Exec room was disappointing. Smallest hotel bed we have slept in for probably 20 years. Cold water pressure in tap was very low and shower was very poor. Parking was expensive and when we left at 4:30am we couldn’t get out of the car park despite having paid. Using the call button on the exit barrier didn’t work despite trying for nearly 5 minutes. One of us then went back into the hotel for help, but couldn’t get back in as we didn’t have a card and reception was not staffed. Disappointing for an airport hotel. Eventually we got back in as some other guests were leaving. What we had thought would be a convenient hotel to help make the build up to our flight less stressful turned out the opposite.

Very friendly welcome from the team, they were very helpful with directions and information. The bar is 24 hours and the team were very personable for 1030pm. The room was clean and fully stocked of amenities

Great customer service, clean spacious room and walking distance to Luton airport ( although there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel as well)
