I travel frequently and l must say this hotel was very good - staff more than helpful, food good price and drinks even in room bar a low cost. Location for beach and city spot on and a nice pool area that was not overcrowded. Room excellent a/c and quiet for the location Highly recommend

This hotel was very cute. We had average rooms. Nothing too special. The best thing about our room is that the AC worked very well. We did have a great view outside. There was a lot of places to choose from to eat which was great. It’s more of a locals area. Which for us is always better. I prefer to be away from all the touristy stuff. Our room had a completely water which is always great in Europe. We were also near a mall that saved me because I had forgot a couple of items at home. The staff were very friendly. The rooftop pool was such a great view. It’s also walking distance to the science museum and the beach.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Vincci Bit Barcelona. From the moment I arrived, the reception experience did not feel welcoming, and the staff attitude was poor. When I tried to raise and resolve an issue, I felt ignored and did not feel that there was much willingness to listen or help. The room itself also did not meet my expectations and felt below the standard I would expect from this type of hotel. The pillows were far too soft and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was frustrating due to the lack of customer service and the room comfort. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.
