On a passé un excellent séjour dans cet hotel appartement. La chambre était très grande, lumineuse et parfaitement équipée, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le séjour était spacieux et agréable, idéal pour se détendre, et la cuisine entièrement équipée. L’établissement propose également de superbes installations : une belle piscine propre et bien entretenue, une salle de sport moderne avec tout le matériel nécessaire, et un spa très relaxant, parfait pour se ressourcer après une longue journée. Bonjour Nous avons séjourner du 24 juillet au 8 aout 2023 au city première appartement. Nous somme venue en famille, 3 adultes et 2 enfants. Je vous le recommande, car nous avons passer un agréable séjour, nous avons bien était accueilli, la chambre et nettoyer tous les jours. Pour ceux qui on des enfants les fenêtre du balcon sont sécuriser les enfants ne peuvent pas y aller, si vous ne l'ouvrer pas, pour ma part sa ma rassurer. Le métro se trouve a 5 min a pied, la Burj khalifa et a 1 station de métro. De plus, vous avez la navette gratuit pour le Dubaï Mall, et pour la plage c'est un petit plus de l'hôtel. En bas de l hotel se trouve des superettes, 1 pharmacie. vraiment top. merci a toute l'equipe de l'hotel.

The staff was wonderful and the room was spotless. There was a problem with the shower nozzle which they repaired within an hour. They also offer a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall and Jumeirah beach which was an added bonus. We ordered room service for dinner and it was very tasty and arrived hot. I would stay here again.

The location is old and needs to be refurbished. Overall, the room and property was clean. The bathroom showers have mold and shoddy tile work. The toilet ran the whole time I was there (9 days). I reported the issue. Maintenance arrived to produce a toilet flushing demonstration/ tutorial. The noise ceased temporarily, which I told him would occur. No one followed up.

The place was convenient to the metro. Literally on the same block. There were little supermarkets next to the building. Great room and amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing was the washing and drying machine. It does not dry clothes at all. I had to use a hair blow dryer to dry my clothes individually. Other than that, I loved my stay and wish I could have stayed longer.

Stayed here for 11 nights. The heating system doesn't even work no point even trying. They don't give heaters if you are cold. Booking shows tourism tax and the hotel take double the amount as the exchange rate they use is very very low. Curtains are NOT actually black out curtains. The biggest lir was that the room is sound proof. You can hear the trains going every few minutes, and you can hear the cars driving as well.. Also work was being done outside which could be heard all day. The hotel have written the information wrong, probably to get extra money. For a 4 star hotel the amenities are non existent. All you get is one bottle of water per day. Once you have booked and paid, be prepared to be ignored. They don't answer the phone or emails. Expedia are unable to do anything about this. Book this hotel at your own risk! Not expedias fault.

There is a grocery store in the adjacent building. - The apartment is spacious (we took a premium 3-bedroom apartment on the 35th floor). -The rooms and bathrooms are clean. - The kitchen is complete: refrigerator, oven, microwave, pots, plates and utensils. - The used dishes are cleaned by the housekeeping service. - Room service dishes are reasonably priced. The manager, Mr. Nabil, served us graciously. Cons: - The breakfast buffet has limited choices and its level is average or below average. - We requested a car to take us to the airport from the reception, but it was not requested until the bellboy visited us to take the luggage, which led to our delay due to miscommunication.

The hotel is situated near the Dubai mall. Area around is accessible to restaurant and supermarket. The room itself maybe a little bit outdated as far as furniture but overall it was a great room. And most of all we enjoyed the view and all around balcony. Will definitely book this hotel again

Wrote the hotel two messages months and weeks before the stay, through Expedia, never replied. Staff is very helpful, walkable (30 min) to the Dubai Mall, next to the Business Bay metro. Supermarket next door. Shuttle to the Dubai Mall and the beach.

Property is walking distance to grocery stores and the metro. There is also a constant flow of taxis available around the hotel. Staff was very nice. It was a very good choice to stay there. The only thing I’d warn guests about is that the hotel has a strict policy against visitors; so plan accordingly.

Disappointed with my stay here. There was an issue with my booking when I had booked for 3 adults but expedia send me booking for 2 adults only. I called the hotel and told them and they said to me that was fine and no extra charges was mentioned. I had stayed with them on the 29th of September and we mentioned our booking for the 23rd to 29th of October with 3 adults and were told it was all good. When we arrived on the 23rd the reception said the booking was for 2 only and we had to pay extra 150 aed per night for an extra bed which wasnt mentioned before. After a lot of discussion we were finally allowed to check in even though we had paid the full amount 6 days in advance. The guy at the reception refused to give us an extra bed and was not nice. The porter mentioned the sofa bed to us and told housekeeping to gave us extra blankets. We used the sofa bed which I’m sure had bed bugs us I was bitten terribly by something. Also the plumbing on the toilets were terrible it kept blocking mention to reception twice but no improvement. I had stayed at this same hotel in 2019 and my experience was better than it was this time. The porters are very helpful but that is the only positive I found.

L’endroit est vieillot et pas très bien entretenu. Il y a 5 canaux sur la télévision. On a eu un upgrade grâce à mon statut… La douche ne marchait pas, on ne pouvait pas tirer la chasse d’eau mais Dieu merci, ils ont réparé ça assez vite. Pour ce qui est du restaurant, quelle horreur!! Pour le positif, le métro est tout près et quelques endroits pour faire un petit épicerie… Les employés à la porte sont tous très professionnels et aidant.
