Holiday Inn Buenos Aires-Ezeiza Airport

Lovely big rooms. Beautiful pool and kids area. Very clean and well presented. 2 good restaurants. Shuttle to airport every hour. Would stay again

The hotel is conveniently located, close to Ezeiza with a free shuttle. There were some rough edges, like moldy shower grout, a bathroom door that would not shut close, dilapidated playground equipment, and slow food room service. The room service food was very good, and reasonably priced.

Free shuttle to airport. Beautiful hotel with excellent Italian restaurant. Spa and pool available. Rooms comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff professional and helpful.

Courtesy Bus runs every hour, which was very handy. Pool was enjoyable and wonderful steak restaurant around the corner for dinner.

Hourly free shuttle to the airport makes this hotel very convenient if you are flying in or out of EZE. Hotel is currently being renovated.

They have a beautiful pool and 5 star restaurant adjacent to the Hotel. Shuttle to and from the EZE airport. English speaking front desk check in. I felt very safe on the property.

The airport transfer is great, breakfast was very good, although they had an issue with us taking some food to our room for our daughter who slept in; pool is nice and the hotel is clean and beautifully decorated.

The hotel is very nice. The room was spacious. The staff were great. Problem was, we had at least 10 mosquitos flying around the room. With our very late arrival, the last thing we needed was to hunt down and kill mosquitos for the first 30+ minutes at 1am. It was a real problem!

On first floor far end. Loud “band-type” music until 11:00PM (2300). No bath tub plug; no operating TV until next AM, no ice bucket (have to get ice from bar downstairs); no coffee service until requested (supposed to be provided); extremely dirty exterior windows; no USB outlets. Would expect better at an international airport hotel. Decent buffet breakfast! Airport shuttle good. Restaurant TBD tonight! No local restaurant options. On very busy highway.

Clean room, staff

The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport. Check was easy. However, the bathroom tub had some mold. Hotel needs a little bit of a make-over or sprucing up, as it is very dated. Hotel shuttle, which is free and runs every hour on the hour, was efficient and on time. The reception staff and maintenance folks were very good. The service staff was very good. The hotel shuttle to the airport with free and efficient.

When checking in our room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Gave us a new room, when we entered that room the door was open and the lights were on. Bathroom floor and shower dirty bit at this point it was very late and we were tired so did not compliant again. Food overpriced compared to other holiday inns that we stayed in Argentina. Feel that their proximity to airport was the draw and they did not have to worry about standards.

Very comfortable stay. Beautifully clean and updated. The staff were very accomidating and friendly and spoje english which was nice! The airport shuttle was also great. Highly recommend.

The airport shuttle was easy to find but only runs on the hour. So call ahead so they know you are coming. Staff was so nice and accommodating. The rooms could use an upgrade but the bed was comfy. Overall a great stay because the staff was so attentive and nice.

The Room was super noisy!

Overnight stay between flights, very accommodating front desk staff, we arrived after 3 AM and there was no problem getting late check out for our afternoon flight that day, the room was spacious and very quiet, black out curtains worked well for the late wake up we needed. Shortcoming- no good coffee in room, had to go downstairs to purchase coffee in the morning.

Lobby, restaurant and common areas are nice and updated however the room we stayed in was very small, double beds instead of queen and definitely in need of updating.

The room is noisy. Noise from the hughway and the sound of the air circulation system, even when the AC was turned off, was non-stop noise.

No AC in the room. It was very hot. We called the front desk but no help

The room is 85 degrees 27.5C the clock is broken, the keys don’t work and nobody answers when you call the reception desk. I cannot stay in a room that is 85 degrees. I asked for another room and they don’t have any.

Room was ok but airport transfer failed to pick us up from the airport as the bus was already full. Italian restaurant serves huge portions of pasta so better to have one portion between 2! View out of the room was a petrol station and some bins. A bit overpriced for what it is but at least close (ish) to the airport

We have been waiting for check in for over 7 hours. Initially they told us that our room will be ready in two hours , but they kept adding time until we had enough and asked to talk to the manager. They found the room almost immediately. We waisted so much time when we could have gone to Buenos Aires instead. The worst part they did not assign the spot in the shuttle without the room number and failed to inform us, so we did not get it on the time we wanted and had to go at 3 am to the airport . I asked them to reserve a taxi ( and was willing to pay ) but they said they do not do it ahead of time. The wake up call did not happen as well . It is a very disappointing experience. I do not think this location respect their customers. They treated us very badly and rudely.

One staff has poor customer service skills and she was on the Front Desk. Not sure if she just particularly didn't like us or what. She was very unwelcoming and we had the feeling that she didn't want us there. Very very bad experience. I asked one staff what her name was and we were told Lucia. Contrary to Lucia's hostility, the following morning Emmanuel was very very helpful and warm and just great. He was the best.

I left my passport at the hotel and the hotel staff went above and beyond to bring it to me to the airport! Excellent service! I’m very grateful for the promptness and seriousness they took my stress during that moment.

Thanks to the very kind and responsive staff, it was easy to get the shuttle from EZE to the hotel - even at midnight. Staff onsite for check-in and breakfast were super kind and helpful as well!!

The location is in the middle of nowhere. Staff at front desk are not helpful at all. The restaurant is very nice and has great food.

They checked us in and gave keys to the room. All fine till now. We enter the room and someone was already there! They gave us keys to a preoccupied room! Imagine sleeping in your hotel room a d suddenly someone enters in?! Worst mistake a hotel can make, in my opinion.

A very good hotel for waiting for a flight at the airport. But, far from tourist attractions.

Great location, convenient shuttle

The hotel rooms were just okay. I’d expect more for the price we paid. the hotel restaurants were very beautifully decorated and the food was very good and reasonably priced. Everyone was polite and accommodating specially the front desk they even provided us with chargers since their outlets aren’t like the ones in the US. We did get our room before check in time which was convenient it didn’t seem like there were many guests. We were looking forward to doing something in the area it being our last day since our plane got delayed till the next day and we had to find something near the airport fast. Please Know that there is nothing to do in the area only pro is that it’s close to the airport and the shuttle is included with your stay. I wouldn’t recommend walking the streets there are some shady areas we wanted to do some shopping and one of the employees recommended a Justo Shopping Mall the mall is nice but in a very bad area it was very scary and it took 3 Ubers to finally get a ride since there isn’t an address for the mall so uber routes the drivers about 3 blocks away where it isn’t safe to walk at all. I was so relieved once we were back at the hotel. If you are looking for good food and a good nights rest in a quiet place before heading to the airport I would recommend. But if you are looking to explore and do things this is not the place you will have to drive atleast 45 minutes out.

This hotel is very close to the airport. Pretty far from the city center but Uber does help cut down the cost of that.

Hotel is just a short shuttle drive from Buenos Aires airport. Check-in was very quick and I was allowed to check in way before 3pm. Very clean, quiet with very courteous and English speaking clerks. Hotel also has a bar and two restaurants so no need to look elsewhere if you’re looking g for something quick and easy. A perfect overnight stay…

Close to Airport and have airport shuttle

Too expensive for what you get. And there’s absolutely nothing around the area. Barely even any places to eat.

Opposite a gas station. Further from EZE airport than I had expected.

The bus stop to the city center is near this Holiday inn, and therefore good for travelers likes to take a bus, the El Mangrullo located nearby provided delicious western food.

Excellent breakfast. For $20 it should be.

A 15 min del aeropuerto ideal para traslados los cuales son gratuitos desde el aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa. Tres excelentes restaurantes . Parrilla . Italiano y Bar

Acomodação ok! Um ponto muito positivo é Van de hora em hora para o aeroporto. Porém tive um problema grave. Jantei no restaurante de parrilla que fica no hotel, cheguei as 18h, so tinha minha familia no restaurante pedimos o Vazio e o garçom disse que pelo horario só havia 1 opções que era a costela. Pedimos. Estava bem gostoso mas provavelmente estragada, sobra do almoço, mal condicionada, não sei o que aconteceu porém toda minha familia passou mal! Eu comecei a vomitar as 23h até as 3h da manhã, nosso voo era as 6h, minha filha vomitou 7x no aviao, meu esposo mais diversas vezes. Um caus! Por este motivo o hotel perdeu muito pontos! Depois entendi a insistência do garçom em dizer que so tinha uma opção, deveria estar pronto! Passei muuuuuito mal!

Way nicer than expected! Paid a little more, but was worth it. Especially being close to the airport. Dined at both restaurants and they were excellent! Very nice stay.

The property was very clean and well maintained. This is an great choice for a short stay. The hotel is not a good choice for a longer tourist stay because it is too far from the prime tourist attractions. The hotel restaurants were very expensive, but the atmosphere and staff at the restaurants were excellent.
