Meitetsu Toyota Hotel

The rooms facing railroad is a bit noisy, and I could hear the trains go by every a few minutes.

My stay was in November of 2024. The property itself is nice and has recently (<5 years) been updated. However, there is no ability for the guest to cool the guest rooms, so I was forced to sleep with the windows wide open every night. Otherwise it was kept at 25 degrees C (77 degrees Farenheit), which for me is way too warm to sleep. There was an "air conditioning" knob that let you select between "off," "low," "medium," and "high," but this was just a booster fan setting for the already-present heating. This may be different during summer months, as the "air conditioning" may actually cool the room, but any time the property is heated, it seems like there is no choice other than to open the windows to cool the room.

No A/C in rooms. It was hot.

Bus going to Chubu airport is just outside the hotel.

Location is very good
