This facility was in a very convenient location- walkable to key attractions. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The amenities are basic - an old property with a quaint elevator. For the price, we couldn't have asked for more.

Gostei da estádia. O hostal possui uma localização boa, próximo da Sagrada Família e da praça da Catalunya. A área comum (com microondas, geladeira, bebedouro e café de máquina) fez um grande diferencial. O quarto era grande (para os padrões de hotel) e nos atendeu super bem. Os funcionários eram gentis e prestativos. O prédio e o elevador são bem antigos, mas isso é comum em Barcelona.

I liked the location and proximity to Metro, and having the shared facilities with fridge. Room though could do with a facelift.

The location of the hotel was convenient and wonderful. We could visit some venues regarding Gaudi easily. The room was confortable and clean. The staff was so kind that he made an extra arrangement for our luggages after his business hour. The classic elevator was super cool! My husband was very fond of it :)

This was a fantastic location. We loved the balcony. Cold and hot water available for drinking and for tea and coffee in a common area along with a refrigerator. This was a nice touch. Great room. We would definitely stay here again

É um lugar honesto em termos de custo-benefício. Não tem o maior conforto do mundo, nem a melhor vista, mas está bem localizado e tem uma equipe extremamente gentil. Além de elevadores e facilidade no check in e check out. Indicaria para uma estadia curta. Eles também oferecem água, café e chá como cortesia. O ponto mais negativo para mim, foi não ter ventilador ou ar-condicionado (além do central) disponível. Você fica suejito a temperatura estipulada para o andar.

Abbiamo scelto questa stanza poiché era a un prezzo molto basso . Non possiamo criticare nulla, poiché per quel prezzo non posso pretendere oltre i minimi standard di correttezza. Però per aiutare gli altri viaggiatori è bene sapere che : 1) il palazzo e persino l'ascensore è antico e mostra una gloria passata . È come un attore bellissimo che però adesso ha 90 anni e non può nascondere la sua vecchiaia e le rughe. Per i turisti americani , per i quali un oggetto di cento anni fa deve sembrare degno di uno sbalordimento adrenalinico, questo posto sarà forse affascinante. Per noi no, va bene solo per dormire. 2) la chiave fuori da certi orari bisogna andarla a cercare in un altro vicino ostello però è davvero a due minuti . 3) la stanza aveva un balcone. Non è utilizzabile poiché piccolo e noi ci siamo affacciati solo due volte e non godiamo della vista di una strada un poco rumorosa . Però ho messo lì ad asciugare un paio di camice sudate. 4) l'ingresso dell'appartamento su un piano diviso in 10 stanze ha lo stile di un pensionato universitario con luci fredde e mobili bianchi stile Ikea . Mi pare che vi siano degli opuscoli informativi. 5) la sera al nostro ritorno sentivamo sempre l'odore di droghe da fumo , il tipico odore dolciastro della cannabis. Lì non è colpa dell'albergo ma è una responsabilità degli ospiti dentro le stanze. Consiglio aprire le finestre nei corridoi comuni. 6) bagno triste che ha sofferto di un uso logorante e intenso.

La habitación limpia y confortable. El balcón le da un plus. El personal amable y servicial. Contaba con servicio de cafe, té y agua purificada. Había un refrigerador en el área común. Cuenta con elevador y un buen Wifi.

La habitación y el baño estaban limpios. ME gusto que la habitación tenía balcón a la calle,

We had a great stay for 3 nights. The room was spacious and suited our needs as a base to explore Barcelona from. Its location was excellent, and the room and facilities were spotless. Thanks so much!

We stayed at Martinval for three nights( September 25,26,27), and overall it was just okay. The check-in staff was very nice and helpful. The building looks nice from the outside, but the inside could use some freshening up. The room had AC, internet, and a TV, but the TV wasn’t working. The beds were not very comfortable, with cheap-looking blankets, and one of the sheets had a brown mark. We didn’t bother mentioning it to the staff. For the price we paid, it didn’t feel worth it. On the positive side, the location and the neighbourhood were very nice.

The hotel is in a convenient location, and the staff were very helpful. The sheets and overall room cleanliness were excellent. However, the bathroom could use renovation—there were visible cracks and some dirt on the walls and bathroom door. Overall, it's a good place to stay for the price.

Foi decepcionante, na chegada um forte cheiro de água sanitária no quarto que vinha do banheiro. Primeira noite foi terrível, quase não dormi nada. Além do barulho intenso que vem da rua (carro, moto, pessoas falando) mesmo com as janelas fechadas, tem barulho do andar de cima (parece que algum tipo de elefante anda pelo apartamento de cima) e era possível ouvir a televisão do quarto ao lado. Além disso fez uma noite de calor (cerca de 26 graus) o que não é muita coisa, mas tornou o quarto uma sauna. O ar condicionado, que é só um buraco no teto por onde entra um ventinho e você não pode determinar a temperatura, não dá conta de resfriar o quarto. Na recepção disseram que ele fica em 26 graus (ou seja, não resfria nada, alguns dias estava mais fresco do lado de fora do que dentro do quarto) e apesar de anunciarem no Hoteis.com que existe ventilador, não é verdade, o quarto não possui ventilador. Acabamos comprando um ventilador para poder dormir nas noites seguintes. A vantagem é que o ventilador ajudava a abafar o som que vinha da rua também. Com isso se tornou suportável as noites seguintes.

バルセロナからバレンシア行きの鉄道で到着する駅すぐ近くで、大聖堂や市場などの観光エリアが徒歩圏内。立地最強でこの値段は最高！シャワールーム付きのダブルベッドルームはテラス付きで、ストリートが見えて本当に良かった。バレンシアに来る時はここ一択！次も泊まりたい！

Chambre un peu petite pour 4 personnes et salle de bain désuète . Mais l’emplacement est idéal et le personnel très sympathique

Todo excelente menos el wifi porque aunque te podías conectar no funcionaba.

Voyage avec mon conjoint et notre fils sur 4 jours :la chambre est exiguë et sombre ,qualité de literie mediocre , en guise de lit parental: 2 lits simples accolés. Chambres pas bien insonorisées. Rapport qualité/prix décevant. Rien à redire sur l accueil lors du check in en soirée ( sourire, infos pratiques).

Stanza molto grande con terrazzino molto comodo e privato. Pulizia buona con cambio tutti i giorni, ambio bagno e zona doccia. Unico neo l'insonorizzazione delle stanze... praticamente assente

This hotel does not have air conditioning in each room. It was 27 degrees in our room and we had no choice to stay at another hotel. They claim that they are not allowed to provide air conditioning colder than 27 degrees because of a Spanish law. However, the law only applies to public spaces and does not cover hotelrooms. Indeed, I was able to find another hotel in Barcelona that had air conditioning and we were able to have a temperature colder than 27 degrees. Despite using a deceiptful listing to attract bookings, they did not refund our stay.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno dato una camera più grande di quella che avevamo prenotato. Ci hanno dato info sui possibili spostamenti e visite! Pulizia ottima! Consigliatissimo!!! Grazie

Local limpo, camas confortáveis, chuveiro funcionamento bem e com água quente, roupas de camas e toalhas limpas. Localização muito boa, próxima a diversos pontos turísticos a pé. Ao redor ótimas opções de café e restaurantes. Atendente Manuel muito simpático e agradável. Atendente Marta muito estupida, aparentemente não gosta de conversar com hóspedes.

The staff was really helpful. The room was cheap. The 24 hour desk was 2 blocks away on different street. The bed was mattress on frame, no box springs. Furniture was simple wooden plywood or thin wood. The cancelable up to was a fraud. 24 hours after booked got a notice that credit card charged 1/3 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Then got notice that balance had to be paid in cash, no credit card. Would I stay again? No. Only staff made up for other short comings, poor quality.

Hostal muito bacana. Foi um pouco dificil identificar e tivemos um problema na chegada pois os emails enviados pela acomodação não chegaram na minha caixa de entrada - então tivemos que ligar e ir até uma outra hospedagem para fazer o check in (mas não foi algo demorado ou distante). Durante os dias foi tudo bem. Estava confortável, a localização é muito boa (perto de tudo), limpeza todos os dias.

O atendente da recepção é maravilhoso, muito atencioso e prestativo

We booked a 2 week Europe trip and you honestly never know what you’re getting. If you’re contemplating booking this place, do it. We loved our stay. It was so unbelievably hot out and the room was COLD, it was amazing. It was located in such a great location that we could come back for showers whenever we wanted. I truly recommend this place. We arrived late and we checked in at the sister hostal. This is nicer than most hotels. We loved the building it was in too. The cleaners and other guests were very friendly. We are Canadian and would’ve loved if other hotels on our trip were as located as central and were as clean as this one.

We traveled around Spain. This is the only place where the owner charged us extra $10 per night when we check in. He said that was for government, and asked for cash payment.

Very clean and comfortable. No frills but everything was perfect. Best part was the friendly staff who were efficient and very helpful.

A estadia foi incrível! O recepcionista nos atendeu super bem, indicou vários lugares e foi um querido em tudo que precisamos. Sem contar a localização, a maioria dos pontos turísticos da pra fazer a pé. Se for parar lugares longes o hotel fica muito perto de metrô e ponto de ônibus.

Excellent location , easy walking distance to different highlights spots of gaudi . Supermarket next to it . Information provided to tourists is well rounded , will recommended to friends ..
