The rooms need some TLC the showers need to have all the rust removed. And the sofa bed needs a more detailed cleaning. There was some hair left from previous guests. Outside of that, the stay was pleasant, and the staff, especially Gill in the restaurant area, was amazing; his service was excellent.

Very comfortable bed and most comfortable pillows I have encountered in years(found out we can order them online as they now have a full line of furnishings for sale). Place was spotless and the staff did everything text book perfect. Hotel is in a very convenient location. It’s around the corner from a Westfield Mall and across the street from a highway. Noise insulation is good as the highway was pretty muted. I’m sensitive to noise and it did not bother me. The adjoining property appears demolished but is separated by a tall fence and basically hidden. Also next to a neighborhood of luxury apartments and office buildings. Combo of city and neighborhood. Felt safe.
