Hotel Panorama

Room was clean but the door was left open likely to conserve electricity so moths and flies were in the room. Shower wasn’t very warm and it was an incredibly small shower. If you’ve ever been on a cruise ship this was smaller than that. First night the AC unit worked great but the second day it started leaking inside the room. Appeared to be condensation but we didn’t realize it until the floor was very wet and clothes in my luggage that were under the AC were also soaked. Breakfast was decent but it was the same breakfast both days. Staff was very nice and helpful as well as the views for sunset were amazing.

The hotel has a beautiful view, a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff. Mr. Fabio helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is clean, which is the only good thing. But it misses very basic things. There is no shower screen, so taking a shower is very uncomfortable. If you ask for an extra towel or a cloth to dry the bathroom, reception is not helpful. Breakfast is very poor. It goes until 10am, but if you arrive at 9:30 there is almost nothing left. Even if you ask, they take too long and don’t replace the food. I saw many people go to the buffet and come back with nothing. The hotel has no basic structure and no access for people with mobility difficulties.

The hotel is lovely, quiet, with an amazing view, the family that run the hotel are lovely and very helpful. There is a small bar, pool, tables and sun beds outside. I had a large balcony with seating, plenty of room to do yoga outside. The only opportunities to improve would be the food menu, which needs more variety as when I visited it was only pizza and salads. Also selling large bottles of water to save rubbish. I would 100% recommend and return
