One of the best LaQuinta hotels I have stayed in. GREAT value for the price! Well-maintained, very clean, delicious breakfast, beautiful lobby. Fitness center was immaculate, with machines, weights and mats in pristine condition - and a water filling station! Beds were so comfortable and bathroom was large. My only "complaint" is the lack of recycling (blue) bins or any effort to recycle - especially at breakfast.

Nice clean quiet rooms. The only improvement I can see needed is the heated pool was not so heated and was a bit cold and very cloudy water. Otherwise , great experience.

Hotel is fairly new. Decent size rooms with microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast area was kept clean by staff. Fruits, toast, cereal, bagels, sausages, eggs, yogurt, and pastries available. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate offered in the lobby all day. Parking lot is well lit. Staff efficient and pleasant.

We arrived around midnight for a late check in. There was no parking available. Lady at front desk suggested we park in the fire zone with signs that said “no parking, we will tow your car”. Bathroom shower was stained and dirty. Dogs barking at 1 am in rooms. Worst hotel experience ever.

Overall, this is a newer La Quinta. But our room specifically was gross. The bathroom had dirt everywhere along the baseboards, the shower door didn't close, and the floor of the tub was grey from so much dirt. There are no black out curtains so we had a street light shining into our face the whole night. There were pictures missing from the wall. It just felt like it has not been well maintained.

Carpet in room and by window was sticky when walking on it, felt like I needed to wear shoes all the time in the room, bathroom was clean, and neat. This next part is not the fault of the hotel, however is worth noting, no back up generators for the AC. Power went down before mid night and went most of the night with no ac ended up sweating a lot. Again not the fault of the hotel for the outage, but something to note. We have stayed here before when it was first opened and got on fine. Last night we were given key card to our room only to find it already occupied, went back to front desk, NO apologies!! Given another room that smelled like old cigarette smoke. Thankfully I had wipes, the bathroom was so filthy, like dried up black crap everywhere and something all splattered down wall beside toilet, it was disgusting even on toilet roll holder too!! Then found toothpaste all over faucet and mirror smeared with who knows what. To top it all off there were NO WASHCLOTHS!! Never had such an awful stay!

Overall, this is a newer La Quinta. But our room specifically was gross. The hotel was updated and had plenty of outlets and usb ports. The internet worked well. Breakfast was over by the time we were up and dressed, so I don't know how good it was. Ask for a room away from the road as the road is quite busy, or wear ear plugs. I wore ear plugs and slept fine.

Nice hotel. One negative, the building is, apparently a wooden structure, and thus is more noisy. You hear people walking on the floor above. You hear people talking in the next room, and due to a large crack under the door, you plainly hear people talking in the hall.

When I checked in the front desk staff was less than friendly. Upon arriving to my room, there was no remote, the shower was subpar and the hallway smelled like weed. I went to the front desk to get a new remote, the staff was super rude about it. All night long the hallways were super loud. The next morning the alarm in the room started going off along with multiples down the hallway. Clearly no one was staying in those rooms because they went off for over an hour. There was no hairdryer in the room and again the front desk staff could care less. Nothing to drink with breakfast and the breakfast that was out (eggs and sausage) was cold. This establishment definitely left much to be desired.

We arrived to find screaming kids playing hide and seek in the hallways after midnight. The hotel had rented over half its rooms to support hockey team families, and they were up very late partying, playing cards, and in general a “free for all”. The staff said they could t do anything. We came across 4 time zones to pay respects to a friend in hospice care, and were exhausted during a very sensitive end-of-life situation. I feel betrayed by Wyndham; they should not rent a hotel room to regular customers who expect to be able to sleep at night, when knowingly renting out to hockey teams that will be up partying all night. This is gross profiteering and abuse of customers. Never again.

This is our second stay at a LaQuinta in the last 2 wks. The quality of the hotels was beyond our expectations. Very updated, clean, lobby were beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our battery died in our car and they gave us a late check out until we could get our car fixed. The area was only 8 min. drive to Notre Dame. Didn't seemed to be bothered by any street noise.

Excellent check-in with Nikki! It was a long day of driving & I wanted a quiet room that faced east. Nikki was accommodating and helpful, especially with the blackout screen that was stuck. Hotel itself is very nice and clean with friendly and helpful staff. The only complaint I would have would just be with the area as as I was walking out to my vehicle, I noticed a homeless individual walking around the vehicles, including mine.

Property needs TLC! Doors have 1/2 inch gap when closed 3/4 down on lock side. Inside room was good, clean restroom. Very noisy all night , cars & bikes racing up & down the road. A large qty of vacant properties around area.

Our check-in went smoothly. The room rate was affordable and the accommodations were clean. I loved that coffee was available any time of day or night. The hotel was located close to Notre Dame campus so we were able to tour the college after checking in. It was also close to the South Bend Airport so we were able to grab a continental breakfast before heading to the airport for our morning flight. The only complaint we had was that the TV in the workout facility was not connected to cable so we were unable to access music or any programs while working out.

Great property. Safe, secure, and quiet. Only thing I didn’t like was drug addicts shooting up next door at OYO hotel out my window. Staff was excellent. Pool was average. Breakfast was great for a chain hotel. Beds super comfortable and TVs were large. Would stay again for a different view.

The room was ok but the shower was not as clean as it should have been. There was soap built up on tile that I was able to scrub off myself with a washcloth. Breakfast was very depleted when we got to it yet there was another hour left until it was over. We normally enjoy our stays at La Quinta Inns.

Check-in was smooth and fast! The hotel was decorated for Halloween and for Norte Dame football, it was too cute! Hotel and rooms were clean! Breakfast was good, we liked the different options they offered. We will definitely stay there again.

Remember you asked. Room clean. In the morning and evening into night there was no cold water from the bathroom sink. Breakfast is good, however, the eggs and sausage were always cold. There were no biscuits on the weekend. Some of the cereal was stale. Front desk staff were always willing to get what we needed. Most mornings at breakfast there was an employee who sat on the couch picking his nose while talking on the phone. Very gross. I feel that the tables should be disinfected after someone has eaten at it. Never saw them cleaned. The ice on the parking lot by vehicles and surrounding areas needs driver for safety. Noise from room above us was 4 plus hours . Never heard back from the manager. Banging against our wall from room next door was awful. Kids using pool is great but unfortunately they leave lots of water in the elevator and floors which makes it difficult to avoid. We do like the hotel, but maybe they need older more experienced workers.

Newer hotel. Clean. Lots of nearby food options. I did on line check in but that really did not speed up check in. Coffee machine was out of order for breakfast-that was the only bummer!
