The hotel is outdated. The owners are obviously cheap as it gets. They sell out because of their location, but they put next to no effort in the actual property. The building itself is well located in a quiet and peaceful area. I liked that it wasn't a bunch of kids screaming and running around. The furniture inside the rooms date back to the 90s. There's broken tiles in the ceiling. The toilet paper is as cheap as it gets which is one of the most frustrating things in hotels. You pay $200/night but they cant spend 30cents for decent toilet paper. The shower gel was empty. The phone to call reception didn't work. Pillows are not comfortable, but the bed mattress was OK. The Water was quite hot, so the tub in the room was nice. The pool was warm and clean. The outside hot tubs are in bad shape. Cold water and jets don't work. It was a reason we went to this hotel, and it was disappointing. I understand in the end the hotel is priced cheaper than nicer hotels, but it's disappointing that the owners do not invest. I will not be staying there again.

Well, it was for a skit trip getaway with my son. Check in is at 4pm. We arrived at 3:55, was made to sit till 4:40 with our bag since our room wasn't ready while watching others get their rooms. Room is average. Stained bed, lamps, damaged doors with missing paint in bathroom, could not use the whirlpool tub since the tub plug was broken. No elevators so if you have big bags or carry your ski equipment, you better like stairs lol. Hot tubs outside were cold. I am definitely not coming back.

Notre chambre était petite mais propre et correct. Cependant près de notre chambre dans le corridor, il y avait un micro-onde pour les clients, donc très bruyant. Le bain tourbillon intérieur aurait eu besoin d'un bon nettoyage car beaucoup de mousse a la surface. La piscine tant qu'à elle était brouillée mais a une température correct.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The renovated and clean bathroom made up for some areas in the room which needed a good wipe down such as patio doors and door frames. The spa in the hotel was a beautiful surprise with incredible service. Staff at the hotel very pleasant.

La salle de bain de la chambre est pleine de cheveux et les draps sentent mauvais La piscine, le jacuzzi et le spa sont très sales : il y a de la saleté noire autour de chaque spa et jacuzzi, et l'eau contient de la mousse brune et des morceaux de saleté on se pas quoi . qui pas été nettoyés depuis trois jours consécutifs depuis vendredi la même saleté jusqu’au dimanche la même . Il est rempli d'une très grande quantité de eau javel , ce qui est extrêmement dangereux. Il peut empoisonner une personne, et l’eau javel nous aveugle les yeux avec , Ça nous brûle les yeux et les faisait pleurer tout le temps, nous fait mal à la tête et nous rend malade toute la nuit.

Nous avons changé de chambre 3 fois. La première avait un ventilateur brisé et bruyant, ils l’avaient « réparé » avec du gros papier collant électrique gris, la deuxième était dans un coin perdu et très malpropre de l’hôtel avec des chaises et un lit pliant dans le couloir avec des bacs de composte et la troisième, la toilette n’était pas bien vissée au plancher, elle se balançait lorsqu’on s’assoyait dessus et les tuiles du plafond suspendu dans la salle de bain au dessu de la douche étaient toutes sales et déplacées, la tête de la douche était aussi mal vissée et avait des jets d’eau qui sortaient de tous les côtés et il y avait des traces de pieds sur le foyer . The air conditioner was not functional. On Saturday morning, I informed the receptionist that my room was very hot. During the night, the temperature reached 82°F. At around 3:00 PM, my wife reported the issue again. A few minutes later, the owner informed us that there was a problem with the A/C unit and provided a portable fan, assuring us that repairs would be made in the afternoon. Pros: Pristine bathroom, Nespresso machine, nice pool Cons: A huge one - no cable TV -- only streaming, meaning you check in only to not relax but have huge frustration trying to log on to some streaming service, which likely will not work if you're not from Canada. I pray this isn't a trend catching on at other hotels - to not be able to check into a hotel and simply flip on the TV and watch the local news would be a shame.

Second stay here. Same level of quality as the first time. Always very friendly and helpful service from all staff. Extremely comfortable bed, especially good for bad backs. Room and property in general is very clean. Love the pool and hot tubs (indoor and outdoor). Will be staying here again.

Hôtel dans St-Adèle proche de plusieurs restaurants et randonnées accessibles en auto. Nous avons apprécié les 3 spas et la piscine ouverts plusieurs heures par jour et la machine nespresso dans la chambre. Excellent qualité prix, un des hôtels les moins chers dans la région avec un spa. L’hôtel aurait besoin globalement d’un rafraîchissement mais le rapport qualité prix demeure très bien.

Nice indoor and outdoor pool and spa facilities. The property sits directly on a secondary highway so the noise level from the roadway is quite loud. It does take away from relaxing around the pool. Pool towels are only available at the reception at the other end of the hotel. A blanket in the room had a candy stuck to it, left from previous guests. The rest of the room including the bedding was clean. We were unable to control the temperature in the room as the thermostat did nothing. The one ice machine they have is in the basement. There should be one per floor. This hotel has three floors with no elevator. Not ideal if your have a lot baggage or have mobility issues. Staff was friendly. It is centrally located in the Laurentians so suited us very well. The bed was comfortable. Overall, I would give it a 7.5 out of 10. The

La serveuse du restaurant était tellement impolie qu’elle a gâché ma soirée et le reste de mon séjour à l’hôtel. Je me sentais agressée verbalement par sa question « vous venez d’arriver à Québec? » . Les serveuses m’ont donné l’impression qu’elles font un complot. Elles m’ont basculé la plus impolie d’entre elles pour me donner une leçon sur le pourboire et la loi au Québec. Franchement, elle a gâché tout .

Excellent accueil. Chambre très belle et très propre. Avec l'option d'un foyer dans la chambre, ils envois quelqu'un chaque soir, à notre demande, nous apporter une bûche et partir le foyer. Le restaurant à même l'hôtel possède un menu Excellent et très copieux.

Restaurant prices were not as advertised on their website. I found this very deceiving. You apparently needed to purchase a ‘forfait’ to get a coupon to havé the advertised prices for table d’hôte menu.
