This stay left a lot to be desired for, because of the ratings I expected better. We paid for a river view, but they forgot the river. Whoever cleans is not doing their job, the floor was filthy, cobwebs in the bathroom corners, the jetted tub was dirty too. There's also no phone in the room, so if you need something I guess you're just supposed to go wondering the grounds till you find someone.. the office has random times, even though their open sign is up, no one will be in the office. I had to give our key to the cleaning guy. The bed for adult time was SQUEAKY! There's no getting around what you're doing on that thing. Parking sucks if you have anything bigger than a fiat. They have a nice little u bend where the rooms are and parking spots right in front, those should be for the hotel guests, but they're not! It's general parking all over, so our truck got stuck in that little lot because of their live music on the weekends.. which you have to pay to get into. People park both ways all along the narrow street, blocking everyone from getting in or out. I was also told in an email that we would get 2 complimentary wine tastings, of course we didn't. After seeing the area for myself, we won't be staying at this place again, especially not for what you get for the price.

We love this place especially the cabins. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a wine bar and live entertainment in the warmer months too. Great place for a get away from the hustke and bustle of the City.

Expedia says they were open 5 days 8 to 5. We got there Tuesday, the office was closed. The beer and wine garden, closed. No music until the weekend. The river was pretty much dried up. No river. Maybe when it snows and melts, there will be a river.

This place is so cute and convenient. There is an absolute high quality restaurant on the property within walking distance from your hotel rooms, that has delisous hugb quality food. And the rooms are very clean and quant.

Great little hotel 20 miles outside Yosemite. We stayed in one of the cabins it was super. Great place for a dog. Wine bar and restaurant on site were very good. Food and wine were excellent. Would def stay again.

The hotel is in a beautiful spot right off the river and within 3 mins of shops in Oakhurst. Our room was beautiful and clean. The staff was really nice and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Wifi connection was terrible in my room. None of my devices could connect to the wifi. Called the staff but not helpful; said nothing else they could do but sorry. The wifi didn’t work for the whole time I stayed there. No daily cleaning. There were small bugs and ants in the room. I got some bites on my legs, not sure if that were bc of the ants or something else. Restroom smelled kinda bad. Too expensive for just a bed to stay, but it’s 14miles from the south entrance so that’s the price for it.

Enjoyed our stay at Queen's Inn by the River. Comfortable bed, clean room, had everything we needed. Very nice staff. We had a room with a deck on back which is very nice and private. Well-kept grounds. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an amazing place to stay when visiting Yosemite National Park. Oakhurst is relatively close by (30 minutes to the south entrance) and the town has all the amenities that one can ask for. The hotel is very nicely located off highway 41 and next to a river. The room I had was super spacious, as was the bathroom. The bed was kingsize and super comfortable. I did feel very at home. The patio outside was a nice touch, especially when the sun is out in the morning.

Went on a Monday for 1 night. Got the king room with jetted tub. Jetted tub was great but everything else lacked. Check in was easy but unsafe (guest name on envelope with a key) Doors only have 1 handle lock on the handle that can easily be picked or broken No dead bolt no keyless entry. No black out curtains. King bed was spring mats and squeaky with every movement (uncomfortable). The property itself was clean and nice and quiet.

Steven was great and offered recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The cabin is pretty small and the bathroom is very small area so just be aware and prepare for the situation. It’s very clean and area around it with the restaurant and wine bar is really nice. Again it was nice and convenient and clean so we were pleased with our stay. Just wanted you to know it’s not real big and you need to be prepared for that.

Queens Inn by the river was a gem. The room space was very large and accommodating. The snacks and coffee provided were amazing. The town was beautiful with lots of shops and places to explore. We wished we had stayed while the restaurant and winery were open, but perhaps next time. We would definitely visit again, Queens Inn by the river was awesome!

Our room was comfortable, lovely and spacious, and the private patio with a table and chairs was a nice touch. We had our coffee out there every morning even though it was frosty outside. The views were worth it. The first night, our heat did not work, and neither did the fireplace. The next morning we were moved to another room, and between the heat and the fireplace we were toasty warm for the rest of our stay. (Staff offered to move us that night, but we were exhausted from traveling.) Overall, if you want quiet and convenience to town and Yosemite, the Queen's Inn is an excellent choice.

We stayed at this inn early in June 2023. We initially stayed in a room but were moved because of a small issue into one of their newer cabins. The cabins are slightly smaller than the rooms, but very attractive.

We loved our room! It was quaint, clean and perfect for two! The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the pillows are awful!! Your head couldn’t sink in at all and we ended up taking the pillows out of the shams and used them. We would definitely stay again but I’d bring our own pillows.

Lovely little place. All the info in the room was great. Lots of little places for storage Clean and compact. Huge bed. Had to take a sheet off cos it was rough to sleep in. Effective air conditioning and heating. Tv was great. Signage on the road was terrible, we went down a private road but found it eventually when coming from the other direction. Couldn't get a taxi easily and restaurants/ bars weren't easy to walk to cos there wasn't a footpath so we ended up driving. The winery was great. We went at the start of May so the inn bit wasn't open during the week which was a shame.

Overall this is a very convenient property to take your dog and go into Yosemite. Our first day was XMas eve and they served a great meal. However when the bill came there was nothing labeled tax to double for the tip. We just had a great meal in kind dark room and the waitress/owner was standing over us to pay the bill. Well I needed a tip so I used my cell phone calculator with her standing over me to calculate the tip. When I got back to the room and realized the tip for three people (wife myself and 13 year old child) had been included In the bill I was pissed. She should of told me it was included. In the end it was 260.00 for the three of us. I was the only one drinking alcohol and had three drinks! The service was great but felt I was burned on her not saying the tip was included!
