Had a fantastic time celebrating our 5-year anniversary at Ponte Vineyard! We have been here twice before. We love to separate buildings with a small, focused number of units that prevents crowding and allows the guests to feel that they have plenty of space. Several nice walks throughout and behind the property. We loved the pool bar food the best, although Boltero laos has some great options for brunch. Book in advance for Wine Tasting & Tours (21 and over for everyone in the party).

Very beautiful place. Excellent service from the time I entered till when I left. Hot tub was clean and just the right temperature. Menu and prices at the restaurants were great. The food was very good and exactly how we ordered it.

If you're coming to stay on an actual vineyard, you won't find a better spot. Ponte has beautiful grounds, stunning setting for a walk or eating at the outdoor venue. The staff was terrific as well. The rooms are big and have great balconies. Only thing I might change is the fitness center is tiny and a little lacking. But with such a beautiful area, just workout outside, right?

We spent 2 nights in a one king bedroom with view of the winery facing the tasting room. It was a wonderful stay. We tried all 4 food options. We enjoyed the live music although the music in the Cellar was a little too loud. The pool was great. We got beautiful photos throughout the property! It was a mix of all ages including a couple of families with kids. The room was spacious & really quite. The staff were nice & helpful.

The poolside bar and café were closed, despite being advertised as open. Throughout the day, many pool guests had to bring their own drinks and lunches to enjoy by the pool.

The property is gorgeous and the rooms were quite spacious and tasteful. The service was great, and the location was central to wine tasting. Our favorite part of the trip was sitting at the fire pits late into the night with wine.

Coffee mugs in room had lipstick on them. Patio needed to be cleaned of debris and chairs/table wiped. Cleanliness 8 out of10. Wanted to stay an extra night and when asked for the rate I paid would be honored, was told no. Sad how they would forego $220 when the hotel wasn’t at full occupancy. We were told they couldn’t honor the price because we booked with a third-party, however, a friend we made said the same thing and she booked through the resort. They wouldn’t honor the price she made even asked to stay an extra night. Horrible business practice. The food and drinks at The Cellar were terrible. Although the hotel was nice, we will likely not come back.

This is a beautiful hotel. We were placed in a fabulous room with a stunning view but it had no wifi. They called IT support but they did not respond. The next morning we were moved to another room. It was in the main building, with wifi. Slightly older, and without the view. They compensated us with a credit in the restaurant which we used. Overall, I would highly recommend this beautiful, relaxing Inn. Just make sure that your room has wifi, unless you want to be disconnected!

I like the hotel very clean, staff were very nice, food was delicious we ate breakfast at Bouquet Restaurant and then we went for a walk in the vineyards and end up for wine tasting. The only thing I didn't like was the TV are NOT smart TV's I wanted to see NETFLIX or watch my YOUTUBE channel, but I couldn't but overall it was great

This is a lovely property. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel is charming. We enjoyed drinks in the Cellar, dinner in the restaurant and a great breakfast as well. We also enjoyed walking to a few other nearby wineries. Our room was lovely but we found the bed too soft for us (and too tall for me).

The hotel and service is amazing but the beds very uncomfortable the mattress was very hard and low quality as well as the pillows. Other than that very nice but definitely wish the furniture was more comfortable.

Nice, clean, double queen room. Loved the terrace with chaise lounges overlooking the pond and mountains beyond. Beds were pretty comfy and for once, there were plenty of pillows. There were 2 minor issues. The ventilation was fairly loud. And the toilet seat moves.

When we arrived the hotel staff was very friendly & welcomed us with a glass of wine. Nice touch! Overall the hotel service and room was fantastic. I gave low service stars based on my experience at the restaurant. We decided to go to the Bouquet restaurant on our last day and that’s where I was disappointed. I felt ignored when staff was standing by the door chit chatting. It would be different if it was busy, it was not. Please be sure you treat all guests regardless of ethnicity fairly. I sure hope the staff doesn’t discriminate however that is how I felt. They need to be mindful especially at a very high end hotel/restaurant. Food was good & prices were fair. I loved the entertainment.

Is a beautiful spot, room that we requested very nice. Beds wonderful. Initial service spot on until there's a problem. At 10 pm we called because vent cover in ceiling had come down hanging by one side interefering with door opening. Staff came up, tried to close, then told us we had to move, safety issue until maintenance could look at next day. It took us 40 minutes to move as it was birthday. We had decorated, brought food, etc. They said they would send help.person brought luggage rack, left, came back later, refused to push rack because it looked "precarious" We were so disappointed and tired. They moved us to a room no where as nice as ours and offered the 4 of us a $50 breakfast credit for our inconvience. Seriously? This was a $700 stay. When we were still upset, they said we could probably move back the next day. I had to haggle with manager next day who gave her "best" offer of $100 off room and $50 dining credit. I should not have had to fight for even that. Poor problem solving and customer service. Nice place if you do not run into issues.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The amenities, the staff, and the room were all top-notch. The only minor issue was that our room wasn't ready until 3:45, even though we arrived at 2 and expected to check in at 3. Nonetheless, we will definitely be visiting again soon. Our only regret is not booking for an extra day, but we already had other plans.

Very beautiful & peaceful property. Love the comfortable beds!!! Only negative was … we did not get instructions when we checked in and assumed that our room would have room service daily… we were out for a long day and when we arrived back to our room the room was never refreshed! No towels and no refills on coffee! I called and I was then informed that you have to request room service. A bit disappointed bc we wanted to relax and had to wait for room service . Other than that I highly recommend this winery hotel ❤️

Very beautiful & peaceful property. Love the comfortable beds!!! Only negative was … we did not get instructions when we checked in and assumed that our room would have room service daily… we were out for a long day and when we arrived back to our room the room was never refreshed! No towels and no refills on coffee! I called and I was then informed that you have to request room service. A bit disappointed bc we wanted to relax and had to wait for room service . Other than that I highly recommend this winery hotel ❤️

Hi, when this particular property found that I got my room through Expedia something changed. The very nice lady was going to let me have the room at 12:00 but the other woman whispered something in her ear. Then the nice lady said (with keys in her hand) the room was not ready. I hung out at the property and aked an hour later if it was ready. Her response “did we send you a text?” Anyway, I went off the property to eat and then at 3:58 p.m. I received the text my room was ready. If only she had said that in the beginning?

Overall a lovely place, beautiful grounds, good food. Only 2 areas they came up short. Firstly, we were FINALLY without kids and had no morning obligations. First opportunity to sleep in in YEARS. But no, a dog in the room next to ours started barking INCESSANTLY from 730am to about 930am, literally NONSTOP. We just packed up and left the room because it was unbearable and we were to check out at 11-12 that day anyway... When we brought it to the attention of management at check-out, they said dogs arent allowed here, thanks for letting us know, but did NOTHING to compensate us for our troubles. Didnt offer a discount, a discount on a future stay, free wine, maybe a discount at the restaurant where we spent $100 on breakfast, nothing. This was disappointing for an establishment of this caliber. Secondly, the hostess for the restaurant seated us and we asked if she could turn on the heater next to our table. She said “I think its on” and walked away. It was cold and quite obviously not on, clearly she did not know how to operate the thing, and made no attempt to get help or send someone else to assist. Again, not able to give 5 stars to an establishment of this caliber with these deficits in service especially at the high nightly cost of this place. It was lovely, but not outstanding or perfect.

The staff was unbelievable professional, helpful, and friendly! Very special! The room was comfortable and beautiful! The property was very nice, as was the wine country location. It was better than what i expected, and the price was terrific!

Perfect little wine country inn. Beautiful large, well kept rooms with cute decks and good amenities. Easy to walk to the cellar bar or nouquet for good food and drinks. Centrally located and walkable or easily drivable to a number of other wineries. Would definitely stay here again!

Coffee mugs in room had lipstick on them. Patio needed to be cleaned of debris and chairs/table wiped. Cleanliness 8 out of10. Wanted to stay an extra night and when asked for the rate I paid would be honored, was told no. Sad how they would forego $220 when the hotel wasn’t at full occupancy. We were told they couldn’t honor the price because we booked with a third-party, however, a friend we made said the same thing and she booked through the resort. They wouldn’t honor the price she made even asked to stay an extra night. Horrible business practice. The food and drinks at The Cellar were terrible. Although the hotel was nice, we will likely not come back.

I LOVED Ponte hotel. I came with my grown 3 daughters as a rest and relax trip. It was FABULOUS. The hotel was even better than the pictures we saw online. The staff was so kind and helpful. The pool was clean and perfect. The food at the restaurant, cellar, pool and breakfast room was excellent. We LOVED it all. I am, recommending this to all my friends and we are already planning on coming back next year. Thank you so much

Relaxing, beautiful property. The grounds are stunning. Attention given to the small details. Staff members are all very kind and ready to assist with whatever may be needed. Only complaint is that restaurant we love there and the winery tasting room were closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, which was when we stayed. At this time of year, we feel everything should be open at least six days per week.

Beautiful property, room was very nice. Staff at the hotel were fine, nothing over the top or exceptional. There were no extra smiles or waves or people going above and beyond. The food at the restaraunt was very good but the service was very slow, nice staff but just slow. I would stay here again but would eat somewhere else.

We had a great time at this property! Weekdays are perfect for a quiet, quaint, and serene get away :) I just wish there were more food options on property, during weekdays. Definitely coming back soon!!

Great property and location but restaurant hours were limited and di not align with operation hours communicated at check in. We arrived at the cellar (only restaurant open) 30 minutes before closing time communicated by Hotel and were told the kitchen was closed. Had to drive into town to get dinner.

The bed was super soft and comfy. The ambience was so nice. It’s my first time in Temecula and didnMt know what to expect. Our room’s view was directly looking out to the vineyard. The hotel is so quiet and private. You wouldn’t think you were in California, I felt I was in Italy. The only drawback is that their restaurant was only open during the day and didn’t offer dinner.

This is a Stunning hotel with very large rooms and the biggest shower I have seen in a hotel. The staff was amazing...They greeted us with a glass of Muscato and gave us a free wine tasting at the winery. Our first floor room had a lovely patio that looked out to the pond and vineyards. There is coffeemaker in the room, so we made our morning coffee, sat on the patio and enjoyed our beautiful surroundings. We had a wonderful late lunch on the patio restaurant at the winery followed by a glass of wine later in the evening at the Cellar. The next morning we had a delicious breakfast on the patio in the hotel. Thie location is fabulous, many wonderful wineries/restaurants minutes away. Shopping Mall, Pechanga Casino and Old Town are 10-15 minutes by car. Treat yourself to Tuscany in Temecula.....Free Parking!

Great place to stay. The wine tasting and the dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Had a great time from my wife’s birthday. Three nights almost wasn’t enough. My new pic to stay perfect. Oh and the breakfasts were great at the hotel. And the staff was very professional. Go to the cellar downstairs had a good time.

We had such a great stay at Ponte Vineyard Inn! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy Temecula wine country. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the beautiful vineyard views, the atmosphere, and being able to have great food and wine right on the property.
