The staff at Koza suite were super nice and friendly, especially the gentlemen looking after food for room service. The location is great and secure, as it is located next to the Malaysia embassy. 500 metres away is the main street where there are heaps of good restaurants and supermarkets. Also an amazing bakery with lots of cakes...so dangerous and yum! I tried to ask one of the Koza suite staff where to get good kebab, and he was puzzled because they were all good and he had to think to single out a particular restaurant. Room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the air conditioning system as it was still in heating mode for winter, and I couldn't adjust it as it was a overall building heating/air conditioning system for the whole building. But I just left the window open and it was great to have fresh air the entire time. Also during the day, there is a school across the street where you can hear music playing. Room service food was surprisingly good. Would definitely come back.

Everything is pretty old and needs renovation. Gym is unusable (treadmill doesn’t work, only one device which also doesn’t work). Location is great and staff are helpful.

Pet friendly olarak geçen otelde, aslında evcil hayvanı olanlara ikinci sınıf muamele yapılıyor, odalarda sigara içilmesine izin veriliyor olması ayrı bir rezalet, sigara içilmeyen oda istememe rağmen bize sadece -2 de ki sigara içilen odaları evcil hayvanlı olanlara veriyoruz demeleri ve vermeleri ayrı kabus. Sadece oda değil otelin içi ve asansör bile sigara kokuyor. Kaldığımız odada klima sabaha kadar su akıttı, bakın damlattı değil su akıttı. Bir daha ne gelirim ne öneririm.

Oda genel olarak temiz ve rahatdı. Parking için sadece 4 arabaya yer var, sokakda bıraka biliyorsunuz amma yakında park etmeye yer bulamadığımız oldu. Başka çok küçük birkaç sıkıntı da yaşadık amma genel olarak iyi tecrübe idi.

Oda çok soğuktu. Klimanın kesinlikle gürültüden başka bir işlevselliği yoktu. Üstelik ince bir battaniye vardı sadece odada. Kalın bir yorgan istesek bile o odada ısınmak pek mümkün olmazdı. 1 hafta önceden satın almamıza rağmen - 2.katta küçük bir oda verilmişti, son dakika satın almışız gibi. Bir daha konaklayacağımı sanmıyorum. Üzgünüz.

Oda iyi durumdaydı. Personeller çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydılar. Pencereler çok büyük ve zemine yakın, yüksek katlarda özellikle çocuklar için tehlikeli. Odaların duvarları çok ince, gece sessizliğinde yan oda seslerinden uyanabilirsiniz. Sigara içilmiş odalarda koku sorunu çok hafif de olsa hissediliyor. Pencerelerde sineklik yok havalandırmak için açıldığında bu mevsimde sinekler içeri giriyor doğal olarak.

Çift olarak konaklama yapacağımızı bildirmemize rağmen, 2 tek yatağı birleştirmişler ve inanılmaz konforsuz uyuduk. Ayrıca gece çok gürültülü odaları vardı, sanırım gecelik oda satışları var !! aile ile kalınabilecek bir otel değil.

The room was very warm when I checked in at 5 PM. I asked the manager if they had another room that wasn’t exposed to the sun. Although the hotel was nearly empty and I was willing to pay more, they refused to change my room until the next day. I had to spend a few hours in the lobby waiting for my room to cool down. When I finally went back, it was still very warm because the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Additionally, the shower, toilet bidet, and mirror were not in working condition. I don’t believe this hotel deserves a four-star rating.

The staff at Koza suite were super nice and friendly, especially the gentlemen looking after food for room service. The location is great and secure, as it is located next to the Malaysia embassy. 500 metres away is the main street where there are heaps of good restaurants and supermarkets. Also an amazing bakery with lots of cakes...so dangerous and yum! I tried to ask one of the Koza suite staff where to get good kebab, and he was puzzled because they were all good and he had to think to single out a particular restaurant. Room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the air conditioning system as it was still in heating mode for winter, and I couldn't adjust it as it was a overall building heating/air conditioning system for the whole building. But I just left the window open and it was great to have fresh air the entire time. Also during the day, there is a school across the street where you can hear music playing. Room service food was surprisingly good. Would definitely come back.

Very good small hotel with great staff. Location near several embassies. Easy access to bus lines. It was important to me to have good Wi-Fi connection and that worked great.

Situated local to a variety of embassies. Perfect location to stay when acquiring a visa for a foreign country. All the staff are friendly and provide excellent service, and the cost of staying is incredible when compared to other hotels in the area. Simply a must stay when visiting Ankara.

the room was clean, but the front desk staff was amazing i needed help in some things for my work and he helped withhout a question, for me the service that provide the staff is always key on this ratings and they did great

Everything is pretty old and needs renovation. Gym is unusable (treadmill doesn’t work, only one device which also doesn’t work). Location is great and staff are helpful.
