Easy check-in, clear instructions Small con: Cleanliness a bit hit and miss - marks on bedding, dishes greasy / needed rewashing Big con: Smell. Overpowering chemical / perfume smell. Didn't go away all night with windows wide open. Closed up bags and move extra things into car as wife feared smell was going to get into our belongings.
