This place had a decent shower. Very clean and spacious. Bed was good . A little far out of centre of town . A little noisy with the trucks going past as its a main road but noise stops at about 6pm . Good parking and friendly staff.

Carpark was full of someones rubbish - though that the site manager would have been on deck attending to the matter - we left at 8.30am and the personal belongings / rubbish was still in the hotel carpark -

Room was as advertised however very dated. Some of the power points didnt work and the ones that did where borderline. The room did what it need to do for me but i probably wouldnt stay there again. It was close to one thing i needed to do but a bit far to walk to anything else. Staff where great and there was a repair that needed to be done and it was tended to straight away. Parking was good for the executive suite until other people parked down that end, then it was a nightmare to get in and out. Parking for standard rooms very easy to get in and out. Overall stay was satisfactory with a reasonable price

The executive room with spa itself is a really nice room. Comfy bed, big bathroom balcony etc really nice. However, having a room o this nature that is clearly made for intimacy between couples next to a large family room is a bit odd. On the night we stayed the family room had 4 adults and 5 young children staying in it all of whom were partying until 2.30am. Also having pool access from the room balcony is great but everyone in the pool area also has direct access to the room. Not exactly a secure arrangement. Twice we had other people on the “private” balcony with nothing more than a sliding screen door between us and them.

This is a budget facility, however there was rubbish in the bathroom with dust and some mold. Very limited electrical plugs for plugging in you phones etc. the place was very noisy as you could hear road noise and people climbing stairs and closing doors etc. Check in was at 2 no one was to be found at 2.25 we came back around 3 and finally found someone to check us in

Kids liked the pool but we were kept awake until 4:30am by other guests loud music and talking. I also booked a room with one double bed and 2 twin beds as we have 3 children, but when we got there their wasn’t enough beds they gave us a fold out bed but it was very noisy. There was no where to wash dishes (only a bathroom sink) also filling the kettle was hard as it didn’t fit under the bathroom tap (no other tap). Apparently house keeping cleans everyday but our dirty dishes were still sitting there and beds not made, only thing that was done is the bin was emptied. Shower was full of mould and grime, spiders and webs everywhere.

I wasn't happy at check in as they didn't believe I had already paid and wanted me to pay again at a higher rate. I had to prove I had paid and he still didn't believe me. He then rang his boss and spoke in a different language which I found very rude. Room was great but I won't be staying there again in any hurry.

Car park to tight for larger vehicles. Cleaners rather noisy before 9.30. Nobody at reception when we tried to check in. Lucky a cleaner let us in.
