今回は、家族で利用しました。台湾旅行は過去に何度も行っていますが、台湾で初めて、新北市に宿泊しました。台北市に住んでいる人から見たら、新北市は少し遠い感があるようですが、台湾は地下鉄、バスが充実している為、不自由なく過ごすことができました。今回宿泊したパークホテルからは、台北101が見え、地下鉄の駅と直結しており、台北までは地下鉄でそんなに遠くありませんでした。台北市で泊まるより相場は安いと感じました。プールがあれば良かったですが、ジムは無料で利用できるみたいです。朝食も毎日美味しく頂きました。おすすめです。

5年ぶりに泊まりましたが、ホテルサービスが良くも悪くも何点か変わったことがあった。ランドリー設備が以前は無料だったのに、洗濯機乾燥機が有料になったのが残念でした（洗濯、乾燥各50元で粉洗剤は無料）。朝食が有料になり、さらに料理の種類も減っていて朝食会場が空いてたのも納得しました。使い捨てスリッパは厚くて立派なものに変わったのは良かったです。

The staffing, location and rooms were really great many things to do and MRT was located underneath the hotel. The hotel is under construction at this time which was a little distraction and also our first night our room had bugs. The staff was very receptive to our situation and moved us to another room right away. All and all I would stay there again, location was amazing..

너무 깨끗하고 시설 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 로비 들어서자마자 기분이 좋아지면서 객실도 어디 하나 지저분한 곳 없이 깨끗했습니다. 위치 또한 최고입니다. 쉬후이고등학교 지하철역 2번출구와 엘리베이터로 바로 연결되어 시내까지 30분도 안 걸립니다. 버스노선도 많아 정류장도 바로 앞입니다. 누가 타이베이 숙소를 추천해달라고 하면 주저하지 않고 여기를 추천하겠습니다! 진심으로~

The staff was super nice and helpful. I came in on an early flight and wanted to wash my face and brush up. He waited for me to be ready before going through logistics of payment. I was able to keep my luggages in the storage as I roamed around the streets of Taipei. The room is spacious and clean. MRT is very convenient, literally just downstairs although I have to say it’s usually a bit of a travel from and back to the hotel. But overall I had an amazing experience.

No cloth closet in the room. Jackets etc. have to be hung on a handle bar installed on the ceiling which makes the room unsightly. Only one small drawer for under wear for a room that sleeps 4. Everything has to be stored in suitcases.

4泊利用させていただきましたが、予約時の空き状況の関係で予約が3つに分かれており、同室で使えるよう事前にリクエストをする段階で、既に同室が使えるよう段取り組んでいただいてました。また、リクエストについてもかなえていただき楽しく快適な滞在が出来ました。バルコニー付きの部屋でしたが、バルコニーへの出入りは最初開錠の為にスタッフに来てもらう必要があります。あまり利用者は居ないのか、外置きのウッドチェアーが汚れていたので自分で拭きましたが、遠くに台北101も望め、山へ沈むサンセットも見れました。フロントスタッフは皆親切でかなり好印象、使える言語のピンバッジを付けていらっしゃるので話しかけやすいです。反面、朝食会場のスタッフは笑顔がなく、サービスも淡々としており、朝のひと時を過ごすには少々残念です。立地は駅直結のビル上階ですので、地下鉄利用はとても便利です。周辺も学校が目の前の為か、マックにモスバーガー、KFC、吉野家とお馴染みのお店があるのはありがたいです。他、ローカルな食事場所もあるので台湾の雰囲気も楽しめるかと思います。

Very nice family room with nice view. Transport is convenient also, the subway is right under the hotel's building. Hotel staff are very friendly also. And we got to extend the check out time until 13:00 but in fact we were out around 13:30 and wasn't charged extra.

I was in communication with front desk manager, Claire, who offered help and information when needed. The VIP upgrade and benefits (larger, spacious room and breakfast vouchers) were all appreciated. The neighborhood is a bit further away from main sites in Taipei but still easily accessible by metro. The only complaint I have during my stay is that there was a citywide typhoon warning (schools and businesses to be closed for the day) but the hotel did nothing to inform guests. No written announcement posted publicly so how would guests have known, especially if there are no English news outlets available? Thankfully, I was told by associates in Taipei, but not by the hotel itself. Other than this though, my stay was overall enjoyable.

酒店本身沒有問題，也在捷運站上面，從坐捷運來說很方便。但問題是位置距離台北市中心有一段距離，Expedia 的資料顯示從酒店去士林和寜夏夜市車程是6分鐘，我才訂這飯店，但到了後來才發現坐計程車是差不多20分鐘。😑 坐捷運單程也要25-40分鐘才能到我想去的松山，信義區。很不方便。

This is a mid-range, no-frills hotel that does the bare minimum. It is relatively clean and very quiet owning to its location. I like that we didn’t have to squeeze our way out of a crowded MRT station as compared to, say, the Taipei Main Station. The room we had was spacious and came with a bathtub. There is a DIY laundry room at level 8. Where washing and drying your laundry takes 50TWD each. Which is very affordable. The breakfast spread is similar throughout our stay. The only difference is that they switch between tea egg and salted egg, and scrambled and steamed eggs everyday. We got bored of it by the fourth day. The staff are polite but not exactly friendly. There is no room service menu, but there is a Family Mart at the grand floor of the building. If night life is your thing, this isn’t the right spot in town for you. Overall, if you’re looking for a quiet spot to stay and don’t mind the minimal services, this is perfect.
