Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few issues worth mentioning for future guests. The television in the room was not working. Someone came to check it, but it was not fixed. The spa water was also cold, which was disappointing. The doors close very hard — I accidentally hurt and bruised my finger because of this. I informed reception, but nothing further happened. In addition, about an hour after breakfast, both my wife and I experienced very strong stomach problems and diarrhea, which was quite unpleasant. Just sharing this for information, as we paid the full price and expected everything to be working properly.

Nous avons positivement surpris par cet établissement. Tout s’est super bien déroulé depuis le début et jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour. Accueil impeccable, état de l’appartement impeccable, le restaurant sur place de très bonne qualité et le petit déjeuner excellent! Vraiment une belle découverte et nous allons sûrement revenir. Merci!

This Residence gives me mixed feelings. On the positive side: Well located, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice swimming pool, large parking area, well furbished in terms of beds, wardrobe, cupboards, kitchenware. On the bad side: Restaurant food isn't great (although staff is also quite friendly), shower head half broken leaking water, doors in the room are quite thin (you can hear everything going on the toilet) On the ugly side: No housekeeping for stays shorter than 1 week, and hot water runs out after 3 people shower. Overall, the experience was fine, but its more a 3 star stay rather than 4 star. Would probably not stay again.

La chambre était bien, propre, idem pour la salle de bain et le WC. Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse était bien aussi. Dommage qu il n y avait pas une ou deux capsules offertes avec la machine à café, ni de petite bouteille d'eau. A l'accueil, elles ont été très agréables et serviables. Point réellement négatif: la piscine. Ça ne ressemble absolument pas à un SPA et l'eau est très fraîche.

Not so dog friendly. The hotel advertises pet friendly, but our experience was that dogs were not allowed into either restaurant on site, so we had to go out to eat. Not ideal after a five hour drive & one of the reasons we chose to stay.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig. In schalldichten Fenstern habe ich nichts bemerkt. Wir hatten ein Apartment direkt neben der Treppe im ersten Stock. Wenn morgens die Gäste zum Frühstück gingen, sind wir alleine vom Treppengang der Leute aufgewacht. Das Apartment macht auf den ersten Blick einen sauberen Eindruck. Beim genauen hinsehen bemerkt man jedoch, dass nicht gut geputzt wurde. Sonst ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine (die nicht in der Beschreibung steht). Die Freundlichkeit des Personals kann verbessert werden. Der Pool ist schön für ein paar Schwimmzüge. Wenn es nicht so hellhörig wäre, würde ich wahrscheinlich wieder kommen.

Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt im Résidence Les Rives de la Fecht äusserst angenehm. Bei uns war es in der Wohnung super ruhig und gut eingerichtet, die Betten waren bequem und die Sauberkeit gut. Die Küche war ausserordentlich gut ausgestattet, es gibt eine Nespresso-Maschine (Kapseln können vor Ort gekauft oder mitgebracht werden), Wasserkocher und viele Küchenutensilien. Geschirrspüler ist auch vorhanden. Für die Kinder war der Pool ein Highlight. In der angrenzenden Sauna ist es etwas laut vom Pool her, für einen schnellen Saunagang ohne Aufpreis aber eine super Annehmlichkeit! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und echt köstlich; die Auswahl an Getränken (Kaffee in allen verschiedenen Variationen - aus drei Maschinen; heisse Schokolade, Orangen-, Apfel- und Multifruchtsaft, Tee, Milch etc.) sehr gut. Colmar ist per Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten... Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - danke!

No air conditioning was brutal. The location was near the wine route. It had a lot of thing we could use but you had to leave things clean otherwise you get charge an extra night? That was odd. It was one of those hot days no air conditions, no fans and windows without screens was uncomfortable. We tried to leave the living room open but practically anyone could just walk in while you are sleeping so we really couldn’t have a good night.

Die Appartements sind ideal für eine Familie. Es hat ein kleines Schlafzimmer sowie ein Schlafsofa, dazu eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Von den Nebenzimmern hört man nichts, es ist Schallisoliert, innerhalb des Appartements sind die Wände jedoch dünn. Die Terrasse/Balkon biete die Möglichkeit, direkt beim Appartement Sonne zu tanken. Auch das Schwimmbad ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern, direkt daneben gibt es eine Sauna. Gegessen hat man in der Unterkunft ebenfalls gut, das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar jeden Tag gleich, es gibt eine kleine aber feine Auswahl und es ist sehr lecker. Das Nachtessen war ebenfalls sehr lecker, jedoch haben wir über 1 Stunde aufs Essen gewartet.

Un homme pas très sympa, qui qui m'interpelle comme si j'avais commis un crime, pas un bpnjour, juste une remarque désobligeante. This Residence gives me mixed feelings. On the positive side: Well located, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice swimming pool, large parking area, well furbished in terms of beds, wardrobe, cupboards, kitchenware. On the bad side: Restaurant food isn't great (although staff is also quite friendly), shower head half broken leaking water, doors in the room are quite thin (you can hear everything going on the toilet) On the ugly side: No housekeeping for stays shorter than 1 week, and hot water runs out after 3 people shower. Overall, the experience was fine, but its more a 3 star stay rather than 4 star. Would probably not stay again.

Hôtel avec un membre du personnel extrêmement désagréable, avec l impression de l ennuyer lorsqu on lui fait remarquer certains problèmes de l établissement, heureusement qu une jeune stagiaire vacances a compris notre demande. La chambre était une fournaise ardente à 38 degrés, nous n avons pas pu y rester. Pas de climatisation pour un hôtel qui est considéré 4 étoiles. Die Appartements sind ideal für eine Familie. Es hat ein kleines Schlafzimmer sowie ein Schlafsofa, dazu eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Von den Nebenzimmern hört man nichts, es ist Schallisoliert, innerhalb des Appartements sind die Wände jedoch dünn. Die Terrasse/Balkon biete die Möglichkeit, direkt beim Appartement Sonne zu tanken. Auch das Schwimmbad ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern, direkt daneben gibt es eine Sauna. Gegessen hat man in der Unterkunft ebenfalls gut, das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar jeden Tag gleich, es gibt eine kleine aber feine Auswahl und es ist sehr lecker. Nous avons positivement surpris par cet établissement. Tout s’est super bien déroulé depuis le début et jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour. We booked 5 nights and it was + 40°C outside, the room had AC units but they where not working, we could not stay for more then one night since it was too hot in the room. When we told the staff we where checking out early because of extreme heat in the room we got a big attitude from the staff. We payed for 5 nights but only stayed one, got no refund, also payed city tax for 5 nights and got no refund there either. The biggest issue was the attitude and hostility from the staff when my pregnant girlfriend told them it was too hot in the room. (The reception had AC so they where staying cool).
