The pool and jacuzzi were only available at no charge between 10 am and 2 pm. Seriously ? As if people will spend the good hours inside. Outside of these hours, they charge €20 per person. I found this outrageous. I have never seen a hotel that has guest pay for such amenities. The hotel is also pretty far from the center of town, up on the hill. Not super convenient. It is actually one of the furthest hotels. The rooms are very nice. The breakfast is very expensive €22 and only starts at 8 am so pretty useless for people like us who want to take an early start hiking. Would not stay here again. Had booked it for the amenities but could not see ourselves paying an extra €40 for 5 min in the jacuzzi to rest our muscles.

This hotel really didn’t live up to its price tag. Staff largely unhelpful, no concierge service for cases, spa only open 10am-2pm for guests unless they want to pay extra. The steam room was out of action, the pool was cold, the jacuzzi was below temperature, as was the sauna. The room was dark and tea/coffee was not re-stocked. In a nutshell, won’t visit again any time soon.

Hotel was great location, parking was full but big car park down the hill, only complaint was that they should not charge to use spa after 10am that’s naughty as you want it after the slopes

Staff very friendly, ski rentals shop within the hotel, ski in and out, room made up and cleaned daily, alot of multilingual staff, nice food on offer and parking available on site which was handy, a very enjoyable week skiing

Hôtel très agréable avec décoration atypique. Très bien situé. Literie très confortable et excellent petit déjeuner. C’est avec plaisir que nous y retournerions.
