead of relaxing for the 9 hours between flights, I only got to be in my room for 3 hours. Grrrrr....

Anand was incredibly helpful. I had arrived a bit more than 24 hours before my next flight and he was still able to help me get into the hotel and let me stay until my check-in area opened prior to the flight. He and the rest of the staff were amazing.

The front desk staff Ravinder,Sudhanshu, Mayank (1) Mayank(2) provided amazing customer service. They work as a team. It was late when we came and the other guests were a bit cranky Sudhanshu handled them quietly and politely. Ravinder guided them so well. The rooms were not available and we were escorted to wait in the restaurant area. They provided complementary water and offered us refreshments. We were all tired and that was very welcoming Sabarjeet in the cafe provided excellent customer care . Our overall impression of all the staff is very warming. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

The check-in process was confusing and was dependent upon me being able to call the hotel. Thankfully I have an app on my phone which allows me to call internationally using data. Unfortunately, the experience of actually getting to my room was far worse than expected and ridden with anxiety for myself as a solo female traveler not speaking Hindi. I arrived to terminal 3 and called and was told to find Gate 1 of departures and call again. At 9:25 PM I arrived to gate 1 and called the hotel to be escorted there. No answer. I called again. No answer. I called again. No answer. I called again, and someone answered and said someone would come down to escort me up. I was told this at 9:32 PM. After fifteen minutes, no one had arrived. I called again, and after numerous attempts got ahold of the staff who said someone would be there in 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes later no one had arrived. I called again and was assured someone was on the way and would be there soon. Finally at 10:15 PM someone from the hotel came to escort me upstairs. From the time I firs called, it took 50 minutes to be escorted to the hotel. I stood there for 50 minutes. As a solo female traveler, I felt anxious waiting for 50 minutes in an unknown airport for so long. I would rather stay in aerocity next time and take a prepaid airport taxi. The room itself had no windows. I could not leave the room without hotel staff escorting me.

Directions for how and where to check in are not at all clearly communicated. Staff did not explain the process as it was happening. Ultimately their assistance was greatly appreciated but communication before and during could use a lot of improvement.

The reservation experience was a nightmare. So many regulations on which side one can stay (domestic or international), cannot even stay unless flights are from terminal 3, and none of that is mentioned during reservations. Very hard to find at airport However the hotel staff is amazing. Once Mr. Nawab met me, then everything was taken care of. He took ownership of everything and provided amazing service. I hope the hotel fixes its reservations experience so that the great experience the staff provides is complete

The location within terminal 3 is the main draw. But I had exceptional service being lead through back corridors to get to the hotel. Before my flight friendly staff picked me up and escorted me to my check in counter. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great.

**Only stay in this hotel if you are arriving in T3 and departing from T3** We arrived into T2 and had a nightmare trying to access the hotel. We were almost not allowed into T3 to access the hotel. Once we managed to get in, the hotel was fine and breakfast was good.

To access this hotel is extremely difficult. It's just a transit hotel and only should be used as transit, in between the flights. Hotel should emphasize that. Location otherwise very convenient as its inside airport. Wish it should be less expensive.

Excellent hotel for a few hours rest between flights. Located in easy walk of gates 1-16 on the international airside. You do need a boarding pass to get to the hotel, so not so convenient if you're entering the airport from outside.

Convenient location for transit passengers

空港内にあり場所はとてもいいのですが、見つけることができずにかなり探しました。 小さなカウンターを見つけることができず、空港をさまよい続けました。 入口は裏手から係の人が一般では通れないルートからホテルに案内してくれ、朝も特別な従業員用ルートから空港に出られました。 ホテルに入る際に荷物チェックなども受けるので少し時間がかかります。

Food was very poor, very little choice and with no regard at all for keeping the food warm. Lids on the heated containers were left open by staff not just customers. Cold air was blasting down on the food from overhead air conditioning.

conveniente para poucas horas de hotel. bom banho, bom colchão que permite um curto mas bom repouso. o pequeno almoço é agradável e retemperador. só tem o problema com o acesso, que como o hotel está situado na zona de segurança do aeroporto obriga a uma série de controlo de acesso que consomem algum tempo, mais ou menos dependendo da afluência.

We stayed overnight in this hotel after long flights from US, with a connecting flight next day from T3. Very convenient, Good food (had dinner & breakfast), nice runway views, rooms although small, are comfortable with good bathroom, and friendly staff (Nawab in particular helped us a lot from carrying luggage, near international exit points, to security, to room check in and more)

If day old donuts is your ideal breakfast then this is your place

No frills, strictly picked for convenience if a flight out of Heathrow is required at an early hour. Staff tried their best to assist with all the security check-in’s and outs that are still needed for hotel and airport security. Breakfast was acceptable.
