Holiday Inn Express

The place was very clean and the breakfast was great!

Tv didn’t work. Omelets tasted freezer burnt.

Check in and out was easy and pleasant. Breakfast had a large variety and was kept stocked and tidy. Parking was plentiful. Rooms were large and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was amazing, not just pastries and cereal. They had a full breakfast that was delicious. Rooms large and clean. The only thing that would make it better is a hot tub.

Our room air conditioning and heat were not operational. Drywall seams were falling off of the wall. Bathroom was not cleaned as it has urine stains on and around toilet. Light switch in bathroom threw sparks when switched on and off and multiple lights were burned out. Went to the front desk and they provided a replacement room after some back and forth. Fast forward to midnight on the same evening and myself along with my wife and child are asleep only to be awakened by individuals gaining access to our room. I flung up out of the bed and primal instinct kicked in to protect my family and forcefully stop the individuals attempting to do so. They were innocent in their entry because they trusted the room was empty based on the staff assigning them the room. The wife and child of course were shook and bothered by the instance and rightfully so. I immediately spoke with the front desk who was absolutely unapologetic and pushed the blame elsewhere. Not a sorry or the slightest since of compassion or customer service was offered. I went back to the front desk in the morning to checkout to find the staff asleep behind the desk. Worst hotel I had ever stayed at and I caution anyone thinking about doing so to reconsider. Dirty, incompetent overall filth of a hotel to stay in. Additionally the stench of smoke was heavy in both rooms and throughout the hotel. If I would have had another option within 40 minutes of driving to go to I would have, but everything was booked.
