Only two people working, no breakfast, evidently the manager or owner left with everything. Staff did not care about people and try to help with limited supplies. Pool closed. I really want a refund or partial refund.

The pool was out of commission. Our door key never worked, had to get it re programmed every time. Tv had very limited channels. No usb charging. Refrigerator froze everything. Hotel definitely needs to modernize.

We love the staff and facilities at this Holiday Inn. They are trying to get the hot tub fixed for 3 months now, they submitted a request for the permit 4 months ago but are still waiting. if there is anything you can do to help this along, that would be great.

Arrive on time room was not ready even tho I arrived in town an hour later than check in. The room smelled like feet. I had to ask for more cleaning disinfected stuff. My children said the pool area wasn’t that clean. I not sure if I will stay at this place anymore. It’s like Holiday Inn is going down they use to be better. The staff stands right at the front entrance smoking. Like move away from the main entrance everybody don’t smoke. The place needs a some TLC

My room was a mess. Stains on the carpets and bed linens, cracks in the walls and ceiling, dust on almost every surface and whatever surfaces weren’t dusty were smeared with cleaning product. Half the lights in my room didn’t work and the fire alarm was hanging off the ceiling. Beds were made so messily that I wasn’t sure they had even been washed and replaced since the last person stayed there. I don’t expect everything to be perfect and I try to be understanding when things aren’t as expected, but the whole place felt pretty gross and I won’t be staying there again.

Friendly recieptionist right off the bat! Loved her! Checked in quickly and received our special requests. Room was clean and roomy for 2 adults and a 17 year old. However, the swing lock on the door was broken, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken, and the beds were hard as could be. You could even hear the springs screeching when you went to lay down. There was also no clock in our room and not enough charging stations for 3 people with all of our devices. The breakfast buffet had many choices. The egg and cheese omelet was surprisingly good! However, the pancake machine was on the fritz, " as usual" as the attendant said! Ugg. The Snack store, Open 24 hours, was less than to be desired, with little to choose from. But, the prices were very reasonable. Would stay here again if I had to because of location and customer service. But, I would make sure the room was up to par!

The first room we were in, the AC was broken and it was 84 degrees inside. Someone had clearly been working on the unit but the front desk didn’t know it was broken. The second room they gave us was. Little bigger but the bathroom door handle was completely broken off and our room keys didn’t work on 2 separate occasions.

This Holiday Inn was typical for this type of accommodations and was fine--I would stay again. My complaint is the key cards stopped working after several hours. I checked in on day one at end of the day. The next two nights, I went to the room--key did not work. I had to go back down the hall, down the elevator after waiting for it. Then down to desk to wait for help recharging my room keys. The staff was great.

Made my reservation at 9pm. Received a call just before midnight telling me that I didn't have a room and they cancelled my reservation. I had my baby in the car with me. It was scary to be in such a tenuous position without any safe place to go.

Hotel was super clean. Manager Maureen was amazing and helped out my party Greatly with our late arrival. I highly recommend this hotel and its staff. Super clean and quiet. Large variety of breakfast foods. Great eating area.

Very convenient without being in a high traffic area. I was visiting my grandkids and was able to have them spend the night and go swimming. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was great. I had stayed other places in the past but will now be staying here every year.

Ac shook the furnishings in the room, key cards required undated at least once a day to get in, no shower curtain for 2 days, no service at all and had to ask for towels. Lot of people hanging around in the parking lot at night partying and in and out of vehicles. Left a day early and never given any paperwork or email upon checkout....a day early.

We checked in and were given a room. When we opened the door, the beds were unmade, there were beer bottles all over, and questionable stains on the bathroom floor. We returned to the front desk and the annoyed attendent gave us a new room, complaining that the first one should have been cleaned. She also let us know that there was a couple staying in a room that was supposed to be unoccupied and that she might have to call the police. Not very reassuring. The following morning we went to breakfast (one of the perks is that it's included). However, the only food available was yogurt, cereal, and bagels. The pancake machine was empty and there was a sign on the serving dishes reading, "No meat until truck comes". Disappointing. But even more of a disappointment was returning to our room after a long day and finding that it hadn't been cleaned. Our daughter just moved to the area. This was our second stay at this hotel. We will not return. No apologies for our inconvenience... no refund for our breakfast... simply a complete lack of customer service.

This place does not deserve to be in the IHG family of hotels. I regularly stay with Holiday Inn Express and usually love them. This place hasn’t been updated in decades. There were chips in the wall paint, the 30-something inch tv blinked off every time the mini-fridge kicked on. The drain in the bathtub didn’t drain fast so I showered in a puddle. The toilet paper is the cheapest 1-ply they could find. The carpet is not only outdated, but worn. The two desk chairs were the most uncomfortable wood chairs I have sat in. The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited and the pancake machine was broken. Any one of these issues could have been overlooked, but the combination made me very unhappy.

This was an excellent hotel. Clean. Large rooms. Friendly staff. And the breakfast was really, really good. We stay at a lot of Holiday Inn and Hilton properties and this breakfast was better than most. Everything stayed well stocked and the choices were really good.

I arrived early and they were able to accommodate my early check-in. Breakfast was good although the juice machine was broken for the duration of my 3-day stay. . I had one issue when my card/key stopped working. The front desk attendant was away from the desk and I had to wait 20 minutes for assistance. Otherwise everything was fine.

There was blood on the curtains, only half of the heater/ air conditioner worked. The cereal for breakfast was stale and the hot food was cold. I had to take the hot food back to the room to microwave it in order to eat it.
