Worst hotel I’ve stayed in, in a long time. Very basic rooms, that were really hot. I asked why aircon wasn’t working to be told “it’s not on at this time of year” so had to keep window open above busy, noisy, polluted road. Would never stay here again.

Really convenient regarding transportation as it is across the metro. The room is simple and really all you need. Have in mind there is now a construction site so it might be loud on weekdays at working hours.

Nice room size. Bed felt very fragile. Just a matters on a wooden legs. Can’t move much without making noice. Restroom was a good size, but shower was clogged. Great water pressure though! Room had no views. AC was weak. Towels were paper thin and only two provided. Only recommend if traveling on a budget and you don’t need a super comfy stay. Very conveniently located across from the train, 15 mins away from the center and 40 mins from the airport or 15 mins if driving. Staff was very sweet. Food available in the area. There is a supermarket right next to it where you cab get water and snacks as they are very overpriced at the hotel. Nice breakfast and lunch spots steps away.

Padrão Íbis literalmente… fomos muito bem atendidos logo na chegada, nos permitiram antecipar o check in. Embora distante do centro tem um ponto de metrô defronte com duas linhas, uma que leva a Chueca e Gran Via, além de outra que leva ao Retiro, Porta do Sol, Lá latina entre outras. Próximo ao hotel tem algumas boas panaderias, restaurantes clássicos. Quarto e banheiros grandes, cama confortável, não tem frigobar e no inverno eles desligam o ar condicionado. Para quem quer sair da agitação do Centro sem perder a proximidade dele usando Metrô é uma boa pedida.

Gute Lage. Metro und Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Lokale zum essen u. trinken, Supermarkt fußläufig in der Umgebung. Mein Zimmer hatte leider nur ein Fenster zum Lichthof, also kein Ausblick zur Stierkampfarena und kaum Tageslicht. Zum Schlafen und Duschen sowie als Ausgangspunkt eine gute Option.

Oldukça eski kalmış bir otel. Girişte maalesef kullanılan bir odayı verdiler. Şanlı idik sadece bavullar vardı odaya girdiğimde. Ayrıca check out saatinden önce kartları iptal etmişler. Odaya giremeyip tekrar kartları aktifleştirmek gerekti.

Cuando llegamos me sorprendió mucho la amabilidad de Paula( la recepcionista de turno) se nota mucho su compromiso con la atención al cliente. Personas como ella hacen una estadia placentera en el hotel. Un 10/10 por su excelente atención al público. Limpieza, desayuno buffet y todo lo demás excelente!!

Location was fantastic but the hotel need to care about the cleaning of extra bedding in the room also the garage cleanliness, too much dust !!!! be careful your shoes and luggages when you are parking your car at the garage.
