Our cabin was right near the boom gate, very noisy all night long. The power cut off twice through the night. The planes and traffic noise was too much. Pool not heated. Was not very relaxing at all after a long day of driving.

We stayed in unit 11. We did not have a designated car park. We would suggest that a towel rail be added to the kitchen area for hanging the tea towel. The fan on the wall in the bedroom was not efficient and was very dirty. It may work better after a good clean or better still, be replaced. The pool was great and the location suited our purposes. The cabin was fine, the location was fine, there just didn’t seem to be anywhere to park with a trailer.

Very nice place to stay, parking was abit challenging at times when visitors kept taking our spot. Very friendly staff and easy access to Gold Coast area. Cabin was nice and clean.

It was a very comfortable stay great bed ,good sized studio cabin , great mini kitchen area, walking distance to fish shop and beach , short drive to bowls club . Very quiet at night friendly office staff . Coffee van available for the morning . Great games room for families and bbq pool area .

In a one bedroom cabin. Spacious enough and comfortable. Cooking area and kitchen pretty compact so maybe not suitable for a long stay if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Nice pool and playground area if you have kids

Easy check in, clean family friendly facilities

Nice tidy compact 1 bedroom studio. The sliding door was quite difficult to open/close but really that was the only issue with the unit. Had everything I needed (except designated parking for this unit), and the staff were super helpful & friendly both online, over the phone & in person.

This is my second time staying here in the last couple of years and it just wasn’t as well maintained as it was previously. I know there was a weather event a couple of weeks ago but I would’ve hoped the shade sail over the pool could’ve gone back up by now, blackspot be tackled in the pool and a little bit of maintenance to the grounds like lawns be done.

Facilities were good and the cleanliness of the unit was impressive.

Unfortunately a very disappointing stay. From the moment we checked in to our cabin the dirt and mould was evident throughout. This place has not been properly cleaned in years. Kids beds were terrible, with ridiculously old and hard mattresses with a large amount of dust, dirt and mould all around the bunk bed windows. Holes in the wall in the bathroom that could have very easily been repaired. Balcony roofing/awning is undone and would be dangerous in high winds. Loads of dust and dirt under tables and beds and floor was dirty. There was a broom in the cupboard to sweep (which was definitely needed) but no dustpan to sweep the pile up off the ground. Very disappointing for the Ingenia brand. Pros: Reception staff were friendly and helpful The pool area was nice enough and seemed to be well maintained.

The park is stuck between motorway and 2 busy roads so it is a very noisy place to be! I was given a cabin that was not refurbished except for bed, TV and floor just because I paid a better price. Situated behind the fence of a very noisy and busy road, no garden view, my space had big dog poops that I picked up, the fridge was broken, tap was not working (was even told by manager that it was because the bench top was rotten underneath so it was not holding it..) full of webs on the skylight and walls, dead roach.. dirty, I asked to be moved to another one as I had booked for 7 nights!! Seemed I was annoying but after discussing I swapped to a better refurbished cabin (broken table, fridge was swapped so probably the one that was there was not working either, the cupboard was hanging by 2 bits instead of 4, the security screen did not work and, same as the other cabin I was in before, the electric 2 burner stove which was the cooking facility except microwave, had to b placed on top of the sink with cord behind tap… to be able to cook or prepare food on the very small bench that was left next to microwave… how dangerous I had to access and run the tap behind pots full of boiling water… water snd electricity is never a great mix!! (I have photos)… There are lots of people traveling and stopping there for 1 night or 2 because it’s close to M1… despite it is 15 mins walk to the beach it is not a good place to b for 7 days! What u advertised about it is not true.

Very clean and well organised

They didn't take out the rubbish from the previous people who stayed in the room, which stunk out the room once we opened the cupboard where it was located. The smell didn't go away even after we took it out. There were broken and loose tiles coming up from the bathroom floor. There were spider webs all up around the sky light too.

Clean, very comfortable. Would certainly stay again.

The curtains had blood on them and the A/C unit was covered in dust (this was actioned very quickly and issues were dealt with ), where the toilet is the wall directly in front has other people’s hair and pubic hair on it, the floors had dirty on them so I was constantly wiping my feet when walking around the cabin

The park itself is great. The Villa left a lot to be desired. The bathroom especially the ceiling was covered in mould which was quite concerning health wise. The second bedroom with bunks didnt have a fan. I know they couldn't have a ceiling mounted one due to bunks but even a small wall mounted one would give air flow. There was air con in the lounge/kitchen/dining which got some in but this meant leaving the door open. If you had light sleepers it would be hard to do anything in the living space.

Enjoyed our stay there. The only complaint was the wifi, as soon as i logged on it was gone...non existent.

Good location for reaching the south GC, although not much around/ car required- which I knew about. The studio cabins are not quite as depicted in the photos- it is one cabin split into 3 with paper thin walls- all coughs and TVs can be heard from the other cabins. Good aircon and shower, however bathroom was pretty run down. Bed sufficiently comfortable. Expensive for the value provided.

We rented a cabin for two days we only stayed for one as the parking for the cabin was difficult due to a van site next door and only a limited area to park infront of the cabin. The bed was very poor very soft no support and it collapsed in the centre where my wife and I would roll to. The grounds of the complex were untidy and in good need of a clean up. The cabin itself was small and a little dirty. The reception was good and the book in process quick and simple

One bedroom cabin well maintained had most of what you would want only complaint would be the bed had awful roll together good job I like my wife!! The pans could do with a better clean but other than that a nice comfortable place to stay nice and quiet. Staff were nice and friendly

Wifi wasnt the best other then that great place

The one bedroom cabin is well laid out with a recent update (good huge sofa, good blinds, nice flooring, lots of windows). Perfect for our one night stopover. The only thing was the mattress was very soft.

The manager Rachel very professional and great personality, will definitely stay again.

The one bedroom part of a yurt flooded with water after rain. The floor and bedding was wet at 2am. The next day we were promptly upgraded to a a beautifully clean and dry unit. We appreciated the prompt response.

Extremely helpful reception staff, our parking was difficult & the lady went out of her way to help. Only issue was that there was a light bulb missing in the above bed reading lights & the mattress dipped in the middle, even so, I certainly recommend this place. Checked a price from a caravan park up the road at Tweed & it was $77 more expensive & we only had a cabin.

The cabin was good value and property was well maintained. 4.30 pm closure at check-in with no after-hours alternative presents a problem to long distance travellers.

They don’t answer the phones ever. There is no information booklet so you know how to access wifi and find the beach. As long as you understand your on your own it’s great!

Despite being a holiday park with lots of camper vans and caravans the property was surprisingly quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Good location

Although the standard cabin was compact it had everything we needed for an overnight stay. However it was a bit of a drive to the kingscliff beach and shops

Just in a great location

A great place to stay at very reasonable price and only a short drive to the Gold Coast.

It’s a cozy little holiday park, one of the smallest we have been to but really enjoyed the nice staff and hospitality. People are super Fri, and neighbours are quiet. Everyone is very good. Rooms are quite and cozy, location is not the best but there are buses around to take you to groceries and restaurants.

Not right on the beach. But still a good choice for a relaxing break. I will be back.

Close to shops, beaches and the highway. Perfect location to check out the northern beaches and Gold Coast.

Clean and convenient place to stay, the pizza van was a bonus.

We stayed in a studio cabin, which needs a little tlc! I love the closeness to Kingscliff beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store. The cabin needs some hooks on bathroom door, as there is no where to hang clothes while having a shower. A stick on mirror on the wardrobe would be helpful and a hook or rack to hang the tea towel on. Salt and pepper would also be nice. Staff are always helpful and friendly, great stop off point when heading north for one or two nights!
