Stayed 1 night

We decided to treat ourselves for 1 night and it was just what we were looking for. Great experience sleeping right in front of Fuji, in a super well equipped and maintained “tent”. Dinner was a wonderful experience as well, prepared by the staff and cooked to finish by us right next to the tent. My only comment is to note that the private bath is only for 1h, but the shared bath was very close to the tent and very clean and convenient.

Wonderful dome/tent/pod with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. Spotlessly clean and beautifully comfortable and adapted to six of us. Warm and cosy. Sauna out of use unfortunately. Electric bicycles to hire which were superb to cycle around the wonderful neighbourhood. Small shop which we used for beer and wine and snacks. Food was magnificent- BBQ style in our own wind and weather proofed tent with heaters - beside our tent. The menus were a little bit confusing for us to pre-order as our group had two vegetarians but breakfast was excellent and dinner was a masterpiece of delightful ingredients-there was enough for a dozen people! The quality was magnificent. The private bath was fun, and showers and toilets were spotlessly clean. The grounds were attractive and well organised so our dome felt private and secluded. AC was necessary as it was very cold when we arrived and extremely efficient. Umbrellas were there and needed too. Staff were all totally brilliant and were so obliging with a free shuttle to and from the bus/train station. Timed arrival of the dinner with a marvellous explanation of what and how to cook everything on the massive BBQ cooker. So informative (and then SO delicious)

Stayed 3 nights

Our stay at this accomodation was probably the highlight of our 3 week trip around Japan. Both the accomodation itself and the personnel heavily contributed to this aside from the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji. I can only recommend this accomodation to anyone who would like to spend some quiet time in nature while being close to Fuji.

From the moment we arrived I felt like we received white glove service. The staff was friendly and spoke multiple languages, inc English. Checking in was super easy for us. They have reserved bath / shower time for the limited shower space but it works & the showers/bath was very nice. We cooked dinner with the supplies given and would definitely come back in the near future. It was a memorable experience with great views of mt Fuji!
