Good points - very central location - close to WW2 museum (10 mins walk) - close to waterfront (2 mins) - very quiet at night - great breakfast with lots of choice - helpful receptionist staff - good showers Negatives - no outdoor space - air con isn't that controllable and you cannot get a good cool blast. If you get hot at night, you may find the rooms too warm. Ask for a fan.

Das Hotel ist für einen Städtetrip sehr gut. Es liegt zentral und die Promenade und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung, nur es lag sehr ungünstig zum Innenhof und die Autos, wahrscheinlich der Angestellten, fuhren direkt an unseren Fenstern an und ab. Da wir unten wohnten standen sie gefühlt neben deinem Bett. Also musste das Fenster geschlossen bleiben. Außerdem befindet sich eine Einfahrt für einen Autofahrstuhl direkt im Innenhof. Dadurch haben wir schlecht geschlafen. Das Frühstück war lecker, wir waren nur einmal dort essen. Haben lieber morgens einen kleinen Spaziergang gemacht und waren in der Stadt was essen. Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten da. Wir haben die Sauna einmal benutzt, die ist aber sehr klein. Für mehr als zwei Leute ist da kein Platz. Das Personal war super nett, waren aber auch nur zum schlafen im Hotel.

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. Also the location was very good. However, this is where the positives have to end. The 4 stars (!) hotel has only partial and VERY weak, insufficient AC. Areas around elevators, stairways are not cooled at all. The room we received was so hot that we could hardly sleep the 1st night even with the fan working non stop. We received another room next day and, while much better, we still needed a fan to be able to function. So, overall it is o good hotel but not for summertime and feels overall like 3 stars one rather than 4 (quality of fitness room 2 stars).

Beautifull, modern hotel with all the comfort and facilities you cod wish for. Fantastic location yet no noise outside the hotel. The staff were very service minded and were very helpfull. I would reccomend this hotel for its service, comfort, facilities, great breakfast, fantastic location and value for money. Will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit to Gdansk. Keep up the good work.

Veldig fint og koselig hotel med hyggelige og veldig høflige personell!Ligger veldig sentralt i gamle byen.Er veldig fornøyd !Alt som jeg har bedt om , ble fikset! Veldig fint og modernt rom, god seng, rent og pent bad!Ingen bråk !Gleder meg til å komme tilbake til dette hotellet. Alt var helt topp!Ringte fra flyplassen og har sagt ifra om at jeg kommer om en time og bedt dem å slå på badstue og den var klar når jeg kom på hotellet.Anbefalles på det sterkeste!

Tolles Hotel mit absolut genialer Lage. Ruhig und doch mittendrin. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Perfekt für einen Städtetrip nach Danzig. Parken für 80 Zloty/Tag vor dem Hotel. Super!

Breakfast in the am was excelent. Staff was great. Big parking lot right across the street you can pay for days at a time through the hotel and just leave your vehicle there to walk to mueseum, shopping district ect.

Mycket trevlig resa o vistelse. Trevlig o hjälpsam personal. Fräscht hotel, med utmärkt läge. Underbar frukost. Missa inte ww2-museet eller en båttur på floden. Allt inom 5-10 min gångtur. Uttagsautomat på hotellet. (Bra städat, ej lyhört)

Maten var fantastiskt bra och bra frukost. Det som drar ner betyget är att städning uteblev vissa dagar, fick säga till om toapapper och övriga saker i repan. Sista dygnet saknades varmvatten i hela hotellet. Det var tydligen en planerad åtgärd. Det konstiga är att inget informerades vid bokning. Jag tyckte att det det kändes ofräscht att sitta på planet hem oduschad och svettig. Det vore läge för någon form av kompensation.

Ich stehe früher auf als mein Mann, dann war er wach, weil im Bett trotz geschlossener Badtür Vollbeleuchtung war. Wer hat sich das ausgedacht? Das Fenster auf Bauchhöhe ließ sich zwar öffnen, knallte dann aber ans innen liegende Absperrgitter. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich trotz mehrerer Versuche weder ausschalten noch in der Temperatur verändern. Es war schlicht kalt im Zimmer und es zog - insbesondere im Bett, wo man kalten Luftstrom nun vielleicht eher nicht so gerne hat. Zum Abschluss rannte uns eine der Damen von der Rezeption noch einmal nach, ob wir auch wirklich nichts aus der Minibar genommen hätten? Wirklich nicht? Ganz sicher nicht? Glaubte sie, dass wir beim dritten oder vierten Mal fragen plötzlich eine andere Antwort geben als "Nein"? Das war schon nah dran, uns des Diebstahls zu bezichtigen, und ziemlich unschön. Von der Lage her ist das Hotel aber sehr gut und sehr sauber und das Frühstück war gut - es gab sogar etwas für vegane Ernährung.

Lovely hotel. Quiet. Really nice rooms with a great shower. Breakfast was excellent every day. Lots of choice and all very fresh. The only downside is the bed! Not everyone is comfy on these rock hard memory foam mattresses. It’s an acquired taste but not for me

The room was clean and nice, but it was super noisy. You can hear the neighbour very well next to you and also when the neighbour upstairs is flushing the toilet. The reception with check in and check out was very good. I never ate at the breakfast or their restaurant (if they have one?). The location is good, it's near the old town at the "outskirts" of it. In my opinion this hotel is too pricey for the inconvenience of enduring noises from your neighbours.

Stayed for 2 nights. Friendly receptionist, good breakfast, good size room but we were on the first floor (106) and the room was very dark with only a small window, no shampoo. The rooms on the other side of the hallway was a lot brighter with larger windows so would request a room there if staying again.

Lokalizacja super, wszędzie blisko. Hotel bardzo przyjemny, jedynie widok z okna niestety średni (trafił nam się pokój z widokiem na ścianę). Sam pokój nieduży, minusem szklane drzwi do łazienki, które niestety nie zapewniają prywatności. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i uprzejma.

Eigentlich schönes und gut gelegenes Hotel, wenn nicht der Innenarchitekt irgendwie die Zimmer verplant hätte: die Badezimmertür ist aus Glas direkt neben dem Bett. Ich stehe früher auf als mein Mann, dann war er wach, weil im Bett trotz geschlossener Badtür Vollbeleuchtung war. Wer hat sich das ausgedacht? Das Fenster auf Bauchhöhe ließ sich zwar öffnen, knallte dann aber ans innen liegende Absperrgitter. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich trotz mehrerer Versuche weder ausschalten noch in der Temperatur verändern. Es war schlicht kalt im Zimmer und es zog - insbesondere im Bett, wo man kalten Luftstrom nun vielleicht eher nicht so gerne hat. Zum Abschluss rannte uns eine der Damen von der Rezeption noch einmal nach, ob wir auch wirklich nichts aus der Minibar genommen hätten? Wirklich nicht? Ganz sicher nicht? Glaubte sie, dass wir beim dritten oder vierten Mal fragen plötzlich eine andere Antwort geben als "Nein"? Das war schon nah dran, uns des Diebstahls zu bezichtigen, und ziemlich unschön. Von der Lage her ist das Hotel aber sehr gut und sehr sauber und das Frühstück war gut - es gab sogar etwas für vegane Ernährung.

Spent a few days in Gdansk this hotel is excellently located very near to the ww2 museum which is excellent. We checked in early around 12 and the staff found us a room as ours wasn’t ready. We had the breakfast on one of the days which was pretty good but very polish! Then we checked out just after 4pm for a 150 pln fee. They offered up to 1 free of charge but I wanted to see the town hall so well worth it.

A lovely hotel. Great waterfront location and a short walk into the old town. Ideal for the Christmas market. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. We arrived early and two of our three rooms were already, so we could check int them and leave all our luggage. Breakfast is amongst the best we have had at a hotel. Such a variety of foods and drinks. On our last day we had an early flight and we were provided with very nice packed breakfasts. My only minor criticisms were that the room was a little too warm for my liking, although with the cold temperatures outside I preferred that than it bring cold. Also, the shower water protruded over the very low floor seal and protruded in the bathroom. Both only minor points though and did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

Schöne Unterkunft, gut Gelegen,man kommt überall schnell hin.Sehr schönes Frühstück. Abwechslungsreich und von allen was da ! Betten sind bequem,wir haben gut drin geschlafen. Good points - very central location - close to WW2 museum (10 mins walk) - close to waterfront (2 mins) - very quiet at night - great breakfast with lots of choice - helpful receptionist staff - good showers Negatives - no outdoor space - air con isn't that controllable and you cannot get a good cool blast. If you get hot at night, you may find the rooms too warm. Ask for a fan.

Ligger helt perfekt til at opleve den gamle bydel. Man kan gå til det meste og der er stille og roligt. Rigtig god morgenmad. Personalet var flinke og hjælpsomme. Hvis jeg skal til Gdansk igen, så ville jeg vælge samme hotel

Fint hotel nära till gågatan och julmarknaden. Frukostbuffé fanns på hotellet tyckte dock att dett är lite för dyrt 80ply. Omöjligt att äta för dom pengarna. Annars var allt mycket bra.

Läget på hotellet var toppen. Lagom bit att gå till det mesta. Hotellrummet var fräscht och kändes lyxigt med det svarta marmorbadrummet. Det som var lite mindre bra var frukosten, men mycket för att jag är rätt kräsen och det var ingen vanlig hotellfrukost om man säger så. Ena dagen fanns ägg, bacon, pannkakor, våfflor osv å andra dagen inte. Var också en del inlagda grönsaker och röror med fisk och sådant som inte passar mig som sagt. Det andra är att AC fläkten på rummet verkade inte fungera vilket gjorde så det kändes som att det var extremt dålig cirkulation på luften i rummet.

What a beautiful experience! The location is very close to the city centre. Our room was very clean and spacious. But the best part was the breakfast. It was the best breakfast we had in Poland. You name it, they have it. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay, room was very clean and attended to everyday. Mini fridge and free water and coffee/tea refilled everyday. Air conditioned but windows opened too for fresh air. Walkable to all major sites. Would stay here again.

The hotel was lovely, chilled and in a really good location. Rooms were massive for a normal city break and the staff on reception were so helpful. Only issue I personally had was in my room only one socket worked (the bathroom). Not a major issue but maybe for someone who is there for business and needs the use of multiple sockets it may have been a problem
