English Country House experience in Argentina. Enjoyable. Golf is a stretch ( where was it?)but the Estancia team work hard to give a pleasurable experience. Food is one choice per course. Its a nice choice just to be different . I do think elderly or infirm would find this small property a struggle. Nonetheless BRAVO. Good Value

I can't say enough about our stay at Estancia Villa Maria. The team did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable. The food was outstanding, the historic home is an architectural treasure, and the amenities including a spa, free use of bikes, horse and carriage rides, and a great pool made it especially memorable. Great Job Marcella, Maria and team. We will recommend this property to all friends traveling to Argentina.

Villa Maria is a wonderful Estancia with lovely people. grounds and the food was wonderful. With golf, horse riding, biilards and games onsite there is plenty to do It is a bit quirky unlike a hotel its a set menu, has no bar, tea / coffee not available in the room, water turned off in the night, but that aside a wonderful experience

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful surroundings and an authentic estancia experience. Peaceful and quiet with a limited number of guests. The food was excellent, we played tennis and tested the pool. Also appreciated the opportunity to go horse riding and the saxophone music in the evening. Very service minded and friendly staff. Highly recommended. The hotel helped coordinate transport from Buenos Aires, so everything was very convenient. Definitely a highlight from our trip to Buenos Aires.

Outside, you can enjoy nature and partake in the hotel's free activities or purchase premium experiences such as a polo match. In the summer, the hotel even offers a pool. The grounds are lovely, with many areas available to sit and enjoy the surroundings, including a nice pool. The room came with full board. The breakfast buffet was extensive with eggs cooked to order. Lunch was asado, freshly barbecued meats, chicken and sausage served on a sizzling platter. Dinner was a choice of salmon or chicken. Do yourself a favor and book a day when they are serving their asado. It's one of the best that I've enjoyed in BSAS. Pools and Horseback riding were my daughters' favorite activities.

Beautiful estancia. Loved the grounds, the horse riding and carriage rides. Food was excellent. Staff could not do enough for you. Place was spotlessly clean. This was a fantastic place to relax after an international flight and a great welcome to Argentina. I would not hesitate to recommend this estancia and hope to visit again. A little piece of paradise.

all great. people, staff, venue. Only comment, in the main room of the 3-room family suite located at the North east extreme of the main house, internet signal was really bad. probably the only spot in the hotel with bad internet. but somewhat annoying nevertheless. All the rest was simply great. just fix that and.

Der Empfang war ein Frechheit. Wir sind am 15.1 vor Mittag angekommen. Die Frau an der Rezeption hat uns ignoriert und minutenlang weiter telefoniert. Dann hat sie uns ein kleines Zimmer zugewiesen obwohl wir die Familiensuite gebucht hatten - weil wir ja nur 2 sind. Die anderen Damen an der Rezeption waren in der Folge sehr höflich. Die Bedienung im Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet - ebenso das Essen. Der Park ist großartig. Das Haus hat Charakter aber keine Klimaanlage. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch sehr einfach.

We had an incredible stay. It was very relaxing. The staff is exceptional. The villa itself is very charming. It’s about 45 minutes from the city we had a car and would spend the day in the city and come back in the afternoon for a peaceful break.

Amazing property with fabulous building and grounds and scenery, food was fantastic and the staff were everywhere helpful and friendly. It cannot be praised enough for a wonderful experience and reasonably priced.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful surroundings and an authentic estancia experience. Peaceful and quiet with a limited number of guests. The food was excellent, we played tennis and tested the pool. Also appreciated the opportunity to go horse riding and the saxophone music in the evening. Very service minded and friendly staff. Highly recommended. The hotel helped coordinate transport from Buenos Aires, so everything was very convenient. Definitely a highlight from our trip to Buenos Aires.

Paola gave exceptional service when our plane arrived 3 hrs late from Miami. She waited for us till 12:11 for us to check in AND had fruit and the most delicious empanadas I’ve ever had. After a long 12 flight she made it feel like Home. She’s wonderful!

Der Empfang war ein Frechheit. Wir sind am 15.1 vor Mittag angekommen. Die Frau an der Rezeption hat uns ignoriert und minutenlang weiter telefoniert. Dann hat sie uns ein kleines Zimmer zugewiesen obwohl wir die Familiensuite gebucht hatten - weil wir ja nur 2 sind. Die anderen Damen an der Rezeption waren in der Folge sehr höflich. This is a beautiful property located in a rural area outside Buenos Aires. The hotel is the former home of the estancia owner and is an extravagant mansion in the Tudor style. The grounds are lovely, with many areas available to sit and enjoy the surroundings, including a nice pool. The room came with full board. The breakfast buffet was extensive with eggs cooked to order. Lunch was asado, freshly barbecued meats, chicken and sausage served on a sizzling platter. Dinner was a choice of salmon or chicken. Villa Maria is a wonderful Estancia with lovely people. grounds and the food was wonderful. With golf, horse riding, biilards and games onsite there is plenty to do It is a bit quirky unlike a hotel its a set menu, has no bar, tea / coffee not available in the room, water turned off in the night, but that aside a wonderful experience

Do yourself a favor and book a day when they are serving their asado. It's one of the best that I've enjoyed in BSAS. Pools and Horseback riding were my daughters' favorite activities.
