This hotel is in an apartment building, floors 4-8. We booked this hotel because we were looking for a location semi near the Itami airport for an early morning flight. Unfortunately, this hotel is in a NO taxi pick up area!!! Something we really wish we knew before booking.

ツインで予約したのですが、お値段は満足でした。しかし、ベッド周りをはじめ、トイレ以外は普通に良かったてす。連泊なので最低限のお掃除をお願いしましたが、きれいにされていました。(★3つ) 洗浄便座が古くで高さも低く、水勢が弱く、お尻を濡らす程度でした。また、タオルやパジャマ類の古びた感は否めませんでした(★2つ) 要改善点かと思います。(★1つ) また、朝食付きでなかったので、ベッド料金をお支払いしてバイキング方式の朝食を食べてみたのですが、品数も少なく、味もイマイチかと。(★2つ) よらしくお願いします。
