Des studios fonctionnels. Nous en avions 2 différents (mais au même prix). L'un des deux était vraiment très petit, le second permettait de dîner confortablement à 4. Une belle chambre familiale, avec dans le coin cuisine du liquide vaisselle et une éponge. On a pu profiter de la piscine. Personnel accueillant et attentif. Et un super petit déjeuner.

Bon hôtel 3 étoiles mais difficulté de fonctionnement pour recharger un véhicule électrique. Bonne literie, chambre silencieuse, petit déjeuner correct,bon accueil. Attention il n'y a que de l'eau chaude non réglable... Et propreté couloir et ascenseur a revoir.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Les prestations sont au niveau du prix et c’est agréable de pouvoir profiter d une piscine extérieure. Les avions s entendent très peu de la chambre avec les fenêtres fermées. La Clim est appréciable en période de canicule même si elle n est présente que dans la pièce principale.

Le quartier de l'hôtel est très bruyant: des personnes bruyantes restent sur le parking toute la nuit, les bruits des avions ne sont pas du tout atténués par les huisseries rendant le sommeil compliqué. La propreté de l'hôtel n'est pas au rendez-vous: oreiller taché, poubelles de la chambre pleines à notre arrivée, moisissures dans la salle de bain, grilles de ventilation bouchées par la poussière, les cintres de l'armoire sont tous cassés, les fenêtres bloquent et sont quasiment impossibles à ouvrir. Et alors que le séjour a été payé via le site hotel.com à la réservation, le concierge insistait pour que l'on paye l'ensemble du séjour à notre arrivée. Il a été très insistant malgré les mails de preuve de hotel.com avec la preuve de paiement. A fuir!

Expérience médiocre, le nettoyage est plus que douteux, l’hygiène est à revoir. Nous sommes arrivés de l’aéroport dans la nuit. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car il y avait des poils des cheveux et des taches sur les draps. Le lit était cassé. dans le deuxième logement que nous avons eu. Nous avons eu exactement la même chose. Les alèses sont tachées, il n’y a aucun entretien. C’est catastrophique de dormir dans des draps avec des taches douteuses. Nous attendons un retour de l’établissement mais je ne conseille absolument pas cet établissement du moins pas en l’état.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit le samedi 6 décembre, dans l’hôtel Zenitude nous avons eu un très bon accueil. Seul petit bémol quelques détails à revoir au niveau de l’hygiène dans le micro-ondes pomme de douche qui fuit ampoule côté lit griller.

Letat de propreté de la chambre etait moyenne par rapport aux autres sejour effectué la bas. Des cheveux dans la douche, des draps avec des miettes, un sol poussiéreux dans les coins. L'évacuation dair de la douche mis de biais et sale. Mais le pire.. etant le lit parapluies remplis de taches, craque de partout que ce soit la partie pour dormir ou le tour. Tache sur les murs La lumiere de la cuisine etait collé et ne pouvais plus s allumer. Le chauffe serviette ne fonctionne pas

Arrivé à 18h45 portails fermé sonner à l'interphone a 2 reprises pas de réponse appel téléphonique a l'accueil pas de réponse c'est une personne qui sortait du parking qui nous a ouvert afin d'accéder à la réception. Arrivé à la réception personne!!! Attente avant que quelqu'un arrive bref très décevant a ce niveau La chambres limite propre La salle de bain en mauvais état tablier de la baignoire rongé par l'humidité les joints moisi bref très très décevant pour un hôtels proche d'un aéroport. Je ne reviendrai pas et je le déconseille

Hôtel moderne et joli service au top. Par contre pas de lit double mais un vieux clic clac avec matelas presque inexistant. Odeur à cigarette très désagréable dans les draps et impossibilité de régler la climatisation à moins de 24•C . Il faisait plus frais dehors que dans la chambre. Néanmoins à part ces inconvénients, hôtel très agréable pour un séjour en famille. Je reviendrai mais en précisant qu’il me faut un vrai lit double pour mon mari et moi.

I booked this hotel for two nights to be close to the airport. The staff is very kind. The room was very clean, spacious, very comfortable bed. No smell. Great little kitchenette with fridge.The hotel is located in an industrial zone, about 1 km walk from Caroline Aigle tram stop that will bring you directly into Bordeaux. Tickets are currently 1,80 € and can be purchased from a dispensing machine at each stops. The walking distance to the airport is 1,6 km or 1 mile. Cons- I couldn't figure out how to use the A/C, I even found a Youtube video - no luck. Same thing with the heated towel bar, the digital pad had a lock on it. The mini fridge dial was set to 1, so the freezer section unthawed and the veggie drawer was full of water. There was also some black mold on the glass shelf. I took care of it myself and cleaned the fridge before using it. There is a trim missing on the bottom of the tub that is a bit of an eyesore. The trim and the fridge were the first thing I saw when I entered the room. Not the best impression. Apart from that the room was nice. The hallway and door leading to the room is a bit institutionalized, really not the best impression. The hotel from outside looks great.

The hotel is well situated close to the airport and some restaurants. Our room had a little kitchen which was handy for having breakfast in the morning. However, there was a funny smell from the kitchen, and the air conditioning did not work (even thought it was listed as an amenity for the property).

Arrivé à 23h une autre personne était dans le hall qui m’annonce qu’elle n’arrive pas à ouvrir le coffre fort pour récupérer la carte, nous attendons les 10mins pour débloquer , je réessaye , impossible à ouvrir. J’appelle 14 fois l’astreinte personnes ne réponds , j’attends 10 mins et rappelle , la dame décroche et me dis attendez 10mins il va se débloquer. Nous avons attendus et ressayer de nouveaux toujours pareils. Je tente de rappeler l’astreinte 9fois personnes décroches . J’ai finis par partir et trouvé une solution plus efficace , dormir dans la voiture .

I booked this hotel for two nights to be close to the airport. The staff is very kind. The room was very clean, spacious, very comfortable bed. No smell. Great little kitchenette with fridge.The hotel is located in an industrial zone, about 1 km walk from Caroline Aigle tram stop that will bring you directly into Bordeaux. Tickets are currently 1,80 € and can be purchased from a dispensing machine at each stops. The walking distance to the airport is 1,6 km or 1 mile. Cons- I couldn't figure out how to use the A/C, I even found a Youtube video - no luck. Same thing with the heated towel bar, the digital pad had a lock on it. The mini fridge dial was set to 1, so the freezer section unthawed and the veggie drawer was full of water. There was also some black mold on the glass shelf. I took care of it myself and cleaned the fridge before using it. There is a trim missing on the bottom of the tub that is a bit of an eyesore. The trim and the fridge were the first thing I saw when I entered the room. Not the best impression. Apart from that the room was nice. The hallway and door leading to the room is a bit institutionalized, really not the best impression. The hotel from outside looks great.

Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel tres agreable facilité de prise de chambre et flexibilité. Calme malgré la proximité avec laeroport. Faire le trajet a pied avec valise difficile, avec enfant, c est trop dangereux. 20 euros le taxi pour 4 mais vue quon etait 5 on a payé 40 euros pour 5 min de trajet, un peu abusé meme si lhotel n y est pour rien

However, there was a funny smell from the kitchen, and the air conditioning did not work (even thought it was listed as an amenity for the property).
