Great location. Very nice atmosphere. It’s a little pricey but the area is great from T-Mobile and Power and Lights. We’ve stayed here several times, but the best stay of all was during the NFL draft.

The stay was great

Well, for starters, we ordered food and I went to pick it up at the bar, and the bag with our food was ready & sitting at the counter. There were at least 3 waiters/waitresses & 1 lady whom I assumed the manager, standing there and could’ve easily checked me out & I taken our food to our room to eat. Instead they all just stood around & stared at me like I didn’t belong there, while one of the waiters stood there going through his tickets/checks to close out for his shift, told me I’d have to wait for someone else to come do it, so I stood there for a solid 7-8 minutes, while our food got cold, and multiple employees standing around doing nothing & not saying a word to me, only staring and not caring to help me or check me out so I could take my food and eat it. Secondly, we got back to the hotel & parked at about approximately 10:10pm, I walked back outside at about 11:50pm to get something from my truck, only to find my truck had been broken into. The rear passenger side window had been busted out and everything inside my truck been tossed. For $600 for a single night in one of your rooms, & you guys don’t even have parking to where my trucks not going to get busted up & broken into without giving you guys even more money is pretty sad. At that point we had to leave & couldn’t even stay for the night in the room we paid $600 for, we were forced to leave. $600/night room wasted for only 2hrs, we were forced to leave your hotel around 12:30am. Terrible experience.

Wonderful hotel, location close to everything fun and of course the one and only Lonnie's Reno Club downstairs for an amazing Jazz experience!
