Apartamento excepcional. Amplio, moderno, céntrico y con muy buenas instalaciones. A destacar: el establecimiento dispone de recepción y taquillas para dejar el equipaje, tanto antes del check in, si se llega pronto a los apartamentos, como despúes del check out, si se necesita. Estación de metro muy cerca. Me he alojado en dos ocasiones aquí y repetiría, sin duda. Recomendable 100%.

Todo muy limpio, espacioso y camas muy cómodas, lo único q le falta es iluminación. Mucho ruido por la noche en la habitación de matrimonio y parking carisimo y sino no hay ningún sitio para aparcar si no eres residente

Wonderful stay for our family if 4 in Madrid. Fairly central to a lot of sights and very convenient to the metro. We arrived 4 hours early and they held our luggage in the lockers until our apartment was ready. Apartment had everything we needed, from stocked shampoo, soap to laundry detergent. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor and it was nice to have the elevator for our luggage. I would definitely stay here again!

El Hotel Boutique es muy lindo y está en un excelente lugar. En mi caso reservé una suite con dos camas, es muy espacioso pero me dieron una que abarcaba el piso -1 y 0 así que no teníamos vista alguna, solo había una ventana que daba a unos casilleros así que no era idóneo abrirla. Se sentía encerrado el lugar sin vista, fue un poco deprimente y no lo sentí como lo vi en las fotos, pero creo que las de los otros pisos con ventanas con vista hubiese estado genial.

Es un hotel Boutique de lujo, excelente en todos los sentidos. Todo de primera, camas muy cómodas, aislamiento exterior. Con elevador. Llegamos nos guardaron el equipaje porque no había casilleros, regresamos tarde y las maletas las subieron a la habitación. Recomendado al 100%.

Let's start with the time when we arrived in the morning hour when the check in has not start yet. We were at the basement tried to lock our luggage; however, with our overnight flight from US, we were all tried and ready to go to bed, I decided to give our luck a try. I talked to the front deck person, Mr. Sov (forget his whole name) who was at there on March 29,2025 morning shift, and decided helped us with whole his humble heart. He was not only help us checked in and also ask another lady helping to speed up clean one unit. We were within our unit in half hour!! What a joy! Later, he also made tons of suggestion with local trip tips. We are in deeded blessed with his help and willingness to make our trip smooth and joyable. The location of the place is in the center of the city with walkable distance to any attraction. The subway station is within 5 minutes' walk. We were really enjoying stay there and will be back once we had chance.

The hotel is new, location is good, front desk team is very nice and helpful. What completely ruined the impression - there is no air circulation in the washrooms, so, when I looked a bit closer to the showers - I saw A LOT of BLACK MOLD. Upon reaching out to the reception, they arranged cleaning, but - the condition of those showers was not “cleanable”, there are much more serious measures necessary to remove all the mold and prevent it from building up.
The hotel is new, location is good, front desk team is very nice and helpful. This is a wonderful boutique hotel that is great for apartment style accommodation / cleaning is done on weekly basis. The rooms are apartment style. The apartment was clean. It had some kitchen supplies like plates and bowls etc to use. A large fridge and spacious modern kitchen. There was laundry in the room but did not use it. The bathrooms were very modern and excellent size. The room also had a small balcony for beautiful views! There is a rooftop but it’s under construction so much there but that wasn’t an issue at all. The street is active and lively! Bakeries and restaurants just downstairs a few steps away! About a 10 minute walk to La Gran Via! I would recommend this hotel to families or large groups who need multiple beds.

I would not recommend this property for several reasons. Accessibility for help was extremely limited by their limiting hours. No instructions for appliance use. Walls extremely thing that neighbors were threatening noise pollution. Noisy outside at night. Bathroom was not equipped with shower door and was dirty. Bathroom door lock wasn't functioning and no supply of handsoap at check in. But they made sure they attempted multiple connections to get our passport ID info so lots of communication from them regarding what they needed,

Nice apartment near most attractions in Madrid which were in walking distance. Although the apartment was nice a lot of little details need to be addressed: pealing wall paper, slow draining sinks, partition wall damaged, sliding doors not closing properly. All easy fixes but needs addressing. Also the washer and dryer takes forever like 3 hours to dry 4/5 to wash. However the kitchen was a full kitchen with a toaster, tea kettle nesspresso machine and dishwasher.

Súper Buena ubicación y buen espacio del Depto. Muy amable todo el personal. Las camas y almohadas no eran muy cómodas y se acababa el agua caliente cuando se bañaban todas las personas al mismo tiempo. Éramos un grupo grande y solo mandaron a limpiar el Depto el día 6. Cuando aumente una noche me dieron una tarifa del doble de la normal.

O apartamento é razoável, espaçoso, mas a mobília poderia ser mais confortável. No primeiro dia, quando chegamos, não havia água quente porque o boiler esvaziou e não voltou a encher até o dia seguinte. Foi muito inconveniente chegar de um vôo longo e não poder tomar banho. Na primeira noite, uma sexta-feira, havia muito, mas muito barulho mesmo na rua (música e conversas), durante a noite inteira, até amanhecer, e, para quem estava no quarto da frente, foi impossível dormir. Esses problemas deixaram todos muito cansados e prejudicaram a rotina dos dias seguintes. Alguns utensílios de cozinha tinham sujeiras aparentes e tivemos que lavar tudo antes de usar. Enfim, esperava um outro nível de conforto. Como pontos positivos destaco o tamanho da acomodação, que é ampla, a praticidade de ter uma cozinha à disposição, a existência de um bom mercado praticamente ao lado, e a presença de ótimos aquecedores de toalha nos dois banheiros.

Need to supervise better cleaning crews, specially in the bathroom. Internet connection was a problem and took 2 days to fix. In comparison with the Atocha property, the latter one is much better

Close to several tourist attractions and walkable to tour starting locations. Good spacious apartment, only downside is poor sound insulation - can hear all noises from neighbors. In one freak incident, neighbor casted video from his phone to the TV in our room in the middle of the night with volume blaring startling us awake.

Super location. Helpful Reception Staff. Surprised to discover our Duplex apt was basement plus ground floor - so almost no natural light downstairs. Expected some noise at weekend late evening but it was VERY noisy - not from traffic but from people shouting etc. Would benefit from some window insulation. Super kitchen and really well equipped inc dishwasher and washing machine - although with some lovely eateries nearby it was rarely used by us. Thank You for an enjoyable weekend.

It’s a very nice apartment but if you stay in the basement apartment you get no sleep. The luggage storage is right outside the bedroom windows and you can hear people from the early am dragging their luggage and talking loudly. Would not stay again for the reason of the noise level.

I like these apartments but I had an incredibly noisy room this time ,that faced the rubbish collection at 2am and 3am . Its not the fault of the apartment block but it is better to have an interior room .

The room was spacious for the 4 of us! we had two rooms and two bathrooms. We could hear the party happening on the other room and it was very loud, there was no receptionists for us to contact to ask for them to be quiet. The shower in one of the rooms didn’t have hot water.

We stayed in a 2b2b apartment (2adults/1child). It was comfortable with a functioning kitchen and bathrooms. The place was clean and efficient for our needs. We did notice that the cabinetry was wonky and the freezer door wouldn’t shut because the panel wasn’t attached properly. Also, the towel warmer in the primary bath would not turn on. The heater took a long time to heat up the space, occasionally turning off on its own in the process. Loved that there was a washer in the unit, that was helpful when traveling with kids. We did encounter a couple of challenges, the auto checkin machine was not working. So be sure to pay this hotel in advance. Our friends who paid in advance got their keys easily but we couldn’t pay with the checkin machine, we had to call after hours as reception desk is only 9a-5p (We arrived at 8p after a 4h baggage/flight delay.) Also, there is absolutely no housekeeping. We got 1 coffee pod and 2 teabags upon check in with a cleaning kit (not even napkins!). This was frustrating because we only stayed 3 nights, refills to some basics would have been nice. They only provided a single tablespoon of olive oil to cook with. We stayed in a 2b2b apartment (2adults/1child). It was comfortable with a functioning kitchen and bathrooms. The place was clean and efficient for our needs. We did notice that the cabinetry was wonky and the freezer door wouldn’t shut because the panel wasn’t attached properly. Also, the towel warmer in the primary bath would not turn on. The heater took a long time to heat up the space, occasionally turning off on its own in the process. Loved that there was a washer in the unit, that was helpful when traveling with kids. We did encounter a couple of challenges, the auto checkin machine was not working. So be sure to pay this hotel in advance. Our friends who paid in advance got their keys easily but we couldn’t pay with the checkin machine, we had to call after hours as reception desk is only 9a-5p (We arrived at 8p after a 4h baggage/flight delay.) Also, there is absolutely no housekeeping. We got 1 coffee pod and 2 teabags upon check in with a cleaning kit (not even napkins!). This was frustrating because we only stayed 3 nights, refills to some basics would have been nice. They only provided a single tablespoon of olive oil to cook with. Our family of four loved our stay at Eric Vökel Apartments in Madrid. The property is located in a great area, less than a 20 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and other key attractions. There are plenty of dining options very nearby, from quick grabs for breakfast, to sit-down or take-out dining. Public transportation and taxis are easily accessible. The apartment itself was terrific. We could control our A/C (we traveled in the summer), had a working TV and internet, and ran the washing machine a number of times. The attendant downstairs - Nan - was welcoming and very helpful. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Leider gab es mit dem Zugangscode zum Apartment und dem zum Unterkunft ein Problem, weshalb einige von uns über eine Stunde warten mussten. Man konnte in dieser Zeit niemanden erreichen und der Rest von uns musste musste vom Club zurück kommen. Ansonsten sehr schönes Apartment im 5. Stock. Einige kleine optische Defekte wie Türhänkel etc. aber mit super Aussicht. Lage sehr zentral und sicher.

I would not recommend this property for several reasons. Accessibility for help was extremely limited by their limiting hours. No instructions for appliance use. Walls extremely thing that neighbors were threatening noise pollution. Noisy outside at night. Bathroom was not equipped with shower door and was dirty. Bathroom door lock wasn't functioning and no supply of handsoap at check in. But they made sure they attempted multiple connections to get our passport ID info so lots of communication from them regarding what they needed,

Let's start with the time when we arrived in the morning hour when the check in has not start yet. We were at the basement tried to lock our luggage; however, with our overnight flight from US, we were all tried and ready to go to bed, I decided to give our luck a try. I talked to the front deck person, Mr. Sov (forget his whole name) who was at there on March 29,2025 morning shift, and decided helped us with whole his humble heart. He was not only help us checked in and also ask another lady helping to speed up clean one unit. We were within our unit in half hour!! What a joy! Later, he also made tons of suggestion with local trip tips. We are in deeded blessed with his help and willingness to make our trip smooth and joyable. The location of the place is in the center of the city with walkable distance to any attraction. The subway station is within 5 minutes' walk. We were really enjoying stay there and will be back once we had chance.

Stayed here on a girls holiday, great size of apartment for the 5 of us, staff were lovely and helpful. Very clean and decor was really nice! The location was great, not a far walk into the main shipping area. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants/bars a very short distance walk away

We had a terrible experience in the hotel. The door to the building was locked and we could not get in and were stuck with young kids outside for hours. Bad experience! The communication with the person in charge was not helpful. At the end a guest helped us get in.

This apartment was AMAZING!! It was clean, spacious and location was heavenly. It was 10 min to Gran Via area. I felt really safe. I wish we would have booked a longer stay. We will definitely be back. I HIGHLY recommend.
