Staff were very kind. The Kaiseki dinner was superb. Although we did not use the public bath, the private bath reserved was great and our bodies felt less sore after a long dip.

This hotel is convenient to go to Shoin Shrine on foot, although it is a steep climb from Shoin Shrine to the hotel. They have a shuttle from and to the station. They also provide baggage pick-up from the train station. The staff are very kind and friendly. Food is great.

スタッフの皆さんが本当に素晴らしかったです。挨拶など声掛けが良かったです。 お料理､温泉とても素晴らしかったです。 またお伺いさせていただきます。

お料理もお風呂も最高でした。 スタッフの対応も心がこもったものでした。次回も利用させてもらいたいと思いました。楽しい旅の思い出が出来ました。
