The property was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Located right on the beach, it offered easy access to nearby restaurants and local supermarkets. Breakfast was enjoyable, though I personally found the selection repetitive after a couple of days. Parking was available, and while the local bus service wasn’t very frequent, it was accessible. The booking was reasonably priced and budget-friendly. The shower had excellent water pressure and stayed hot—perfect for long, relaxing showers. Overall, I had a great experience. I’d definitely consider staying again, although I also enjoy exploring other options.

Bella Vista is a nice option if you want a good hotel that\'s close to the beach. The room was fresh and I had a big corner balcony with some ocean view which I really enjoyed. The best part is the beach and that every room comes with your own sunchair x2, and a parasol. The staff is friendly but it might be hard to have e decent conversation in English, so sometimes it was hard to make yourself understood. This is the same all around Durres so had nothing to do with the hotel itself. The breakfast included is okey but a bit dry, since there are no heating plates for the sausage and eggs. I went out to eat in the evening so I can\'t say anything about the restaurant when it comes to dinner. The picture of the beach is not from the actual hotel - it\'s the building in front of it - so the front is facing the road instead of the beach, which can be a bit misleading. You only need 30 seconds to get there though so it\'s still a "beach hotel" in my opinion. All and all I\'m pleased with my stay and would recommend this for all people who put the emphasis on spending the day at the beach.

The hotel Bellavista was very nice, the room 105 was clean and comfortable with modern features such as electic blinds on the patio ,thehotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The seafood linguini was to die for.Only a short stride to the nice sandy beach withfreesunbeds,although the beach was good sand therewere lots of cigarette buts .Lots of restaurants nearby and all verycheap prices itshard to spend over 30euros for a meal for2 people including wine.The only down side was we paoid expedia forlocal transport to theresprt but we arrived at midnight and were told that the buses stopped at 9pm so we were forced tto take a taxi to our hotel

we had a fabulous stay at Bella vista hotel in Durres.the hotel is super clean and comfy beds.The staff are so polite and welcoming specially the reception staff,went out and beyond to help, A special shout out to Miggy at reception she’s a gem and so helpful. the hotel is close to to all amenities.The beach is just 5 steps away and loads of beach clubs around and is clean. we had a lovely time.

The staff were very helpful especially evening waiter in the bar/restaraunt Nero (?) with dinner and wine suggestions. Located close to beach with beach chairs we were able to enjoy a little afternoon sun and cocktail on beach. Newly upgraded modern hotel with parking and elevator. Rooms were good size very comfortable with balcony. Would stay again.

Muy buen servicio, limpieza espectacular , el hotel reformado y bien cuidado . A mejorar muchísimo el desayuno, muy poca variedad y de de mala calidad . Piscina no tiene pero a cambio tienes hamacas y sombrilla gratis por se huésped Mala comunicación para moverse , solo taxi (caro). Alrededor existe gran oferta de restaurantes. Zona similar a Benidorm mejorado

cet hôtel est très calme,très propre,le personnel charmant,la plage à côté vraiment agréable avec lit de bain et parasol le sol problème les transports ne sont pas fiable et les taxis coûte cher mais c est pas grave on était venu se reposer

El hotel muy limpio y moderno. la habitación tiene tele plana, caja fuerte, aire acondicionado, balcón y nevera. La limpieza y cambio de toallas es diario. El desayuno buffet bastante completo. Muy cerca en el paseo hay muchos sitios para comer, tomar algo, comprar, hasta oficinas de Exchange. Volvería a este hotel sin dudarlo.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren stets sehr sauber und gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt für Strandliebhaber. Außerdem war das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch wir uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt haben. Insgesamt ein rundum tolles Hotel, das wir definitiv weiterempfehlen würden.

The hotel and its surroundings was very clean. Although as a hay fever sufferer, the smoking in open spaces and outdoor restaurant didn’t help but the sea was an absolute delight and the staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Bra läge vid stranden, rent och sköna sängar. Men på balkongen fanns bara en torkställning, inga möbler. Personalen var inte särskilt trevliga, ointresserade. Frukosten var riktigt bra, kylskåpet också. Ingen pool finns och de ger inga eller hyr ut strand handdukar, vilket vi tycker är ett stort minus. Restaurangen tog inte betalkort.

Hotellet var bra. Dock låg det väldigt nära en vältrafikerad väg och det var väldigt ljudligt. Se till att välja ett rum som vätter mot stranden. Frukosten var heller inte särskilt bra.

The picture of the beach is not from the actual hotel - it\'s the building in front of it - so the front is facing the road instead of the beach, which can be a bit misleading. All and all I\'m pleased with my stay and would recommend this for all people who put the emphasis on spending the day at the beach.

Frukosten var riktigt bra, kylskåpet också. Ingen pool finns och de ger inga eller hyr ut strand handdukar, vilket vi tycker är ett stort minus. Restaurangen tog inte betalkort.

we had a fabulous stay at Bella vista hotel in Durres.the hotel is super clean and comfy beds.The staff are so polite and welcoming specially the reception staff,went out and beyond to help, A special shout out to Miggy at reception she’s a gem and so helpful. the hotel is close to to all amenities.The beach is just 5 steps away and loads of beach clubs around and is clean. we had a lovely time.

The receptionists were very kind and helpful the hotel was very close to the beach. But the boy working there wasn't very good he gave me place on the beach but after 2 hours he told me actually this was Reserved and told me sorry. So unprofessional

El personal (recepción, anfitrión, limpiadoras, camareros), muy amables, siempre con la sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar y dar cualquier información. El hotel muy limpio y moderno. la habitación tiene tele plana, caja fuerte, aire acondicionado, balcón y nevera. La limpieza y cambio de toallas es diario. El desayuno buffet bastante completo. Muy cerca en el paseo hay muchos sitios para comer, tomar algo, comprar, hasta oficinas de Exchange. Volvería a este hotel sin dudarlo.

The staff were very helpful especially evening waiter in the bar/restaraunt Nero (?) with dinner and wine suggestions. Located close to beach with beach chairs we were able to enjoy a little afternoon sun and cocktail on beach. Newly upgraded modern hotel with parking and elevator. Rooms were good size very comfortable with balcony. Would stay again.

it's not ideal for family with young kids.I found it very difficult to communicate with the staff as they don't understand English. inside the room there was no kettle for tea. breakfast no choice. only thing i have been eating was an egg, a saussage cucumber tomatoes .

Das Hotel liegt tatsächlich ganz nah am Strand und der Strandpromenade. Man kann an der Promenade auch gut und preiswert essen und es gibt jede Menge Mini Märkte in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Bra hotell nära stranden i en lite lugnare del av Durres långa sandstrand (södra delen) med många restauranger i närheten. Vi både även längre norrut i Durres men föredrog den södra delen. Hotellet hjälpte till med parkering vilket underlättade.

Hotellet var bra. Dock låg det väldigt nära en vältrafikerad väg och det var väldigt ljudligt. Se till att välja ett rum som vätter mot stranden. Frukosten var heller inte särskilt bra.

Siamo stati bene, hotel restaurato recentemente, posizione ottima ( si trova direttamente sul lungo mare). Unica pecca è la colazione, c’era tanto cibo salato, caffè all’americana e latte freddo, ma per noi Italiani, mettevano poche brioches e quando finivano non rimpiazzavano mai e il cappuccino era a pagamento…!!

The hotel Bellavista was very nice, the room 105 was clean and comfortable with modern features such as electic blinds on the patio ,thehotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The seafood linguini was to die for.Only a short stride to the nice sandy beach withfreesunbeds,although the beach was good sand therewere lots of cigarette buts .Lots of restaurants nearby and all verycheap prices itshard to spend over 30euros for a meal for2 people including wine.The only down side was we paoid expedia forlocal transport to theresprt but we arrived at midnight and were told that the buses stopped at 9pm so we were forced tto take a taxi to our hotel

The property was right next to the beach and its very convenient. The breakfast options were limited and repeated, so dont expect a big spread. Overall was a nice stay considering we were out for most of the day. the room was clean and the facilities were good .

Nice hotel by the beach promenade, with private section on the beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas. At least we prefer this zone more than the beaches closer to Durres town - the beach is bit wider at this part and there is also a selection of good restaurants close by. Room seemed recently renovated and had a modern feel to it. Partial sea view from the balcony - though the busy main road on the other side brings noise in, if keeping the door open (all the buildings in the zone face this same problem though). Breakfast buffet had decent selection. Would be happy to stay here again when visiting Durres next time.
