Lost Inn Paradise

It was perfect for our quick stay. Easy walk to the beach. They have a supply room with everything you need for the beach. Beautiful sunsets, several miles to all kinds of restaurants, Publix, etc. Management was proactive and alerted us to a WI-FI outage before we arrived. Would stay again.

I cannot say enough good things about this little gem! Not only was it comfortable, clean and quiet- they had so many extras that you would pay for anywhere else. From the kayaks you can throw in the river to the little things like complimentary laundry soap and pool toys for the kids. I will absolutely be back for longer next time!

It’s the best kept secret in Cocoa Beach Best sunsets and amenities are wonderful!

We absolutely loved the location, waterfront with quick walking access to beach. Super helpful to have beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie board, etc. to make our beach time comfortable. Unfortunately our A/C wasn’t working so we didn’t sleep well and then had to cut our stay short for repairs. Office manager was great in helping us rebook elsewhere but a bit inconvenient to deal with.

This place is a gem. Great location on the river and you can see the ocean from the rooftop deck. Nicely refurbished room and they have nice amenities like coolers and beach chairs you can use for a day at the ocean. We had the unit closest to A1A and couldn’t believe how quiet it was - clearly well insulated. This was one of the highest rated places I found when researching- and it deserves it!

Lost In Paradise definitely lives up to its name. We spent 2 nights here, and it’s lovely. Our room overlooked the pool and the river and we spent quite a bit of time watching the pelicans fly overhead. There are so many beautiful spots to hangout and the views are beautiful. And there is so much stuff to borrow - chairs, sunscreen, beach mats, boogie boards, etc., which gave our stay a very homey feel. The beach is a short walk across the street, and there are lots of options for eating out nearby. We can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.

Perfect for us in every way. Quiet, relaxing with great pool and waterside facilities. Enjoyed using the paddle boards and kayaks and a great place to enjoy the amazing sunsets.

I could hang out on the top deck all night, it's beautiful! Staff was courteous and we were greeted by e-mail prior to arrival. Guests seemed equally happy they had found such a thoughtful hotel! Lots of included extras, like beach umbrellas, fishing poles, kayaks, laundry, vending machines, that would cost more other places. I would encourage the owner to list the gate "lock" code in all e-mails that have door codes. We did find gates unlocked during the day by guests that were not "in the know."

We were very pleased with our multi-day stay at the end of October of 2023. The property is the most well maintained property I have ever experienced near the water (and elsewhere). Whoever designed the property was very smart about it and utilizes the space well. The property provides things to do onsite if the ocean is too rough or for after a day at the beach, such as the pool with a basketball net, kayaks, and corn hole boards. We appreciated having such a large refrigerator so we could being bring our own groceries and beverages on site, which allowed us healthier options and a cost savings while traveling. The only downside was getting across A1A to go to the ocean as the road is extremely busy and there’s no crosswalk or traffic light nearby. (I would recommend using a vehicle to get children or slow moving guests across the street) This would be a great place to have a wedding, family reunion, a birthday, or a friend’s getaway, with 48 people or less (the capacity of the rooftop deck, where a nice dinner and/or brunch could be set up).

Place is in a beautiful location. Roof top is a nice chill spot. They provide everything you need to have a good time . Kayaks , pool toys, cornhole,etc.

This is a quaint & clean property. The pool was nice and warm, it's right across the street from a quiet beach (crossing a busy road with no cross- walk). Everything was in immaculate condition, you can tell it is a loved property. There is also lots of items to use such as, sand toys, sunscreen, games, cups, plates, etc. I would recommend this place for a short getaway to couples/ families.

The room smells very strong moldy. No coffee cups in the room to put the coffee in.

Great spot on the bay. Bungalows were very clean and roomy. No issues at all during our stay. Will definitely come back to Lost Inn Paradise when we return to Cocoa Beach.

When she was gone it was almost impossible to get anything. Ran out of toilet paper, paper towel, coffee, creamer and towels several times but was only few days/times

We really loved this little gem of a property in Cocoa Beach! The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The suite was spotless and roomy. The pool was cool and refreshing and there were also comfortable places to sit and relax in the sun and shade on the property. It is a bit of a challenge to cross the busy street in front, but once you do, there is access to a sandy ocean beach. Taco City (a great little restaurant ) is also across the street and we found the food there to be delicious! If you are staying for more than a day or two, a car would be a good idea as there aren't alot of options within walking distance in terms of restaurants etc. Overall we are so glad we had the chance to discover Lost Inn Paradise and if we have the opportunity, we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the motel, the staff/owners cared a lot about the site and everything was to a very high standard. Everything about it felt new and was very well looked after. We contacted the staff ahead of arriving and we were allowed to leave our luggage in reception whilst we waited for our room to be ready. They advised us that we could return to our room around midday which was nicer than waiting until around 3pm. The room was large and spacious (we paid extra for this) and was located one floor up. Conditions in the room were fine, we had a kitchenette (microwave, large fridge/freezer) and sink. It would have benefitted from a tub to store food under the sink, a recycle bin (we left recycling to pile up next to the bin), and a bin with a lid. The recycling pile wasn't taken away by the maid during our stay- to be honest we weren't sure whether they recycle in this part of the US. The room on the first night was slightly noisy due to the adjoining door, but this wasn't the fault of the motel. It was otherwise fine and very clean. We did however struggle not having a car. It cost us around $20/£17 for a one way Uber trip to Walmart, and around $25 to get to Cocoa Beach itself. This got very expensive and we did struggle to find places to eat in the area and had to travel out. The Mexican food restaurant opposite was great (you need to run quickly across the 4 lane road outside), and there is a seafood restaurant called SquidLips around a 10 minute walk away.

Beautiful property right off the water. Very nicely maintained room and property. Open air deck, laundry facilities and kayaks are a plus. Property manager Chris is very nice to talk to. Just one request: landscapers arrived at 9am and created a racket mowing and edging the lawn just outside our bungalow and woke us all up. Please have them do this later in the day. People on vacation tend to sleep in.

The view on the rooftop is perfect to admire the view. The room had a large fridge, microwave, product to wash the dishes and a lot of towels (useful to go to the beach). It was clean and spacious. A nice place!

The place is beautiful, but could be a little better maintained. Some stuff in our bungalow didn’t work. WiFi was hard to get.

Wonderful property...great for short or extended stay. Much more comfortable than hotel room. Loved having kitchenette!

Unit was great, had a smoke detector’s battery beeping and the coffee maker didn’t work correctly. The Room was clean and the be was comfortable.

Nice place to stay right on the Indian River. Room was clean. comfortable and spacious. Contactless check-in was easy as could be. The hotel provides different recreational supplies (cornhole, kayaks, etc.) My first time staying here, and will stay again next time in the area.

Lost Paradise was an amazing place to stay. Our hosts were extremely welcoming, the location was fantastic, and the lodging was more than comfortable. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to get away!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. Bungalow 11 is truly paradise. The view at sunset is breathtaking. The room itself is lovely, cozy, and clean: comfortable bed, Starbucks K-cups, microwave, and fridge. Plus, the customer service is personal and attentive. I had asked for reservation modifications and they were arranged immediately. I asked for information on local restaurants and got a reply right away. Then, after only one night of our 4-day stay, one of us got ill and we had to leave; we were issued a refund without my even having to ask. If I could give 6 stars, Lost Inn Paradise would have earned them.

We were completely blown away by this place. Absolutely beautiful, and the owners have thought of every last detail to make your stay enjoyable. The pool was lovely, the beach is stunning, and not crowded at all. This resort provides all kinds of wonderful things for the beach including a wagon, sand, toys, beach chairs, etc. Just lovely. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and clearly renovated very recently. The views from the upper balcony are stunning, and one of my favorite memories from the entire trip was when my family ate dinner up there watching the sunset. Another thing I loved was that I felt like I could have kind of a date night with my husband while the kids stayed inside the room. I felt completely safe, leaving them in that room because we were just outside looking at the water and talking while the kids watched a movie. The layout of this place is conducive to being close to one another but also a bit distanced if needed. During the morning, my husband worked remotely outside while my kids were swimming in the pool while I was reading my book, and we were all in three different beautiful outdoor areas of the property but we could see and communicate with each other if necessary. This place is an absolute dream, and I wish we would have stayed more than one night make this your destination, and forget Disney! We came after a lot of Disney…

If you are going to Cocoa Beach, you NEED to stay here. Its away from all the people, the beach is right across the street, and you can kayak the river. Beautiful set up. 7 min drive will bring you to the Golf course pavillion where you can see off the dock the bioluminescent waters. If im ever in the area again, definitely staying here again!

Really enjoyed 3 nights here. Jetty was relaxing, free kayaks fun, store room with beach kit inc trailers to carry chairs, balls, floats was great for the kids. The kitchenette was more basic than I thought but there was plastic cutlery and plates and cups in the store room to use. Beach was lovely, saw flying manta rays and saw a dolphin in the river. Liked shrimp lips resto a few doors down as that had a fun vibe.
