Property overall was fine. I overheard desk attendant offer to keep the pool open a little longer for a late-arriving guest. Good breakfast choices. Great check in and desk attendant was VERY helpful. Elevator was hot and humid.

Very convenient for what we were in town for. There was definitely issues with water with fans blowing on all floors. Slight musty smell. Otherwise the pool was great, breakfast was good. Room was clean but had a musty smell.

The room was very tired looking and not all that clean,carpet and box spring weren't very clean, tub looked like it had tried to be resurfaced. Definitely time to refurbish!

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had wonderful soaps and amenities. Lots of room in the bathroom and room areas. The staff were nice, the breakfast selections were great and the lobby decor for Christmas was very nicely done. Wonderful stay!

The room wasn't clean. The previous guests wrapped the smoke detectors, comprising the safety of a fire hazard. They did this because there was a thickness to the air that smelled like pot. The air hit our lungs and nose. Wasn't aired out properly, and detectors weren't unwrapped. Management told us there were no rooms to place us in a cleaner room, area was booked. We were stuck. When we complained to management, they did not respond until we checked out the last day. Terrible experience and I do not recommend this place. It is a smoke free facility.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel, and it lived up in every way to our first stay a year ago. Large, spacious, well-appointed room; comfortable beds and pillows: excellent water pressure in the shower; Dove products for soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, and everything very clean. (As a former executive housekeeper and hotel inspector, I tend to be very picky. This hotel lives up to every expectation.) Breakfast was delicious: egg and cheese omelets, sausage gravy and biscuits, warm cinnamon rolls, three types of cereal, make your own pancakes... if you leave hungry, it's not for a lack of options! The staff we met, from the front desk to the breakfast ladies, to the housekeeping team, were warm, friendly, responsive and helpful. Definite 5 stars from me for this property!

Comfortable beds, great breakfast, very clean hotel, easy check in and out, and very friendly and welcoming associates. I would absolutely recommend this hotel! We booked a suite, as there were 6 of us, and there was PLENTY of room for all of us, plus our luggage. 2 king-size beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa meant everyone had room to spread out and sleep well. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

I received a positive Covid result and called and asked if there was anything they could do so I didn’t have to pay the full thing and they said no. So I ended up paying for my stay without being there. They would’ve been fine with me being there with covid and potentially exposing other guests. Big red flag in my opinion.

Last minute stay, everything was comfortable, clean and easy. But the front desk girl, Bri, was the best! She was so pleasant and kind, you just don’t get that kind of service anymore! Give that girl a raise, she’s awesome!

I called the front desk and asked for more towels, only for them to tell me to come get them myself. I also received a call at exactly 10 pm from the front desk stating the guest below me was complaining about the noise. The lady stated that at 10 pm, we start quiet time. My family of 5 (3 of whom are toddlers) and I had just returned from the pool at 9:55 and were just getting settled into the room. I told the front desk we had just returned from the pool and entered the room, and asked if she was serious. She rudely replied; Yes, please be quiet and hung up. At 8 am the next morning, we arrived at the continental breakfast, and most of the food was gone. I asked if they could refill the pancake machine, and was told someone would do so. Someone came to clean the area, which was disgusting, and my shoes were sticking to the carpet, but no one filled the pancakes. Overall, I would not stay here again.

When we checked in Bree was super friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. The room was better than we expected and clean. Breakfast was good, but the lady making it had a hard time keeping up with it. The housekeeping lady was helping out as best she could. We need to travel to that area again at the end of the month, and we know exactly where we’ll be staying!
