Magnificent spot, top floor, beautiful weather. Couldn't ask for more. Unfortunately we did not have our room serviced /cleaned during our stay of 2 nights. Not sure if we needed to ask but it's just a given when you're paying these prices. Also, there isn't a restaurant any more and parking is slightly dicey. Get rid of the horrible 80s spa baths, the water pressure is so low it would have taken hours for us to fill it!

Accomodation was very central and convenient to cafes, market and restaurants. The bathroom is older style but still functional. Basic facilities provided e.g. toaster and kettle. Would have liked a microwave so we could heat up food but made do without one. Air conditioner worked perfectly (which we needed on an incredibly hot night and fridge only made slight noises. On the downside, we did smell a slightly off smell from the bathroom. Otherwise, happy with our stay.

Bathroom walls and floor needs scrubbing. Lady at reception did not welcome us with a smile maybe she was tired and we checked in at 6pm. Doors to basement carpark need lubricant and very hard to completely shut. Otherwise bedroom was comfortable, television does not have free to air channels. What a hassle to log in to an app then give your password to a motel TV. Did not like that. Fridge was well stocked and carpet clean. Pillows great.

We had ground floor room. This was large and clean with parking at front door. Advertised as soundproof however heard every step and chair move of our upstairs neighbour. Reception confirmed upstairs was floorboards with a mat. Not conducive to sleeping past 6am when your neighbours are early risers.

This is my second stay at Park Ridge and I was very satisfied. Room was spacious, comfortable & well-appointed. Loved that there was a toaster so I could save money on breakfast. Close to town and within walking distance of everything Gerringong has to offer. Recommend

Quite noisy, pretty sure this place advertised sound proof walls, however, we could still hear neighbouring rooms snoring and toilets flushing etc…when you book a place to have a little sleep in… not happening here, doors closing, people chatting in the hallway. It was very clean and neat though. If noise doesn’t bother you I’d give it a 5, but I don’t like noise so give it a 2

Stay was OK. Comfortable. But arriving at 5pm in the winter with the windows wide open was not great. On commenting on this we were told they were too busy checking other people in to make sure the room was warm. Also felt that booking through Expedia (from comments) made us less important.

Welcomed by Brian with a smile, very friendly and provided good information about the area and eateries. Clean room, comfortable and close to the local cafes and eateries. Upon check out Brian wished us a save trip and next time to call directly so we can enjoy an even better stay .. I booked via Expedia and just a room for the night. Paid $209 aud for one night. No other inclusions like breakfast was provided. Overall a pleasant stay none the less.
