Billion dollar location but three figure lodging. Nothing nearly as glamorous as the neighborhood. But a wonderful budget option for the area.

I recommend checking out the Yelp reviews about this place because they are all true… they don’t notify you before check in that there will be a damage deposit during check in. The parking pass (pre authorization of $50) is a joke, we just found the nearest public parking and left our car there. The rooms are a hugely misleading! They are not as spacious as they look on the page when booking the room. The host was nice but everything else is a big no. There was also a biohazard in our room… we found a red stain on the wall and the person checking us in didn’t want to clean it??

This place is not for fussy travelers. The staff was very helpful and made me feel safe, but the place is kind of grimy and run down. Didn't have any problems though. Just heads up to keep your expectations minimal.
