Very clean place. You can use tram to get to city center and its historical locations just in 20-30 minutes. Minuses - no shuttle to airport!!!! no safe and refrigerator in the room.

Room was fine overall, but very disappointed to find the showerhead holder broken so there was a need to hold the showerhead when showering. The minimum expectation is a working shower from a hotel. Highly recommended. Great hotel for the price. Super close to the airport. Rooms are clean. Staff is nice. Meals at the hotel restaurant make it convenient to eat. There are many nice restaurants within 2 or 3 blocks. 6 streets away (walking distance) is an area with many restaurants offering Indian, Vietnamese, Chinese and African cuisine (corner of Bakalarska Street and Borsucza Street). A supermarket Biedronka is 2 blocks away. Less than 3km from the airport so Uber drive was few minutes and was around 15 PLN or USD 3.

Room is not bad, but smells inside it was terrible. It feeled like someone threw up there, then took a crap, and then washed it all off with detergent. Area around and destination to the airport is really good. Heating system was not working, but the reception staff gave me the heater.

I had to change my room 3 times because the hotel had a sewer problem and my room smelled like a sewer. It was quite disturbing. When I told the reception about the problem they pretended they dont understand. The whole hotel had a foul smell. It was unpleasant. The area was sketchy. Construction all around. Unsafe to walk. The Hotel is richt near the airport (only a road separates it) Planes keep coming over and over, all day you smell kerosine, lots of noise, nothing to do in the neighborhood, is on a extreme busy road. DO NOT GO THERE !! In the morning in summer they leave the door open from the restaurant, you smell the kerosine in the restaurant. Food is horrible bad, cheap, no quality at all. Your room is not cleaned, no fresh towels, front desk told us, we do that once in three days !! My god what a service, so bad.

No service, no coffee packs available for second day. They cost may be 0.20 cents and staff refused to give us We spent there 6 nights on and off. Convenience of leaving suitcases between travels. Room very small, can barely move around. no toiletteries. We found latwr much better lpace like Triton for less money few blocks away

Here at hotels.com is CLEARLY stated that there applies a daily cleaning of the rooms. My room has NOT been cleaned after the first night. I complained about this circumstance in the evening, and the receptionist dared to tell me it was my fault: I should have actively asked at the reception for a cleaning. In which hotel in this world does a guest get such an unfriendly answer? Furthermore, as the room service didn't come, there was no refill of coffee and sugar for the water boiler. I asked for that, too, and got the answer that it was included only once. Guys, when I pay two full nights, then I've the right to get twice the full service! Is that clear? Last but not least: the main light in my bathroom (room n° 32) didn't work, only the mirror lamps worked.

Für das Preisleistung ist man von Polen was besseres gewohnt. Reinigung der Zimmer nur Aufforderung und nur oberflächlich. Frühstück nicht empfehlenswert.Personal war leider nicht das freudlichste. Wenn man keine hohen Erwartungen hat ist das zum übernachten optimal da es zentral liegt und man eine super Anbindung mt der Starßenbahn LInie 7,9,15 hat.

Overall good experience, copious breakfast. Small improvements could be softer bathroom towels, and not having to use hand soap to wash body and hair, or at least that’s what it said on the bottle - hand soap - for the shower.

Todo el general está muy bien. Muy limpio, personal muy amable e instalaciones como nuevas. El desayuno un poco flojo y poco variado. Por lo demás, todo excelente. Muy recomendable, cerca hay una buena zona de restauracion que se puede ir andando. El centro en coche a 10 minutos y sin probkemas de aparcamiento
